Voordelen: "Waiting almost at the aircraft steps, it was frustrating to be told to go back to the lounge as there was a technical problem with the aircraft. easyJet managed to find a replacement aircraft and ended up leaving 40mins late, but arrived only 20min late. Had visions of being several hours late. For a low cost carrier the seats are fine and crew were very good, friendly and effort by Captain to be the visible face of easyJet in explaining the problems. So much better than Ryanair, clear difference in customer service, easyJet is more like scheduled carriers than low cost like Ryanair."
Nadelen: "Boarding is always difficult and poorly managed b6 the handling agent. The second time we boarded was a bit better, but real confusion over priority between disabled, passengers with children, speedy boarding etc. There is no entertainment on the aircraft, not even seat power."

Nadelen: "1 heure de retard comme d'habitude, c'est systématique, je n'ai jamais eu de vols Easy Jet à l'heure. Stewart pendant la queue à l'embarquement m'annonce que je n'ai droit qu'à un seul bagage cabine. Je n'avais "en plus" qu'un petit sac à main et m'a annoncé que si je ne le mettais pas dans ma valise je devrais payer en plus. Il s'est montré agressif et rustre. Cette nouvelle politique tarifaire est complètement démentielle. Je préfère désormais payer plus et ne pas me faire traiter comme du bétail."

Nadelen: "pour ne pas perdre de temps et payer des frais supplémentaires je n'enregistre jamais de bagages en soute. pourtant sur ce vol Catane-Paris on m'a demandé de mettre en soute mon petit bagage cabine. du coup j'ai dû faire la queue, perdre un temps précieux à l'arrivée. dommage."

Nadelen: "Trop de vols en même temps au check-in, ca pourrait être plus efficace, bien que tout le monde soit très gentil!"

Nadelen: "There was no acknowledgement from EasyJet, when i called Customer Service, that there was a strike at the Barcelona airport. After waiting on the security line for 90 mins and concerned we were not going to make our flight, I called to find out what my options. I was greeted by a very rude and unhelpful individual who ended up just hanging up the phone on me after asking if she could help me by telling me my options. Not exactly something I wanted to experience after the frustration of waiting on a line for 90mins."

Nadelen: "They charge 47Euros for Hand Luggage if you don't pay for it when you check in. You are only entitled to one personal item (your purse or small bagpack). Read their website carefully before booking. They charge you for everything- even a cup of water. I booked travel for someone who needed assistance, but the lady at check in counter was too busy scolding me about all their rules, that she never got wheelchair for us. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I don't recommend this airline for folks traveling from the USA with lots of luggage. This works well for Europeans making short weekend trips that are less than 1hr to destination. There are better, friendlier airlines on the market."

Aggressive checker said it couldn't have been Easyjet - I don't lie, and my outward journey was Easyjet. Had to repack & so spoilt some contents. We were left standing in gate area for ages without explanation."

Voordelen: "L'ensemble de l'équipage, tres serviable et professionnel....bon il faudrait juste conseiller à la compagnie de leur fournir un uniforme un peu plus glamour mais pour l'instant cela n'enlève rien à leur gentillesse. De plus nous avons eu la chance avec mon mari d'avoir une place libre à côté de nous ....ce qui a ete tres agréable étant donné l'exiguïté ...mais il ne faut pas trop en demander , compte tenu du prix du billet vraiment low-cost."

Nadelen: "The whole thing that it takes off from the old terminal was just awful, every step took twice the time and eventually came running to the plane only to discover that it's going to be late in take off 1 hour late! It ruined my plans! There was no compensation and the flight was not cheap! I had to pay 50€ for the suitcase and 9€for food while for the same price two weeks ago I had a flight way and back with a different company for the same price including food and a suitcase. Never flying with easyjet again"

I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

Voordelen: "From clealininess of the planes to the professional and sincere approach of the cabin crew, Pegasus is by far the best budget airline I have ever flown in the world. Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Nadelen: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Nadelen: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."

Nadelen: "Luggage was not put on plane, it arrived 8 hours later."

Voordelen: "It was a smooth ontime flight, helpful customer service."

Nadelen: "We arrived late and had to run over the airport to not missing our next flight. Arrived from Paris and had to take flight Istambul to Antalya."

Voordelen: "They charged us a bundle for food paid in advance that never showed up. The flight attendants spoke almost no english. All they could do was offer to sell it to us again. We tried, but there credit card machine was not taking any of our cards, they wanted cash, we didn't give it to them."
Nadelen: "I think this airline is running some kind of scam. Always asking customers for more money, they took my credit card at the airport when I was complaining about my first flight being screwed up and unbeknownst to me charged more money when yhey were claiming they wanted it for verification purposes."

Nadelen: "Interdiction d'utiliser ses écouteur au décollage et à l'atterrissage alors qu'il est prouvé que ça perturbe en rien l'avion. Pas de repas, snack ni bouteille d'eau, c'est du low cost... Heureusement les toilettes sont pas encore payantes. L'assise est trop courte, passagers de plus d'1m80 passez votre chemin. Les repas, vendu à des tarifs trop élevés sont immondes. Il faut vraiment avoir faimpiur avaler cette pitance. Les vls sont toujours en retard, tout le temps (g plus de 10 vol Pegasus à mon actif) si ce n'était le tarif, j'irais voir ailleurs. D'ailleurs un bon turkish air lines avec ses 30kg de bagages et repas offert c'est mieux malgré la différence de prix (de 35 à 80€)"

Plus, I wasted so much money in the airport about food and drink! I am absolutely furious! I had to go back to work at time, and couldn't miss the flight to Israel either no chance. but I did. Then, not just that I suffered for hours waiting - after I got to Istanbul, you refused to let me to take the next flight in the night to Israel!!!! I missed my connection flight because of you not because of me!!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually, I got in to the flight at 10pm at night. NOT ONLY I had a horrible day and night, run out of money, and went through so much distress - my luggage did not arrive!!!!!!! I am expecting a huge compensation ASAP."
