L'embarquement a été un peu désorganisé mais le voyage a été excellent à tous points de vue L'équipage, le confort et les services irréprochables ! Bravo à l'équipage Lufthansa (Munich -Montréal ) vous méritez toutes mes félicitations !!! ❤️
C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!
Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages
Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Nadelen: "I paid $100 extra for extra leg room. I was put right next to the bathrooms. All night long people were standing in line to use the bathroom. My extra leg room was taken by people standing in the space and actually stepping on my foot. Not worth the extra $100."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Voordelen: "Terrible coordination between SAS and United Airlines. Two bags missing, could not find boarding pass of baby, despite us showing them on the SAS website their check in details!"
Nadelen: "Not losing our bags and delaying our boarding massively despite us having completed information in advance on SAS website. United Airlines inability to assign seating all the way through, throwing their hands in the air and blaming SAS, while SAS did exactly the same thing about United."

My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

That's ok but then we sat on the plane waiting which resulted in leaving later than the original time of departure and therefore a large run for my connection at Copenhagen. Was badly organized clearly."
Voordelen: "SAS agent in Oslo was very nice and quickly rebooked our flight to Bergen when we missed our scheduled one due to luggage delays and confusion at Oslo as to Customs procedure."

Nadelen: "I didn't not like the fact that I had to wait too long about 9hrs in Copenhagen. The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel."

Nadelen: "The seats were to close together. I am not one to get claustrophobia but 5 hours in I felt it and I nearly bolted off the plane after the 10+ hour flight. UGH. Shoulder to shoulder, knees touching the seat in front of you, and only a few inches to recline. UGH. We tried to upgrade when we arrived at Oslo and again in Stockholm but the personnel at both stations were rude and not helpful. UGH."

Wheelchair assistant was late in getting us to gate as was pre arranged….we had been told that they would pick us up at the priority lounge however they only came after a few ph calls … the airport assistance was excellent in the beginning …the failure came only with the tardy lounge connection. Otherwise all was excellent with Finnair and the initial wheelchair service went very well. Thankyou!

No leg space. I am 6ft tall, I am am not super tall. There is zero leg space. Borderline dangerous because with turbulence my knees are forced against the metal on the seat in front of mines. Horrible and painful experience. Not comfortable at all. Just one extra inch of space would be a big difference.

Le gros point noir : quand on fait le check in en ligne, les places sont attribuées de façon aléatoire de façon à ce qu'une même famille soit séparée afin de faire payer très cher le placement si on veut être regroupé. Et ce, avec énormément de places disponibles à côté. Nous étions 3 ,il y avait plein de places à côté mais il fallait payer pr les avoir ce que nous n'avons pas fait.Nous avons donc ete séparés .scandaleux !!!

La réservation du vol est à revoir, après avoir acheter le billet d’avion pour Helsinki, il n’est plus possible de prendre le bus directement de l’aéroport pour aller à Tampere, c’est très frustrant

Not so good: I pre-ordered an Asian veg meal and was given a vegan meal. I wasn't given any headphones and since everyone around me was using their own, I assumed it was no longer a freebie. Later found out other passengers had been given them. No online check-in available as code-share flight. Good: AA agent at Heathrow airport was incredibly helpful and even checked in my hand luggage for free (I was travelling with hand luggage only). Arrivals process at Phoenix was efficient and fast.

Notre fils est très grand et la procédure d'enregistrement des places n'est pas toujours facile pour obtenir un siège adéquat quand on voyage en économique .
Notre valise n'est pas arrivée à Brest. Elle est partie à Biarritz. Nous l'attendons. Cordialement

Voordelen: "Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time."
Voordelen: "Environmentally mindful with some packaging"
Nadelen: "There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts."

Nadelen: "Low level service, quarrel at the check in about size of the hand luggage (fits all standards, excepts self imposed Finnair rule <8 kg). Poor to no service."
Voordelen: "Typical service and level of attention you'd expect in business class. Great food and wine selection. The amenity kit has exactly what's needed and not more."
Nadelen: "Only 1 hour of Wi-fi included - seems strange for business class."
Nadelen: "Delayed over 3 hours no explanation only technical problems. No food/water offered to people waiting a considerable length of time!"
Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."
Voordelen: "Very simple but reliable and confortable flight. We got clear instructions to get to the next terminal"
Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"
Voordelen: "The flight overall was okey. Pleasant crew."
Voordelen: "We had a very reasonable fare that included two meals a glass of wine and movies. We weren't expecting any thing more than a plane ride. Thank you FinnAir."
Voordelen: "The option of having a direct flight between Helsinki and Miami. The plane was clean and the seats comfortable."
Nadelen: "The flight was 1 1/2 hrs late!!!! This seems to be a regular pattern from what I understand from others who have travelled the same itinerary. Not good if this becomes your reputation. The crew was not very attentive during good service. It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"
Voordelen: "Everything was great. They made a nine hour flight actually enjoyable."
Voordelen: "One cool things is that some of the moveis were translated with several different languages in addition to English and Europearn languages."
Nadelen: "Distance between the seats are short and seats are somehow uncomfortable."
Nadelen: "flight # 742 canceled put in another plane, from other provider (LOT) going straight to Chicago; was not ready for it; we arrived at airport 2 hr before time of boarding and were rushed to plane going up in 45 min; very stressful; my daughter cried and we had no time to say good bays to family paid for selected seats - money not returned selected special meal - stayed hungry (8 hr fly) because they were not aware about our special needs; Finnair shold take care of it when canceling flight and putting us with other provider."
Voordelen: "Excellent service, professional service, good food that I did not have to pay for. Good flight, would take Finnair again."
Nadelen: "They answered my question professionally. As I disembarked the plane in Chicago I asked whether Finnair had armed guards. I was not detained, and was not questioned. The crew told me Finnair does not have them but I don't think they appreciated the question."
Voordelen: "Liked the Airbus seating on Finnair better than American's Boeing 777 seating."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were courteous and efficient, boarding flowed smoothly."
Nadelen: "Customers should be able to indicate their food preference before the flight, i.e. chicken, beef, vegetarian, etc., instead of taking pot luck or paying more than $12 for the option of selecting beforehand. In addition, there is a great deal of waste in giving everyone sugar, salt, creamer, etc. I know it's more efficient for the flight attendants, but I hate to see so much waste."
Voordelen: "The flight came on time and arrived in Chicago on time. The crew were friendly."
Nadelen: "The sound was out on my chair, so there was no sound to the movies. The food was really kind of junky and I decided against eating most of it so I wouldn't make myself sick. The meals could really do with more produce and a few more vegan options."
Voordelen: "We had a row to ourselves with a seat between us. The flight was smooth. Blueberry juice. Competitive pricing."
Nadelen: "Having to pay to reserve seats."
Voordelen: "My stay in the air was approximately about an hour from stockholm to Helsinki. They smiled me and gave comfortable service as always . Thanks"
Nadelen: "It may be not about flying process but airport environment or service. ARN airport was a bit cold even inside of the building . The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."
