Staff was very accommodating and respectful. Quick service as well.

Nous étions en surbooking et avons attendre le dernier moment pour savoir que nous pouvions partir.... Et l'avion a eu 4h de retard... Mais nous sommes arrivés

J aurais aimé que les passagers soient appelés par zone. Exemple zone 1 présenter vous pour débarquement ensuite zone 2..... ainsi les autres passagers restent assis et attendent leur tour.

Nothing serious, crew should know English better otherwise everything was good and Air France should maintained and must be consistent in future.

Écran ne fonctionnait pas …. Pas d’alternative

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

Same comment as before. Should not be part of skyteam. Alitlia is way below standard for that group of stellar airlines. Staff is unfriendly, delivers poor service and do not make you feel welcome on board. Food is good. Only water not other drinks available. No garbage college during flight or before landing. Entertaining is so so and the bathrooms are dirty.

Voordelen: "Couldn't get on the flight. Santo Domingo airport Delta crew wouldn't let us on. We waited in a slow check in line - then they said it was too late to get on. We had plenty of time to get to the gate. Had to wait until the next day to get home."
Nadelen: "The social distancing, the cdc is recommending 6 ft but there are passengers directly behind and in grinning us and only one passenger seat empty between 2 people. With covid on the rise, how are you actually doing your party to take care of your customers."
Nadelen: "The Seattle gate agents never said which flight they were calling and since neighboring gates were boarding at the same time it was very confusing and rather chaotic."

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

Nadelen: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Nadelen: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Nadelen: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Annulation sans proposition de solution

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard

We were all boarded and ready to depart, and then there were maintenance issues that delayed us. Couldn’t that have been discovered sooner?

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "My bags were sent on an earlier flight so they were sitting on a different terminal and I was on a different one. At 9:30 pm in -12 degree Celsius I was waiting for a shuttle to take me to that terminal which was very unnecessary because it’s their responsibility to give me my bag at the right terminal."
Nadelen: "Connection was late and missed boarding by 25 seconds. The plane wasn't gone, but the door was locked. 25 seconds. Now sleeping in the airport."
Nadelen: "Not BA's fault, but I didn't like the long flight. I liked the pillow and blanket provided."
Voordelen: "The setup at Skyharbor airport in Phoenix is a joke. There is no rhyme or reason as to how they do things. There is no organization whatsoever. Nobody knows what they are doing. Agents are rude. They can’t figure out which gate flights are suppose to go out of."
Nadelen: "I didn’t like a single thing. The fact you pay extra money for a so-called choice seat and then you have to wait til more than half the plane is filled is a joke. It’s all about money w you ppl. Quit being so greedy and focus on customer service."
Nadelen: "Plane was old and dirty, seat pocket had junk in it. Seat was broken and couldn’t stay up. In flight movies were from few years back with a center tv and no head rest screen. Crew on overseas flights tend to be older in age and less tolerant..much better on continental on the same route."
Voordelen: "I was very happy to see that AA considerably improved service on-board, if I compare it to an experience of several years ago. For future flights to Europe I will not hesitate to choose AA over disappointing BA."
