It was great to get on this flight to Heathrow as my Aer Lingus flight to Gatwick was delayed and only told this at the gate. Then it was CANCELLED while at the gate for boarding!

Compact plane. Not enough room in aisle for carts, folks walking back and forth without hitting the aisle person.

There was so much leg room and the seats were comfortable. Additionally, the food was very good.

Overall, a very good experience and a great price! Lovely crew and the food was not bad at all! A few delays but all connections were made and their Passport and customs process was very well done!

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Nadelen: "The food looked like one put any effort into it, the coffee only came with milk and no milk substitute, there was only one kind of tea--no decaf and no herbal tea, and no butter substitute for people with dietary restrictions. Just a complete unthoughtful shame. My back is still sore from the lack of ergonomic considerations in seating. The blankets were cheap and thin and the plane was loud with no complimentary earplugs or sleep masks. Awful experience."

I would never have got it otherwise. That may have been my misunderstanding since on our other Aer Lingus flights we had been given complimentary tea."

Le vol en lui-même s'est bien passé. En revanche, l'obtention du boarding pass et les formalités à remplir en ligne ont été une vraie galère (et à faire en double exemplaire, en plus (American Airlines + Kayak)).

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard

Love that fact that we got boarded quickly and were able to leave and arrive earlier than scheduled. Pilot tried to keep it as smooth as possible. The gate valet process could have been better. They usually differentiate between first class and main cabin. They didn’t this time So when I arrived. My bag was one of the last to come off.

Lost luggage due to jammed pulley for luggage. Took over an hour to retrieve luggage.

Boarded late. Missed first landing attempt, landed almost an hour late and missed connecting flight.

But the landing was incredibly rough and the pilot didn’t apologize. That would have made things better, but he said nothing about being sorry we were delayed and nothing about the rough landing."

Je ne pas pu voyager a cause des problèmes de santé. J'ai un certificat médical que j'ai transmit a vous et a American Airlines a plusieurs reprises sans aucune résponse satisfactoire. Je suis très deçu et la prochaine fois je vais choisir une autre agence. Juan Manuel Cancel

On a raté notre vol pour Los Angeles car le vol BA 305 pour Londres n existait pas !!! C est tout simplement scandaleux . Nos vacances sont gâchees!!! Nous avons eu de votre part ni excuses, ni compensations .

Le vol est parti avec 2 heure de retard. Dans l'attente, aucune information ne nous a été donnée et le personnel du service client de British Airlines absent. Avant le départ, le Stewart a dû réparer le plafond de la cabine avec du scotch. Nous sommes arrivés trop en retard pour prendre ka navette reliant l'aéroport au centre ville et nos bagages étaient perdus ! Impossible de joindre le service client de British Airlines (répondeur pendant 30 minutes puis ça raccroche) !

Nadelen: "Un peu trop de turbulence du côté du Groenland et donc difficile de dormir. Les services à bord ne sont par contre pas au niveau des compagnies du golf ou asiatiques."

Nadelen: "Tout est payant en supplément, aucun divertissement dans l’avion même pas un écran générale ou de la musique. Même les places sont payantes si vous voulez les choisir avant le check-in"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed several times and the plane was really old, thought they would have something better but the staff did what they could to accommodate passengers."

L’avion était vraiment vieille, les divertissements fonctionnaient avec difficulté et était désuète.

GOOD

Repas excellent Il faut compter une éternité désormais pour l’embarquement puisque les gens apportent tout leur bagage avec eux. Les compagnies aériennes devraient devenir plus strictes quant à l’application des règles

C’est un petit trajet Une bouteille d’eau et un chocolat suffit déjà

Respecter l’heure de départ

Un peu retard donc assez juste pour notre connexion mais le reste était parfait

Getting a snack of peanuts would be better than the snack provided, pretzels.

Nadelen: "Free wifi for business class customers. $6,000 ticket then asked to pay 10/hr for wifi is insulting!"

Nadelen: "The delay was ridiculous. Seats are the usual tiny ones so for a big guy they suck but over all great trip"

Nadelen: "As much as the flight was truly very good and the crew very friendly and helpful as much as the equipment (airplane, seats, entertainment) really shabby and certainly not worth the the 2500,00 $ I paid for a better seat. I could of flown with Air transat and get better than I got with Air Canada. I feel it was rip off. Quality - price not there . Please give your crew a better uniform. The ones they wear now is very sad and oldish looking. If I think this and am 67 years old, imagine what the younger generation thinks."

Voordelen: "D’être arrivée à bon port en toute sécurité Ponctualité du vol Les agents de bord qui s’expriment en français. Même si avec difficulté pour certains, bel effort de communiquer dans la langue du passager."
Nadelen: "Il est très difficile d’entendre le pilote au micro. Par chance il n’y avait pas de message d’urgence à transmettre car nous peinions à l’entendre. Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité «  très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Nadelen: "Luggage took forever to get in Halifax"
Nadelen: "Aucune place pour les jambes."
Voordelen: "They got me home"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 2-3 times with no explanation. The food in the gate was trash . After boarding we waited on board for over a hour before take off , during which time someone was duct taping the inside of the plane together and I sat on a broken seat . The single flight attendant refused to take trash from people who didn’t finish their beverage . While the plane was reversing there was a huge bang and the plane shook as if we hit something . I observed gate agent repeatedly tell customers that she couldn’t help them find out if their flight was delayed and to just look at the computer board ."
Voordelen: "Entertaintment system was good. I was happy with the selection of movies and last releases. No delays in flights which was a plus."
Nadelen: "Food was terrible. Portions were small, we were given a KitKat for dessert. No side salad or anything. No headphones were given prior to the flight. Long haul flights should always provide these. Most of the flight wasn’t Lufthansa but Air Canada instead. This should be advertised properly as I had no idea."
Voordelen: "Beaucoup de temps d’atte Avant de passer la sécurité et les douanes on nous laisse attendre et on a pas beaucoup de temps même pas le temps d’ Prendre un café"
Nadelen: "Le délai entre les deux avion"
Nadelen: "Missed the connection in Toronto. Had to spend the night there. My skis arrived one day late to my destination."
Nadelen: "Overhead bins were tiny."
Voordelen: "Le personnel est gentil. Les activités se sont déroulées rapidement. J’ai pu avoir de l’aide facilement pour l’enregistrement aux bornes. Johanne Leduc"
Voordelen: "J’ai apprécié la gentillesse des agentes de bord. Le vol s’est très bien passé."
Nadelen: "Les points moins agréables sont la connexion à votre application. Il m’a pris 30 minutes avant d’avoir accès au menu du lecteur électronique. Puis, le service des agentes leur du premier vol était ordinaire. J’ai demandé à deux reprises un verre d’eau. La première fois, j’étais un fantôme. Elle n’a que servit la personne à côté de moi. La deuxième fois, elle avait oublié."
Nadelen: "Tres long delais de vol et attente dans l'avion apres l'atterissage"
Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "Plane was cramp, no inflight refreshments offered other than beverage. No entertainment available on flight."
Voordelen: "Il y a des écrans meme pour des vols courts c’est très pratique. L’avion est confortable"
Voordelen: "It made it to Athens smoothly & on time."
Nadelen: "There was no movies available to watch. Flight attendant said we need the app to watch movies however there wasn't enough time to download the app before the flight took off to download it in time."
Voordelen: "Super bon service, tout les employés étaient souriants et avenants. Très bon vol, tout le côté divertissement super"
Voordelen: "It was a direct flight from Toronto to Kelowna."
Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."
Nadelen: "En cas de retard nous le communiquer. Nous sommes dans l'embarras à savoir si nous pourrons être en temps pour le relais pour le prochain vol. Pour une personne âgée c'est stressant. Merci"
Voordelen: "Le service était excellent"
Voordelen: "Great fare. Prompt and friendly customer service on the phone."
Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day with the same itinerary, which would have defeated the purpose of going on my trip (a wedding). I called and Air Canada put me on a same day flight on Delta. That flip was delayed, and I would have missed my connection. Finally, I was rebooked again, but didn't get in until several hours later than I would have gotten in."
Voordelen: "Flight attendant was helpful when I had a personal health issue."
Nadelen: "Pay for snacks on a 5 hour flight? What do you really get for a ticket that cost over $500. US? I paid for noodle soup. They gave me a fork to eat it after they bumped into me and spilled the hot liquid on my sleeve and slacks. Then when I went to eat it I realized that the noodles were not cooked through. they were rubbery. the liquid was tasty, but with a fork how much can you taste. Ended up giving it back after eating about 1/4 of it. Seats had no leg room even though was a larger plane. Had restless leg from the very beginning. Legs were in pain the whole time."
Voordelen: "Facilité à obtenir de l'eau, voyage doux, sans turbulence."
Nadelen: "Systeme de divertissement qui proposait belle variété plantsit souvent. Il a finalement été "rebooté" mais il était tard et cela a pris plus de 30 minutes."
Voordelen: "Pouvoir avoir la correspondance à Montréal malgré un départ differé de Québec pour cause d'orage"
Nadelen: "Ne pas avoir mes bagages à Paris"

Nadelen: "L'odeur des toilettes, pas longtemps mais assez."

Nadelen: "No overhead bin for centre section of row that my seat was in made it very inconvenient. It seemed to take far too long to offload the plane at the gate; we waited over 10 minutes for the door to open."
