Nadelen: "I like everything. I know most countries dont like turks. But turkish are best nationality. With big hearts."

Voordelen: "I have flown Turkish Air many times since 2010, and used to like the airline. Not so much anymore. I would say their entertainment center and food are pretty good."
Nadelen: "They used to have an affordable Economy Premium option, now all they have are seats made for someone 5’5” 150 pounds. Anyone over 6’ can and will suffer greatly. I’m 6’4” and fly many of their 12 hour flights from LAX to Istanbul and have to sit sideways, until my back aches so bad I have to turn. They also keep their planes unbearably hot, which I have no idea why, making the trip in that cramped seat horrible. Their in between meals snacks consist of cheese sandwiches, and the attendants never come around with drinks or snacks. I also fly Singapore Air and Emirates and their service is subperb!"

So luckly my son recognized it as we were walking by. Very disapointed if he hadnt noticed it we would of been out of luck. No baby bed or stroller! Why dont they take it with the luggage OR at least let you know they dont transfer them for you! Not happy"

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Nadelen: "A sleeping baby strapped to the body and a seatbelt around both Wasn enough we had to wake the baby up and strap separate ? Again the baby was strapped to the body of the parent and the seatbelt around both."

Nadelen: "Both my bags came back damaged--- one had the handle ripped off and the other the TSA approved look was jammed."

Voordelen: "The in-flight food and entertainment was excellent. They provide many options for food and drinks. The staff is also very attentive and will not hesitate to help you and provide you with everything that you need."

Nadelen: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Nadelen: "My knees were actually pressed up against my he seat in front of me even though I had my butt all the way back. So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."

Nadelen: "1 hour queue to check in due to mixed international flights and not enough desks open. No room in overhead lockers, people seemed to have much more than their allowance. Didn't get to buy duty free items on-board as they ran out of time."

Pas de catering car non livré."

Nadelen: "Pour 3,5kg supplémentaires sur le bagage en soute mon ami à payé 56€ en supplément c’est une honte !! Les billets ne sont certes pas cher mais de là à voler votre clientèle .. Un bagage en soute coute 47€ comment expliquez-vous que 3 petits kilos supplémentaires coutent 56€"

Nadelen: "1 heure de retard comme d'habitude, c'est systématique, je n'ai jamais eu de vols Easy Jet à l'heure. Stewart pendant la queue à l'embarquement m'annonce que je n'ai droit qu'à un seul bagage cabine. Je n'avais "en plus" qu'un petit sac à main et m'a annoncé que si je ne le mettais pas dans ma valise je devrais payer en plus. Il s'est montré agressif et rustre. Cette nouvelle politique tarifaire est complètement démentielle. Je préfère désormais payer plus et ne pas me faire traiter comme du bétail."

Nadelen: "pour ne pas perdre de temps et payer des frais supplémentaires je n'enregistre jamais de bagages en soute. pourtant sur ce vol Catane-Paris on m'a demandé de mettre en soute mon petit bagage cabine. du coup j'ai dû faire la queue, perdre un temps précieux à l'arrivée. dommage."

Nadelen: "Trop de vols en même temps au check-in, ca pourrait être plus efficace, bien que tout le monde soit très gentil!"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

De plus nous avons eu la chance avec mon mari d'avoir une place libre à côté de nous ....ce qui a ete tres agréable étant donné l'exiguïté ...mais il ne faut pas trop en demander , compte tenu du prix du billet vraiment low-cost."

En fin 1h30 de retard pour une arrivée tard dans la soirée compliquant le retour à domicile; Je vais me poser la question de l'intérêt à supporter ces désagréments en regarde de la question tarifaire qui ne fait pas tout dans un voyage. Les compagnies traditionnelles ont du bon, finalement."

I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Nadelen: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"

Voordelen: "They changed my online check in into front window seats for free Was in time"
Nadelen: "It's low cost, it arrived in time. It's ok :)"

Nadelen: "At check in staff did not know that I had 20 kg baggage allowance"

Voordelen: "This was a domestic flight, only hour and 30 min. Same aircraft as from London to Istanbul, nice and comfortable seats with plenty of leg room."
Nadelen: "The flight was only hour and 30 min, so I have no criticism for this flight"

Nadelen: "It is impossible to get an invoice. I have sent emails to all available addresses but I've get nothing till today."

Nadelen: "Terrible landing for last 15-20 min, pilot never spoke to reassure passengers whether or not it was okay."

Voordelen: "They got me to my destination... eventually"
Nadelen: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Nadelen: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."

Voordelen: "Crew was attentive"
Nadelen: "Luggage was not put on plane, it arrived 8 hours later."

Voordelen: "It was a smooth ontime flight, helpful customer service."

Nadelen: "We arrived late and had to run over the airport to not missing our next flight. Arrived from Paris and had to take flight Istambul to Antalya."

Voordelen: "They charged us a bundle for food paid in advance that never showed up. The flight attendants spoke almost no english. All they could do was offer to sell it to us again. We tried, but there credit card machine was not taking any of our cards, they wanted cash, we didn't give it to them."
Nadelen: "I think this airline is running some kind of scam. Always asking customers for more money, they took my credit card at the airport when I was complaining about my first flight being screwed up and unbeknownst to me charged more money when yhey were claiming they wanted it for verification purposes."

Voordelen: "L'embarquement a sabiha gokcen. L'équipage et le pilote qui parlent français ou quelque chose qui y ressemble."
Nadelen: "Interdiction d'utiliser ses écouteur au décollage et à l'atterrissage alors qu'il est prouvé que ça perturbe en rien l'avion. Pas de repas, snack ni bouteille d'eau, c'est du low cost... Heureusement les toilettes sont pas encore payantes. L'assise est trop courte, passagers de plus d'1m80 passez votre chemin. Les repas, vendu à des tarifs trop élevés sont immondes. Il faut vraiment avoir faimpiur avaler cette pitance. Les vls sont toujours en retard, tout le temps (g plus de 10 vol Pegasus à mon actif) si ce n'était le tarif, j'irais voir ailleurs. D'ailleurs un bon turkish air lines avec ses 30kg de bagages et repas offert c'est mieux malgré la différence de prix (de 35 à 80€)"

Voordelen: "Until now, absolutely nothing. I expect a free ticket after waiting for more than 10hrs of waiting"
Nadelen: "Very poor communication. We are not informed of the details so that we know what steps to take. We are just seating ducks."

Voordelen: "Good cheap flight"
Nadelen: "No entertainment system"

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "The worst experience I had in my life was in this flight! The flight was delayed for 4 hours in Berlin, and therefore I missed my flight to Israel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, I wasted so much money in the airport about food and drink! I am absolutely furious! I had to go back to work at time, and couldn't miss the flight to Israel either no chance. but I did. Then, not just that I suffered for hours waiting - after I got to Istanbul, you refused to let me to take the next flight in the night to Israel!!!! I missed my connection flight because of you not because of me!!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually, I got in to the flight at 10pm at night. NOT ONLY I had a horrible day and night, run out of money, and went through so much distress - my luggage did not arrive!!!!!!! I am expecting a huge compensation ASAP."
