Nadelen: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Nadelen: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."
Voordelen: "Half way through the journey they wanted to charge me 40 Euros to check in my carry on because it was too big. They said they shouldn't have allowed it on the first flight."

Arrivé à Belgrade vers 7:00 on nous fait attendre jusqu'à 8:00 pour nous dire que le prochain avion décollera a 10h alors que l'heure d'arrivé à Paris cdg était prévu pour 9h. Arrivé à Paris à 12h45 : Valise introuvable"
Nadelen: "Not a orginized airline at all!! I flew my whole trip with the same 50+ people. We had 2 connecting flights, all the stops that we did was always behind schdual, staff was nice but late! the worst part is, our final destination 20+ people lost there luggage including me! My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Nadelen: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."
Nadelen: "The fact that I tried for nearly a week to CANCEL the flight. Yet was given no help, after sending email after email, making sure that I covered whatever was possible on my side. And of course, no response. Ended up forced to simply not attend the flight. Thanks a lot for a GREAT customer support, AirSerbia... (being cynical here, just making sure I do what I can so you get this)"
Nadelen: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

Nadelen: "It took 1:40min to go through the boarding process (drop luggage, get boarding pass). The actual flight is 1:20min. Total incompetence and lack of speed. This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

Nadelen: "I had to run as fast as I could to catch my connecting flight in Abu Dabi. Online it said I had a 1.5 hour layover but when I arrived I had 7 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. They also lost my luggage."
Voordelen: "On my two two hour flights, they fed us a lot, we're very attentive and very nice."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed at Rome, so the stop at Belgrade was short. Luggage did not arrive with the flight, only after two days they arrived to the destination. After two days the luggage arrived dirty and a bag of "Sephora" cosmetic company missing from one of the suitcase."
Nadelen: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

I even told the manager that I would not check in my bag and would just bring on my small backpack carry on and she immediately told me no. She was INCREDIBLY rude and I was forced to by another flight to New York that cost 1,000$ !!! The manager detoured me to the flight info desk wothout even slightly attempting to get me on my flight. I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."

Easy/Fast Boarding, friendly staff & attendants
Deux voyages en deux mois, et chaque fois 2 heure de retard!
C'est Ryanair. Que dire ?
Les ventes de nourriture, de cosmétiques et maintenant de tickets de tombola... c'est trop. C'est assez insupportable ce défilé permanent de chariot dans l'allée.
Atterrissage un poil "dur", cela m'a surpris. Mais je chipote. C'est toujours agréable et un réel plaisir de voyager avec Ryanair, ou du moins devrais-je dire Malta air. À chaque voyage, aucune surprise, toujours agréable.
Embarquement très efficace à l’aéroport d’Oslo sans formalité compliquée.

There was supposed to be an open seat next to me and I even paid for priority but someone got their friend to sit next to them and she took the entire arm rest that she didn’t pay for. Overall I didn’t enjoy my time on RyanAir. I will need to looks elsewhere as I don’t think I can ever fly with RyanAir ever again."
