Nadelen: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Nadelen: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Voordelen: "Very good airport check-in and flight. The Check-in staff were quick and efficient and the Flight Crew were friendly and attentive. It was calm and restful."
Nadelen: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

We queued for 1.5 Hours to then be blocked as all six counters were given over to another flight and people who arrived LATER then us for our flight got to go first. It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

Nadelen: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."

Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."

I guess I should have realised that by how early people started queueing and the fact that they charge for checked in luggage."

Nadelen: "I wasn't to bucharest because on the phone the laidy said to me i can travel with my driving license because my id was lost and at the gate they stop me i lost all money from ticket plus transport to airport and back you should refound my money this company is the most worst company in the world"

Nadelen: "Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"

Nadelen: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

It's a borderline scam. Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Never will I fly Wizz Air again."

Voordelen: "None of the seats reclined, even the premium seats you pay extra for. I know since I payed for them. Seats are very hard and the boarding process is the worst. They march you out after already standing in the terminal, since there are no assigned seats (typical low cost). I payed for a assigned seat extra, but still had to wait in line, just the one for priority. Then once you go outside of the terminal, you wait again in the weather until they allow everybody to board at same time (not sure how the whole priority line works, since you only get priority to get out of the building). Seats where very hard and did not recline (something you are not worn about when you buy the ticket). The seats were also so flat your neck hurts if you want to sleep. After 3 hour flight the in the late evening it was not comfortable. No food or drinks, only for purchase . They were the same price as the staff in the terminal, so don't bother buying to take on board. Low cost airline, low cost experience is what you need to expect."

Once signage appeared baggage was handled efficiently and the person who was doing this was very helpful in explaining the next steps in process They could do a better job of developing graphics and signage. Also not the airlines fault but the pre-boarding area was crowded warm and again not much in the way of any instructions"

Nadelen: "Terrible boarding process in Budapest airport... Gate was located in some kind of hangar on the runway. We waited one our inside the plane to take-off because air routes were busy"

Nadelen: "They charged me £45 for my hand bag which was smaller than the standard handbags in other airlines, I had bought priority check-in service but still they didn't allow me to check in before anyone else, as I had to go to a separate queue to pay for my smaller than normal sized hand baggage ( in all other budget airlines its more than acceptable and was slightly bigger than Wizz Air allowance), the WizzAir hand baggage size allowance is way way too small and its a trap to make money off unsuspected passengers like myself. They were rude at the boarding gate and non-apologetic. Did not sympathize with me, although they were nice to other white passengers, I felt I was treated differently because of my race, specially after the Paris attack all brown skinned men were viewed as a potential threat I suppose and did not have a good experience in the flight as all passengers were looking at me funny! Point to be noted: On my way to Budapest from London I was carrying the same hand bag and I was not asked to pay extra!! Inconsistent service!"

Voordelen: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Nadelen: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."

A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Nadelen: "arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Voordelen: "Boarded from front and back of plane"
Nadelen: "Very expensive but felt like budget airline. No space at all, legs were in pain bumped up to back of the front chair the whole time. Crew members very inattentive. No room for small carryon items. Would be more okay with this if tickets were cheaper, but for what I paid I expect better"

Nadelen: "Sitting at the back of the plane meant that we were the last to be served any food and only had about 20 mins to eat anything that was left over prior to landing. They ran out of most hot food"

Nadelen: "Very little legroom"

Voordelen: "The check in luggage cost almost the same as the ticket, but the crew was nice to check in my carry on bag for free-good customer service.th"
Nadelen: "The bus was almost full and there are 10 or more so passengers still need to get on and obviously required additional bus. Instead of just signalthe bus to leave, the crew tried to cram more passages on the bus first before the next one, which will be almost empty- poor judgement"

Nadelen: "Could not buy a beer as they “ran out” of alcohol! Cramped seats and could not position myself comfortably as just no leg room."

Nadelen: "I couldn't fit my legs in the space between seats, so much so that I had pins and needles in my feet by the time we landed. The food is really expensive. Never flying with this airline again."

Nadelen: "It was late and no one told us anything... until we were close to landing that's when the pilot told us why they were late one hour at the gate! unacceptable!"

Voordelen: "Even though the flight was delayed they made up time in the air."
Nadelen: "Seats are very close together so not good for long haul flights. Not entirely comfortable. ."

Voordelen: "Good price, on time, comfortable seat, crew was friendly both at boarding and on plane."
Nadelen: "The only thing i didnt like was that when we boarded, we got on a bus to take us to the plane. I had paid extra for priority boarding and seating but i ended up being one of the last people on the plane. It did not end up being an issue because there was plenty of ovwrhead space for my carryons but it could have been. Wifi would also be nice. Even if i had to pay wxtra for it."

Voordelen: "Geweldig! Het was een rustige vlucht. Zowiezo heel krap. Maar het was rustig"
Nadelen: "Niks!"

Nadelen: "Late boarding. But the crew was very nice and accommodating"

Nadelen: "Het is heel krap om te zitten. Maar de prijs was goed. I guess you get for what you paid. Het was niet slecht."

Nadelen: "Seats were so small we could hardly fit. Airplane was extremely hot inside. No leg room at all for 5he middle seat and window seat passengers."

Voordelen: "Cheap."

Nadelen: "Waited 1 hour at baggage carousel before bag arrived: trash was in the seat back pockets when we arrived"

Nadelen: "the flight was extremely late leaving Palermo which made my wife and I mis-connect in Rome. This was unacceptable since there were no weather issues. The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."

Voordelen: "Main door closed 10 minutes early; fast luggage retrieval in Prague"

Nadelen: "Had to pay for the luggage."

Voordelen: "Safely arrived."
Nadelen: "Delay without warning. Very little to no communication. No real update. Disorganized boarding. Was put in a seat that didn't recline without being told."

Voordelen: "Everything was ok, there was no food or entertainment but it was a short flight so I wasn't expecting much"
Nadelen: "I had no complaints"

Nadelen: "Very old plane Late leaving Missed first landing and had to try again ( guess it was wind) Luggage 45 minutes"

Voordelen: "Wonderful service, very helpful and friendly staff. This was my first time. Definitely will fly again. Thank you."
Nadelen: "No flights to Vilnius"

Voordelen: "We vlogen terug op tijd."
Nadelen: "Op heenvlucht waren we al aan het taxiën toen ze erachter kwamen dat er 2 passagiers meer dan stoelen in het vliegtuig waren. Prutsers dus. Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Voordelen: "I got on the flight"
Nadelen: "They overbooked more than 20 passengers. The flight was delayed. Expensive snacks on board."

Voordelen: "Friendly staff"
Nadelen: "Awful leg room. I'm tall, but not too far above average, and it was a completely uncomfortable experience. Crew would not allow us to put bags in overhead bin, so on top of that, had to sit with my bag on my lap the entire flight."

Voordelen: "Personeel beleefd maar niet uitzonderlijk. Muziekjes tijdens het boarden en landen waren enigszins hilarisch."
Nadelen: "Vlucht was een slot opgeschoven dus >2h vertraagd. Met mijn 1.95 had ik een onaangename vlucht."

Voordelen: "Nothing. Total disregard for the customer"
Nadelen: "The 5 hour delay and acceptance by the airline that this is business as usual"

Nadelen: "2 bagages en cabines mis en soute. Une des deux valises complètement cassée et ne pouvant plus fonctionner. Tous cela sans le savoir car le personnel ne fait même pas l'effort de vous expliquer. Sans compter les 2h30 de retard mais pas remboursable car cela ne dépasse pas les 3h. Un scandale cette compagnie qui ne devrait même plus exercer sa fonction."

Voordelen: "Stewardess die plezier in haar werk had bij het verkopen van een beker soep. Goede humor."
Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."

Nadelen: "La vente de produit... impossible de se détendre...toujours une personne entrain de parler dans le micro... Pénible"

Voordelen: "erg vriendelijk personeel"

Voordelen: "Pas de divertissement à bord Et je n'ai pas testé de repas à bord D'où mes notes moyennnes"
Nadelen: "Le confort des Boeing n'est toujours pas au niveau des Airbus."

Voordelen: "je ne repasserai plus jms par kayak! On me promet que Latam sera la compagnie de basse entre Berlin et Natal et je m aperçois au moment ou le billet arrive sur mon ordinateur, qu il y a plusieurs compagnie dont Ryanair qui facture les bagages et la carte d embarquement. De plus, Kayak s est debrouillé pour que je fasse 4 ecales, d autant plus interessants car ceci rapporte d autant aux compagnies associées! Une honte!"

Voordelen: "Ponctualité, amabilité. Il n’y a pas de divertissement à bord. Je n’ai pas mangé à bord."
Nadelen: "Le confort des sièges. Au bout de 2 heures cela commence à être désagréable. Mais ce n’est pas la faute de Ryanair mais du constructeur Boeing. Les Airbus sont plus confortables."

Voordelen: "Personeel vriendelijk, over het eten kan ik geen oordeel geven omdat ik niets gekocht heb. Vandaar de lage beoordeling"
Nadelen: "Er was niets wat ik niet leuk vond"

Voordelen: "Dat we toch nog aan kwamen"
Nadelen: "Het feit dat ik handbagage heb en dat dat perse in het luchtruim moet omdat Ryanair structureel te weinig ruimte heeft in het vliegtuig. Maar als ik 1kilo teveel inpak moet ik extra betalen. Maar als ze zelf iets verkeerd doen geen vergoeding of wat dan ook. Zelfs geen excuus. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"

Voordelen: "Prix attractif , hôtesse agréable"
Nadelen: "Très gros retard au décollage, trop de ventes à bord."

Nadelen: "Te weinig plaats voor handbagage in de cabine"

Voordelen: "Basic, beenruimte in orde."
Nadelen: "Onduidelijkheid vertraging heen en terugweg. Geen drinken en uitleg tijdens langdurige vertraging."

Nadelen: "Bonjour, j'ai réservé un véhicule de type seat Leone ou équivalent le jour de mon vol aller à malaga que la compagnie concernée a refusé de me remettre pour cause de paiement supplémentaire d'une somme d'un montant de 192 euro incluant l'assurance et la gestion de réservoir et frais de dossiers alors que j'ai réglé tout ça au préalable le jour de ma réservation ayant des preuves de cela je souhaiterais un remboursement des frais de réservation Cordialement"

Nadelen: "Embarquement un peu chaotique à bxl Charleroi"

Nadelen: "Il y a eu beaucoup de retard donc je n'ai pas pu récupéré ma voiture de location. J'ai demandez un geste commercial qui a été refusé. Donc je suis déçu."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "retard de 40 mn - aucune excuses de la part du personnel de bord. Tout est à vendre, aucun confort. Zone d'embarquement sans sièges et non climatisée"

Nadelen: "Nous avons attedons 1h dans l'avion avant de décoller puis 30min à l'arrivée. J'ai demandé de l'eau, on m'a proposé une bouteille payante - inacceptable !"

Voordelen: "NA"
Nadelen: "My luggage was 1cm to big to fit the Ryanair box. Was forced to put it in baggage hold and it cost me 50€. In addition Ryanair staff was really insistant and not accomodating. We take Ryanair because it's cheap. Not for anything else. So when the price jump 50€ there is no interest in taking this company anymore."

Voordelen: "The staff was super friendly, this includes the pilots. You could see that they worked as a team! The seats were crammed just like every other airline company so i can't complain about that.. the boarding was super efficient and we departed on time, (we had priority boarding)."

Nadelen: "4h30 de retard arrivée à 1h00 du matin. Plus de transport en commun pour rentrer chez soi à cet heure là avec ma fille!!!!"

Nadelen: "De snacks die in de folder stonden waren bijna allemaal niet voorradig. Uiteindelijk niets genomen."

Nadelen: "Dans l'aéroport de Londres lorsqu'on ne parle pas bien anglais c'est difficile de se repérer par manque de personnel d'autant que l'aéroport est immense !"

Voordelen: "Possibilité de changer de place pour se retrouver avec ses proches. Equipage agréable"
Nadelen: "Manque de places pour les bagages, temps log pour gagner son siège"

Voordelen: "La Ponctualité , Hôtesses serviables et correctes."
Nadelen: "Atterrissage un peu loupé, message d'information un peu saccadé (anglais pas très compréhensible) . Supplément bagages beaucoup trop cher.."

Voordelen: "horaires respectés information précise pour le départ personnel dans l'avion tres correct"
Nadelen: "le personnel pour l'embarquement en parle qu en espagnol , on a eu montrer 5 fois la cart d'embaruement et les paiers didenttie toutes les annonces sont faite suniquement en espagniol embarquement sul tarmark en attente en bas d'un ecalier .... arrivé au niveau du départ de aeroport de barcelone , compliqué pour trouver les bagages et encore pluspour trouver les babages hors normes sans information ^prélable"

Nadelen: "pas d'info en français de la part de l'équipage."

Nadelen: "Priority is pointless. Every body gets in at the same time"

Nadelen: "En cas de vol indirect la nécessité de valider un nombre d'embarquement en fonction des transits."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Nous avons payé le tarif d'une compagnie classique pour un service minablement soit 700€ pour un aller retour à deux Paris vatry / Marrakech avec du retard et aucun confort ."

Voordelen: "Vriendelijk personeel; ze doen hun best onder de moeilijke omstandigheden."
Nadelen: "Slecht georganiseerde boarding; bussen te laat; géén plek voor handbagage. Echt héél weinig beenruimte!"

Voordelen: "Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding,goede koffie (dus dan is betalen geen probleem..) Eindhoven is zoveel handiger dan Schiphol. Parkeren is ook ideaal geregeld."
Nadelen: "Op het laatste moment terminal aangeven. Gedring van mensen om aan boord te komen, snap dat het snel moet maar zou toch meer orde moeten zijn."

Voordelen: "Goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding."

Ik moest alles zelf doen buggy plat plooien,zelf mijn dochter op de trap helpen. Zelf bij uit uitstappen heb al met andere maatschappijen gevlogen en daar was het wel te merk dat ze kindvriendelijk zijn. zelf bij het inchecken moest ik mee aanschuiven terwijl bij andere maatschappijen je voor mag gaan met kinderen.
