Nadelen: "Our grievance is with ground crew at BEY airport and AMM. 1 piece of lugagge was left in AMM though it was checked connecting from our previous flight. Upon arrival we were told they would contact us. After a long back and forth as we did not have a local number, they tried to dismiss us by saying someone would whatsapp us to let us know when the luggge has arrived. SPOILER ALERT: they never did. We insisted on finding out more and after being pressed they admitted they had received a note from AMM airport that the piece of luggage would arrive in the next flight (5 hours later). We returned later on and found we needed a special permit at BEY airport, only the person on the piece of luggage was allowed back in. Upon receiving the permit, staff continued to press for a name of who confirmed the luggage was there, we told them they had confirmed earlier. I was allowed inside and found the piece of luggage still on the belt though the flight had landed 3 hours earlier and the carousel was being used for another flight. Apparently they don’t bother to check or act on the messages until the end of the day. Finally, we had to argue to be compensated and received $30 USD for our troubles even though they should have offered this as standard practice."

Though it might be the most expensive usd/mile flown. not sure what mea's problem is."

Voordelen: "Love flying Turkish, usually they’re very welcoming on the plane and flight attendants are friendly. Seats convert into a lay flat bed which is comfortable. i would say that the appetizers are usually excellent but the main dishes fall a bit behind. Amenity kit is pretty good."
Nadelen: "Boarding is a problem and I expect it’s a problem everyday. One has to go through many additional checks to board a NY bound flight which is understood but the gates can’t sccomod a full 777 flight. It gets hot really fast, definitely what you don’t need before a long flight. Group boarding is enforced but people will still try to wiggle into the priority boarding line. On another note I have had a similar flight on the A330 and the boarding process was smooth (organized)."

Nadelen: "More comfortable seats for long haul flights is a must have. Comfort+ Offered a money’s worth alternative to business or first class. Boarding is done away from terminal building which required busess for transportation back and forth. Prefer skybridge instead."

Nadelen: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Voordelen: "Je suis allergique à la moutarde et aux à l’avance d’en faire part sur le site d’enregistrement. J’ai tenté d’appeler mais après avoir perdu 20 minutes j’ai abandonné. Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."

Nadelen: "Vol avec retard depuis geneve, ensuite vol annulé depuis Frankfurt, jlai mon voyage à duré 12h au total, avec un retard à l'arrivée au quel j'ai atterri à 23:15."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Nadelen: "The plane was so small I couldn’t fit my legs in the seating. Very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight and with an hour delay it was five hours of being a sardine. I’m not an overweight person at all."

Nadelen: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

Voordelen: "New, clean airplane with a friendly and professional crew. It was not as uncomfortable as some of the other airlines I've used, though eight hours in economy is still too much. I chose it in part because of the connection through Copenhagen, which I recommend for an overnight stay. Great city."
Nadelen: "The chicken something or other on one of the flights was truly disgusting, but the rest of the economy food service was okay."

Nadelen: "We were in 40G and H, bulkhead seats. I have never had such a hot plane (and I am a world traveler). We were both very warm (felt like 85 degrees- warm enough to not be comfortable). I was told by the flight attendant that people in back of plane were freezing. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was ok, but not ‘I wish I could have seconds” good. I lowered the rating because they never gave us more than the one bottle of water that was on our seats when we arrived. That may have been ok for the people in the cold part of the plane but not for us in the sweating part. Luckily we had brought a big bottle of water."

Voordelen: "Leg room, bottle of water waiting at seat, as well as pillow and blanket. Large number of entertainment choices."
Nadelen: "Only one free drink per meal, otherwise only tea or coffee."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Voordelen: "Boarding was quick and easy. Decent amount of overhead space. The pilot was friendly. USB ports for charging phones at the seat. Free bottle of water at your seat."
Nadelen: "No overhead fan. When flight got really hot, no way to moderate temperature. No choice of food at all, unless you are in economy plus. I don't remember the last time that a trans-Atlantic flight had at least a meant, or fish, or vegetarian dish. Usually, at least two or three dishes. On SAS, everything has to be ordered ahead of time. Some of the flight attendants were friendly, some not so friendly. No free alcoholic drinks even with dinner. Limited regular drinks - they are only served with food, aside from that you have to purchase even the non-alcoholic drinks. The food just wasn't very good, even compared to other airline food. Compared to other companies, relatively small selection of entertainment. I had considerably more choice on a domestic flight than on a 9 hr. international SAS flight. Storage pockets at the seat are pretty small."

Nadelen: "Main meal was awful. Crew was hard to find. Also water or juice was not served on flight after the meal (for hydration)."

Nadelen: "Old screens and poor movies selection, tight leg space, not really offered much to drink."

Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

Voordelen: "SAS is a wonderful airline. I booked round trip with them. The plane was clean and comfortable and on time. Will fly with them again."

Nadelen: "A silly point, but I would appreciate fewer announcements when I’m watching a movie. (Laughing out loud)"

Nadelen: "The flight was good but it seemed like the heat was on instead of the a/c. besides that it was fine."

Voordelen: "Highly efficient, no problems at all."
Nadelen: "I wouldn't mind a complimentary wine with dinner - other good airlines like to offer me a white wine with my chicken but here you have to pay for it.... Other than that I was happy with my travel!"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed so that would not be able to make the SAS flight. Therefore had to switch flights to go to CHicago instead. But initial flight was booked under alaska--but boarding pass unable to be printed from any of the kiosks and we were told to talk to American. American didn't know anything about it. THen stood in Assistance line for 45 minutes to be told that we needed to talk to VIrgin American. They rebooked us on to American, which then promptly was also delayed for several hours, and we thereby missed our connection. Throughout the process there were no customer service representatives either in person or on the phone who were remotely helpful. Overall, worst travel experience of my life."

Voordelen: "Service on the plane was good. The airplane was on time."
Nadelen: "From the time we reached the airport until we got to the gate was 90 minutes. SAS systems for checking baggage by machine sucks. My wife's number on the booking reference didn't work in the machine Thus we waited in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass, but didn't get the baggage tags for her luggage. Another line. SAS overall sucks."

Voordelen: "Great service, on time departures and arrivals. Two meals on the trans Atlantic portion of our trip."

Nadelen: "The flight to Sweden was very very bumpy. Lots of turbulence very scary"

Voordelen: "boarding is different and they were talking over pa announcements at heathrow so you could not hear what to do. you go through one ticket agent to the down stairs to another ticket agent. everyone knowing what to expect crowded around the second ticket agent and there because of that forget about boarding by row or zone you couldn't get throught the crowd. plus the second ticket agent was right next to the downstairs escalator so people coming late got on before us."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Delay after delay. Screaming kid the whole flight. Could not sleep."

Voordelen: "Very good service with excellent entertainment. Nice smooth flight. An excellent value."
Nadelen: "Passport control in Copenhagen is too slow to allow for a 35 minute layover. We missed our flight to Stuttgart and had to go to the transfers counter. The service at the transfers counter was outstanding and they put us onto a Lufhansa flight. In the end we got to Stuttgart 5 hours later than planned."

Nadelen: "Out of all the staff on board they did not give me and a few others those blue customs form, so we made a huge line and when we got to the agent he told us we had to go all the way around fill one out and then come back. The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

Voordelen: "Service, etc."
Nadelen: "Boarding... the first 20 or so rows were called then "All remaining passengers..." causing considerable pushing, etc. MUST board by sections, etc..."

Voordelen: "Unfortunately, they seemed really not want to work of to be kind."

Nadelen: "Had to pay 70 euro to check 1 bag at the airport!"

Voordelen: "The food was not too bad and the menu options were alright. I love using the complimentary ear buds."

Nadelen: "Well I looked online and the type of ticket I purchased said that I would have a free checked bag and I did not and I was charged 66€"

Voordelen: "Easy boarding, food equate for economy, entertainment fine. No wine or beer inc,used in economy but not a big deal. Excellent seating if you know what to chose."

Nadelen: "I didn't.t like your movies selection? Not very current. the food was awful. Not being able to book a seat until I arrived from Amsterdam."

Voordelen: "The new cabin and video monitor are nice. Crew was polite."
Nadelen: "Food is the same as I flew last year. Taste is the same. Need some changes and variety. Movies can include more recent ones."

Nadelen: "Crew unfriendly"

Voordelen: "There was enough space for your legs, there were blankets and pillows which is nice for a long flight. The individual entertainment screen is preferable for a long flight, so you can watch a movie of your own choice."
Nadelen: "There were two diner options, chicken or cod, and I was just given the cod without having an option to choose."

Nadelen: "They lost my bag on a direct flight that was only two hours. Then said it would take 2-3 days to deliver I won't be in Austria 2-3 days. I am very angry and they did nothing to fix the situation just told me to call in the morning."

Nadelen: "Wasn't assigned a seat and had to stand in a long line to wait to confirm that I had a seat for a flight I booked over 3 months earlier."

Voordelen: "It was quick. Can't rate food or entertainment as I didn't use"
Nadelen: "Seats v cramped and even w a window seat I was squashed by big man next to me. Lucky it was a short flight"

Nadelen: "Route not following great circle, takes too long for CPH-BOS, should be 6.5 hours."
