Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

Nadelen: "Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)"

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "They told us there were no earbuds so recommended using our own. Our children had left theirs at home so they ran to get a $20 pair nearby. But the the plane DID have the buds; what we did not have were blankets — the crew said none were to be had."
Voordelen: "Just about brand new Airbus airplane, very nice! Everything worked, seats reasonably comfortable for a long flight. Boarding worked well by area of the plane, friendly crew."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Then there's a security check right before you get on the plane so we have to throw away bottles of water that were bought in the terminal after passing initial security. Ridiculous!! How are we to keep hydrated on a 10 hour flight without being able to bring water on the plane?? The flight attendants should, at least, come around with cups of water. Service on LAN was excellent 10 years ago but has deteriorated when it changed to LATAM."

The free streaming inflight entertainment to use on your smartphone, tablet or laptop is a very nice feature on a 3-hour plus flight. The food for sale onboard is tasty and fresh. In my experience most domestic flights operated by Latam are on time."
Nadelen: "Latam crams its single-aisle Airbus fleet with one or two rows of seats too many: the seat space is crammed. The exception are the first three rows and exit rows, for extra pay or free for elite passengers. The first three rows have power outlets -nice and useful to watch streaming movies without draining your smartphone battery."

Nadelen: "The online and telephone system is the worst. They never are able to confirm your seats or preferent seats . You can not use an american credit card if you are in south america. They give you a confirmation number to pay your flight ticket in "Plaza Vea" (Peru) and when you get there they told me that at only in a few "plaza veas" you can pay your ticket. I had to spend like 100 soles (30 dollars) to pay my upgrade seat. There is more Horrible experience to tell about it . Avoid LATAM"
Nadelen: "Latam gives wrong information about connexions. The plane seats extremely uncomfortable. Attendant gave a tissue paper to client to clean her pulling table because it was dirty. They didn't apologized and asked traveler to clean the table instead. Miss connection with the flight from Miami to New York and no help from LATAM personnel at all. This is an airline that at one point it was the best and now is the worst. It is important to clarify with passenger about passing inmigration and aduana and the distance from international to national departures!!"

Arrivée à l’intérieur de l’avion, les compartiments à bagages à main étaient pratiquement tous plein. Eu beaucoup de misère à éviter de mettre mon sac à dos sous le siège devant moi. Chose que je déteste car je suis très grand et j’ai besoin d’espace pour mes jambes. On a finalement trouvé un endroit à inséré mon sc à dos après avoir argumenté avec l’agent de bors."
Voordelen: "D’être arrivée à bon port en toute sécurité Ponctualité du vol Les agents de bord qui s’expriment en français. Même si avec difficulté pour certains, bel effort de communiquer dans la langue du passager."
Nadelen: "Il est très difficile d’entendre le pilote au micro. Par chance il n’y avait pas de message d’urgence à transmettre car nous peinions à l’entendre. Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité «  très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Nadelen: "Bonjour, Suite à mon achat de dernière minute payé avec ma propre carte de crédit portant le même nom que sur mon billet de vol, on m'a laissé entrer, passer la securité, attendre l'embarquement ( 2h attente) et a l'embarquement on m'a annoncé je ne pourrais faire ce vol par doute de paiement et que mon bagage n'étais pas dans l'avion, j'ai donc dû retourner, attendre ma valise et aller à la billeterie pour que l'agent regarde que c'est bel et bien le même nom, qu'un manager vienne et s'excuse, disant c'était du au délais de preuve du paiement car ce n'était pas book avec eux directement et on m'a remis sur un vol le jour suivant avec 2x le temps de vol plus un escale à Toronto. Avec tout cela j'ai manqué le souper d'anniversaire a ma copine a Cancun, j'ai perdu les frais déboursé dans mes réservation de la nuit du samedi au dimanche, j'ai du défrayer 3 taxi à la place de un à raison de 40$ chacun pour l'aéroport, j'ai du refaire l'attente et la securité et j'ai perdu une journee de vacances. Je ne sais pas comment vous procédez pour les booking de derniere minutes mais je crois il y aurait place a améliorations, j'ai souvent reservé avec vous par confiance et maintenant ceci m'a coûté beaucoup dans plusieurs sens. I paid for extra leg room and then on way over made me pay to check bag (which was supposed to be free) and way back switched planes so never got extra room and had to pay for bag as well and now have to fight for my money back. I don’t like the feeling of having to always pay. If you want people to not carry on so much stop charging (especially on international flights) to check bags."

Nadelen: "Gate checked 90% of the carry on luggage, but not with an official tag, just some guy scribbling on tags before the bus. Boarding was a fiasco: disorderly lines just to pile into a bus and shuttle to plane. Comfort!? Ha. I'm 5'8" short and my knees were digging into the seats in front of me. The new seats are hard as a rock and don't recline. Cramped is an understatement. The tray table is literally the same size as the tray itself. Did TAP build a mock up of this before production?!? You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."

Nadelen: "Seats are very tight and legroom is very limited, specially when person in front of you recline the seat. Also, you feel the hard plastic in all your bones.. more cushions will be appreciated... Specially for an 8 hours flight."

Voordelen: "There wasn't anything special to like compares to other good airlines. I would say crews attitudes and foods were alright."
Nadelen: "Doesn't have a USB cable to charge the phone and there were no perfume or toothbrush for the long journey. Also no apple juice."
Voordelen: "The name on ticket had the wrong last name for second passenger and they were not helpful. Only solution was to purchase an additional ticket. Not part of my budget. Poor service from gotogate and TAP Portugal in Barcelona. Very upset and sad."
Voordelen: "Though it was a short flight, they did offer food and left mine on my table since I was sleeping. I woke up super thirsty and hungry so that was a nice surprise."
Nadelen: "TAP is perpetually delayed. It’s annoying."
Nadelen: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."

Nadelen: "I was very very sick, so after the 3 hours delay I asked to stay in Lisbon and be sending next day to continue my journey home ... Surprisingly TAP told me that they could pay the hotel in Newark, but not in Lisbon.. Go figure! Called TAP Customer Service 4 times, 2 from Lisbon 2 from Newark... all cases more than 1 hour wait... AND THEY NEVER EVER ANSWERED!?!?!"

Nadelen: "Baggage charges that were not shown anywhere on the website. A nasty surprise when we checked luggage. Lost wallet on plane and customer service was unhelpful."

Nadelen: "The boarding process. It was slow, disorganized, didn't take off on time and some people were rude including the searching process that I enter voluntarily because nobody directed me. I when you schedule a flight you should try to take off on time because it can be disruptive for everyone. And when you sell discount tickets at least say you are going to charge 45 dollars for the bag... i wouldn't purchase any discount offer"
Nadelen: "Tap said that they could not find my seat (even through I paid Kayak / Webjet) and my tickets were cancelled. I lost my flight back and had to stay two days extra in a hotel and lost a day of work. Will never buy here again"

Voordelen: "Check-in and baggage drop was fast. Food was good. Cabin crew did their job. Economy plus seats are comfortable and leg room was ok (I'm 1,84m tall). So, smooth and easy flight."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "Seats need an inch or two more leg room for me, the biscuits they gave out were tasty but would of been really nice to have a sandwhich. But that's air travel these days. There was a slight problem with the air craft before we took off. Air conditioning was off and the door were closed while we sat there for 15 mins. They kept us well informed though, not the end of the world."
