Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Voordelen: "After having read Swiss Airline reviews I was prepared for a difficult and uncomfortable trip from BOS to ZUR. I was pleasantly surprised to the kindness and comfort I found in the economy class of Swiss Airline. Bags were checked in, flight was timely and legroom was satisfactory. I would highly recommended Swiss Airline due to my overall experience."

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Ils nous font attendre debout pendant qu'ils sont au téléphone pour plus d'une demi heure à Dusseldorf et à Zurich, et encore dans l'avion, retardé pour décoller."

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Voordelen: "The Agent at the Lufthansa baggage location services was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "Lufthansa’s needs to get their staffing act together. It took 1 1/4 hrs to check in due to insufficient staff & then once on board the flight it was announced there was no food available due to staffing shortages"

Nadelen: "Boarding process in Frankfurt was very confusing and haphazard. Some passengers had been pre-checked, others had not been- which delayed the boarding. Flight was an hour late. Baggage claim in Delhi was a mess- had to wait for more than hour to get one checked bag."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Voordelen: "It was NOT Lufthansa. It turns out it was a United flight. Fortunately they now have individual screens with individual options of what to watch like on other airlines. They did have my special meals as I ordered them. I sat next to a wonderful young couple from Finland. That made the journey interesting and pleasant."
Nadelen: "I really thought I booked a flight with Lufthansa,which I far prefer than United. They do better with beverages, (Perrier, Pelegrino instead of club soda, better special meals, better model airplanes). I am going to have to figure out how to get a Vegan eal that is not spicy. When I order Hindu Vegetarian it is always too spicy. United also doesn't get it and still gives people cheese or something like potato salad obviously made with mayonaise, and some spread that is either butter or margarine on a sandwich."

Voordelen: "The crew was extremely responsive, inviting, and constantly walking about the cabin to see if passengers needed juice or water. The boarding, for such a large flight, was pretty smooth."
Nadelen: "The small screens for entertainment need to be updated. It took mine a few minutes into the flight before I could access all of the entertainment options. Additionally, the touchscreen was very difficult to navigate, as it jumped between non-responsive and too sensitive throughout the flight. Furthermore, the headphone jack should be updated, so that passengers can use their own headphones without an adapter. The headphone audio setup at my seat did not work very well."

Voordelen: "Courteous and friendly staff - did enjoy my gluten free meal"
Nadelen: "Economy seats leave no room for relaxed arms - i had mine in front of me for 9 hours as the seat was SO small! As am I!!"

Voordelen: "1. I like the plane and the comfort of my seat. 2. I was pleased to find my luggage in Athens as Lufthansa was the only airline that in the past twice had misplaced my luggage and had to wait for one day to get them. 3. The flight arrived at the scheduled time and going through the airport , security to my connection was especially easy. 4. The sandwiches also at the airport were tasty."
Nadelen: "1, It isn't really a 100% complaint because I'm also responsible. As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

Nadelen: "Very limited food options. I get it is not first class but not everyone likes only chicken or fish"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Voordelen: "By far the best flying experience in a long time..."

Nadelen: "The flight was about 45 minutes delayed but it was okay with me since I had connection flight and I had a long connecting time."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Voordelen: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."
Nadelen: "The "European business class model" is not that great when you are paying a premium price to ride in Business Class. I think the prior 2 x 2 arrangement on each side with larger (and more comfortable) seats...plus more legroom and seat pitch...is preferable."

Voordelen: "My three LATAM flights were all on-time, well-piloted and efficiently run. They are not responsible for airport-related issues in Lima. Taking off at over 11.00 feet and landing at sea level must be like having most of the air leak out of your tires while driving, but these guys take that in stride."

Once arrived I had to connect to American Airlines flight and have to walk one mille and change to get to the other side of the airport. It will be ok, but I was with a 3 year old minor and I have to deal with this and the child"

Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "1) An extra piece of baggage, using the iPhone TAP, was priced at EUR 65; but, finalizing the purchase, the app tried to charge me EUR 140! Had to go to LIS airport to buy at the right price. 2) Had to pay for my free of charge seats!!!! They changed 4 times!!! a) Having tickets with seat assignments free of charge, had the chosen seats confirmed on e-ticket. b) At airport, 3 days before departure, attendant informed that seats assignment had been erased; she made new seat assignments at worse location; c) On check-in, found that seats were changed again to worse even; now to the back, and “2 in the middle of 4”. d) Had to pay to get my original free of charge seat assignments!!! Had similar situations in all my recent TAP flights. Cannot believe is a system problem! Looks like more a TAP policy to short-change (long time, in my case) customers."

Nadelen: "When the flight was delayed the people at the desk did not make an announcement about the delay, what was causing it and what we could expect. People waiting had to find out through rumors. There was no good communication. We also were unable to choose our seat and were stuck in the two middle seats when there were free aisle seats still available. My controller for the tv didn't fit back into the holder easily at all and my husband got a blood blister trying to force it back in. Headrest to hold my head didn't stay put to give proper support while trying to sleep."

Voordelen: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Nadelen: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."

Voordelen: "The extra room and comfort the business class provides"
Nadelen: "The business class cabins are not up-to-date and state of the art. The seats are not comfortable. On my outbound flight, the seat did not fully lay flat. The electrical outlet was old and worn out and ended up not charging my devices because it was too loose. They need to install USB outlets like everybody else. Needs more luxury like others in business class"
