Voordelen: "What we liked about this flight was, for such a short flight you get a meal. Staff on board were great also."
Nadelen: "Our grievance is with ground crew at BEY airport and AMM. 1 piece of lugagge was left in AMM though it was checked connecting from our previous flight. Upon arrival we were told they would contact us. After a long back and forth as we did not have a local number, they tried to dismiss us by saying someone would whatsapp us to let us know when the luggge has arrived. SPOILER ALERT: they never did. We insisted on finding out more and after being pressed they admitted they had received a note from AMM airport that the piece of luggage would arrive in the next flight (5 hours later). We returned later on and found we needed a special permit at BEY airport, only the person on the piece of luggage was allowed back in. Upon receiving the permit, staff continued to press for a name of who confirmed the luggage was there, we told them they had confirmed earlier. I was allowed inside and found the piece of luggage still on the belt though the flight had landed 3 hours earlier and the carousel was being used for another flight. Apparently they don’t bother to check or act on the messages until the end of the day. Finally, we had to argue to be compensated and received $30 USD for our troubles even though they should have offered this as standard practice."

Nadelen: "1- Seat Cushions are all used up and have become uncomfortable to sit on. 2- Safety video was thought to be a limited time promotion, yet has seemingly replaced hostesses safety instructions role and has become over-used and abnoxious to listen to each time. 3- food variety is low and choices of entertainment is limited compared to the price being paid. 4- over the last few years of travelling with MEA, the RUH- BEY trajectory has flown on time a handful of instances. Though it might be the most expensive usd/mile flown. not sure what mea's problem is."

Reached 20 mns late. The gate was closed. There was no one in the office. I had to sit and wait for zero outcomes. I had to book another flight"

TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Nadelen: "There was no boarding announcement. I was given a boarding zone for no reason; boarding was a free for all. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour. We sat on the plane, by the gate, while the crew called the Istanbul Flight Control to figure out when our plane could arrive. This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."

Nadelen: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Nadelen: "Frankfurt Airport check lines too long. Only half of security checking stations opened. Hundreds waiting in line and the lines moved too slow. After passing the long lines of security checks, you come to passport checking stations. only 1 out of 3 available stations is manned. Again, lines too long and barely moving. Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."

Nadelen: "Our flight was an hour late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Corfu. Had to spend the night in an Athens hotel 45 minutes from airport. Had 4 hours sleep before returning to Athens airport for morning flight. My luggage did not make it onto the morning flight and did not get delivered to Corfu for over 48 hours. I spent 3 days in the same clothes. Not a pleasant experience."

Nadelen: "So Aegean Air, booked two separate tickets on my return flight without me knowing. There fore my luggage is in Athens and not in my final destination of Cairo. If they would have told me to pick up my luggage in Athens and recheck it, that would have been great. Furthermore, there was NO aegean air"

Nadelen: "The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well."

Voordelen: "Not much! Boarding was a nightmare, nobody knew which was the gate and actually they never put it up on the depatscreen. I felt like cattle!"
Nadelen: "Get organized! Let the passengers know the gate, board by zones instead of a cattle call 45min. before boarding and having to endure the pushing and shoving during this time. Getting in an airplane where people are trying to find a place for their belongings, not finding any and clogging the way."

Voordelen: "Flight crew and personnel at check in were excellent and professional."

Nadelen: "the connecting flight was missed because of a delay in the first flight. i got a different flight with a different airline (sas), they were not informed that i paid extra weight and window seat. i am very unhappy! not to mention that the whole purpuise of my trip is gone, because i a will arrive to copenhagen five hours late for the meeting i was supposed to hold with my fans! i will never fly with egean again!"

Nadelen: "The main problem is that when I bought the ticket, it wasn't clear luggage wasn't included but only carry on items. I had to pay extra. It was a surprise. I assumed that 1 small suitcase was included."

Nadelen: "Hi, We've booked the flight using Kayak, with VAYAMA agency. It was clearly stated in the e-ticket that we were allowed a baggage of 23KG piece for our infant baby. (it was a lap-ticket, no seat) When we arrived at the check-in counter, they said that because it was a lap ticket, we are allowed only a baggage of 10KG piece. We were delayed at the checkin counter with a baby in our hands, and humiliated (as people in the line behind us started to get nervous). I'm definitely gonna write a mail to VAYAMA agency. And I'm extremely disappointed. At the end, after maybe 20 minutes (which seems like forever) they let us check in the baggage we had."

Voordelen: "The check-in at Brussels was quick and the staff conpetent; the boarding occurred at the time specified; the plane was clean; in Bucharest, the trip to the terminal on a bus was quick ; a hot lunch of chicken with sauce and rice pilaf was good. In-flight service was fine."
Nadelen: "The AirFi system allowed for movies and games on one's own internet device, but did not allow for an internet conection during the flight to email or surffing."

Nadelen: "O)n boarding we stored carry on bags at the plane to be collected before taking the BUS to the terminal. The problem was that the crew could not get the door on the p;lane open to give us back our luggage on landing. It took them at least 15 minutes to open the door."

Nadelen: "Midnight flight was the only option, and it was even then more than half hour delayed."

Voordelen: "Crew was great and food was good and plentiful despite being only a quick flight"

Voordelen: "Service and punctuality were spot on. No in-flight entertainment for our short flight from Timisoara to Bucharest, so bring a book or e-book. A good sandwich was provided, though. Just found a fare with Tarom and Air France that is half the cost of the other airlines. I would definitely take advantage of this if I were headed overseas again."

Voordelen: "Very professional staff. Reliable and trustworthy pilots. My preferred way to travel from Bucharest to Cluj-Napoca."

Nadelen: "Crew members were rude, unfriedly. In the plane was very hot."

Voordelen: "The flights are announced once in the boarding area, but there is no announcement as to boarding. The signal to board is a flashing "boarding" sign in the departure lounge. At that moment everyone gets up and rushes to the line. Both priority and economy sections are boarded together. So, fastest runner wins. But it works. We boarded more quickly than any flight I've been on, and although boarding started 10 minutes later than scheduled, we departed exactly on time."

Voordelen: "Staff was very greateous and attentive."
Nadelen: "Plane left late, the gate attendant was in no hurry to get the flight out on time and the legroom was the worst bin have ever had."
