Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Il me semble totalement illogique de me faire dire qu'il n'y a plus de place pour moi dans l'avion alors que j'ai le billet en main et qu'il a été payé. Comment une compagnie peut-elle accepter mon paiement alors qu'elle n'est pas en mesure de garantir le service pour lequel elle a été payée? Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

J'avais l'impression que l'on cherchait notre avion. Un avion Star Alliance n'est pas Lufthansa. Le siège du passager devant moi était défectueux et reculait sans cesse vers moi. DEux interventions des agents de bord n'ont pas suffi. Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"

Nadelen: "The plane wasn't refueled and so was not ready for take off once the passengers were loaded. The plane had a technical problem when it tried the first take off and so it had to be abandoned. This was alarming.."

Nadelen: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Voordelen: "We vertrokken vanuit Tapei 10 minuten voor plan. We kwamen bijna 3 keartier voor schema aan."

Nadelen: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Voordelen: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

Nadelen: "The food was inedible--from the chopped RAW potatoes to the slimey, tiny bit of pale turkey. It must have left a foul taste for the crew, too, since they were cold and unwelcoming."

If you have window seat, you have to cross passanger next to you (you don't need to on Swiss, Lufthansa or Cathay Pacific), there is very few privacy comparred to other airlines and my seat was just terrible for sleeping, did not go flat completely and was way less comfy for sleeping than with other airlines. Plane was an older 747. I will not flight long hault with KLM again."

Thats not a good service for a long trip fligt: washington-copenhagen and back. All other Airlines i have been with gives you a choice to choose between 2 different meals, buT SAS they decide for you ! And i have never seen any airline serve pork/ ham because of different believes people have, but SAS service you pork on an international 8 hours flight ! This is first time and last time I’m gonna fly with SAS. I always fly with KLM , perfect in everything and anyway. NO MORE SAS FOR ME !"

Very poor selection of movies and map was not working this flight."

Nadelen: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Nadelen: "During online check in and through the website, I was informed that I would be able to have one free checked bag. I was never prompted that I would have to pay additional. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I had to pay an additional $75 to check my bag in even though my boarding pass stated I was able to check in one bag. I was then pushed back and forth through the airport to complete this process. I would have liked to be given warning if I had to pay any additional costs."

Nadelen: "it all started at Boarding..... long lines with no access for premium passengers to board. get to Aircraft and no greeting......Late /Delayed Departure which caused a HELL of a Trip including missed connections in IAD and Sleeping in the Airport till that next day! my 16 hour trip back home turned into 37 Hours.........Cabin Crew not so friendly and in a rush! I was surprised, normally they are always pleasant and smiling."

Nadelen: "Wasn't assigned a seat and had to stand in a long line to wait to confirm that I had a seat for a flight I booked over 3 months earlier."

Voordelen: "Easy upgrade to business"
Nadelen: "Breakfast. A bit strange to have cold salad with cous cous in the morning but perhaps it was meant as a combo lunch"

Nadelen: "Only water or coffee/tea. Not even soda."

Voordelen: "It got me from a to b"
Nadelen: "No food service on a four hour flight that departed at 11am. Except soggy sandwiches for purchase. I recommend taking your own food. Plane not very clean."

Nadelen: "Didn't like the economy class seats paying for business.A real rip off."

Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "only allow one 6 oz water, asked us to buy after it. it is ridiculous. senior attendant had bad attitude. the chairs are uncomfortable in this old aircraft."

Voordelen: "Legroom in economy class was spectacular. Crew was great and the plane seemed to be new."

Nadelen: "You must pay the water on the flight to copenhague and geneva"

Nadelen: "no plug in for laptop. seats reclined in a way that felt like there was even less room"

Voordelen: "Everything was smooth sailing. From checking, printing boarding pass at the kiosk to the flight it self good food and slight attendants were friendly made sure we were comfortable."

Nadelen: "Newark to Oslo to Kristiansand. The "connecting" flight procedure was horrible. There was no way to forward the luggage, except pick it up, and then stand in long line, check in, etc etc., as if it were an entirely new flight. On phone they told me there would be expedited procedure. It was like taking an entirely new flight. All other countries have this worked out. What happened? I nearly missed my second flight."

Nadelen: "arrived late to the airport (my fault) but still in time to make flight. online check in wasn't working the day before. kiosks at airport wouldn't print a boarding pass although it said i was already checked in and nobody was at the desk to print me a boarding pass. dissapointing experience to say the least. ended up missing my flight and only being refunded the tax (about 20% of the total ticket cost)"

Voordelen: "Small plane"
Nadelen: "Only takes 20 minutes"

Voordelen: "Crew and vegetarian food were great. Nice to see that some airlines still make an effort"
Nadelen: "The long slog from the arrival terminal to departure was incredible: stood in line to board a shuttle at terminal D to B, waited on shuttle to l0 min, long circuitous walk to train staition that took me to terminal D. If I had had a shorter connection this rigamarole would have freaked me out."

Voordelen: "great flight"

Nadelen: "I had a delay of 4 hours. Got home very late. Not what I had planned on."

Nadelen: "Delayed takeoff by 1 hour waiting for a crew to fly in. Upon crew arrival, new crew member states that there are standby crew available and he's not sure why they didn't call on them. Then we continued to wait for 3 more passengers who were delayed and now had a chance to board our flight. Once landed, gate was occupied by yet another flight running late so we waited for 15 minutes to get to the gate."

Voordelen: "De stewardessen in t vliegtuig waren erg aardig en hulpvaardig"
Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Nadelen: "Hour delay"

Nadelen: "Changing terminals atleast 4 times"

Voordelen: "Everything happy and in time. Nice staff"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Because of airline delay and increased immigration wait time, we missed our flight. No compensation but we were connected to another flight to Sac. 1-1/2 hours later, which worked out okay, except we got home very late at night."

Voordelen: "It was o k."
Nadelen: "No complain"

Voordelen: "I arrived safely."
Nadelen: "The crew managed to serve a glass of water. No snack, not even a bag of pretzels. They managed to collect trash four times. Again, they barely acknowledged the passengers. What happened to customer service?"

Nadelen: "Left with plenty of time but: -Terrible traffic! More than 3 hrs -Had to wait 30 min for shuttle -At airport they said flight was via American, other terminal. My paper from Kayak says Air Alaska -Terminal for flight uses separate bldg so shuttles to terminal , more time needed."

Voordelen: "Arrived early"

Voordelen: "Dat er qua breedte aardig wat ruimte was"
Nadelen: "Dat de gordel eigenlijk net te krap was"

Voordelen: "nothing really"
Nadelen: "crowded seats , packed flight,"

Voordelen: "The flight out was really comfortable but the flight back was a little cramped. The crew was great."
Nadelen: "The return flight"

Voordelen: "easy flight"
Nadelen: "the remodel at LAX is a mess but the shuttles are nice, just be prepared if you have to shuttle to another terminal. Also check food, I went from gate 50A and had to shuttle to 52A and that area only has one area to get something to eat and its just sandwich, and not a lot of choices."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time."
Nadelen: "The seats are hard and uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "Flight was very delayed"

Nadelen: "The long delay was terrible"

Nadelen: "Four hour layover on a flight from Edinburgh to Sacramento."

Voordelen: "Dunno"
Nadelen: "Dunno"

Nadelen: "Flight into DFW was delayed over an hour and ended up missing connection from DFW to SMF by less than 10 minutes because connecting flight left the gate early! We had 5 people in our group, including 3 children under the age of 10. Instead of taking off on time or just a couple minutes late (and oh by the way, the flight to SMF was scheduled to land early because of favorable winds) the flight left the gate early while we were sprinting from gate C31 to A17, missing the door closing by minutes and stranding our party for a three hour wait for an aircraft that went to SFO instead (75 miles away from Sacramento). As the coup de gras, our luggage didn't make it on the plane to SFO so now it's sitting in Sacramento awaiting delivery. I know there were a lot of upset people with the weather delays yesterday, but a bit of foresight or accommodation by American or a particularly savvy gate agent could have prevented the 5 of us from being among them."

Nadelen: "It also didn't happen due to rerouting"

Voordelen: "It seemed like it took longer to board this time. Otherwise, all was good. Flight was on time leaving and early landing."
Nadelen: "It seemed like boarding took longer that usual this time. It seems like it would go more smoothly if it were set up that everyone boards in the order from where they are seated, starting in the back, working forward."

Voordelen: "How friendly the staff at the gate always are."
Nadelen: "How lazy and unfriendly the staff at the ticket counter in LA are. I really hate that they make you check in yourself PLUS print out your own bags tags while they just stand there looking at you. What a waste of time and my money paying to be on this flight!"

Nadelen: "There was an announcement made after takeoff that due to "turbulence" no hot beverages would be served. That is just unbelievable! I spent a good amount on a ticket and you mean to tell me that you won't serve coffee due to turbulence?? Turbulence is staple of every flight. What an excuse!!! American Airlines stinks! No tvs on any of the flights too."

Voordelen: "Super service from a great crew!"

Voordelen: "THAT i WAS ABLE TO TRAVEL AND GET TO MY DESTINATION."
Nadelen: "WITH A CODE-SHARE, THE TICKET SHOULD SPECIFY WHICH CARRIER I WILL ACTUALLY FLY WITH. THIS WAS NOT DONE AND I ALMOST MISSED MY FLIGHT BECAUSE ALASKA AND AMERICAN ARE IN 2 DIFFERENT - VERY DIFFERENT TERMINALS. THEN THE LOBBY AGENT COULD NOT LOCATE ALASKA FLIGHT ON THE AMERICAN TERMINAL - ANOTHER DELAY. POOR EXPERIENCE OVERALL."

Nadelen: "The seats even in first class were so old the springs were stabbing me in the back. No entertainment system. American Airlines is ALWAYS late. I was delayed 5 hours. Food is horrid. Rating applies to all American flights I've been on."

Voordelen: "No comment."
Nadelen: "Due to flight delays and missed flight because of the delays, we had to rebook and reticket and took a different airline"

Voordelen: "Gate crew kept the door open as we dashed to our connection and welcomed us by name as they hustled us on board. Ground crew did an amazing job of transferring our luggage in the short 10 minutes or so that we had between planes. Thank you everyone!"

Voordelen: "Price was right"

Nadelen: "I was unable to get this flight and rebooked onto a United flight that was denatured 4 hours."

Nadelen: "Flight attendant rude. No smile, only saw them once"

Nadelen: "The layover was supposed to be an hour...ended up taking 3.5 hours!"

Voordelen: "everything"

Voordelen: "I like the updated airplane were we all had our own Tv's to watch whatever we wanted"
Nadelen: "Had to switch planes twice late boarding food sucks it what to freaking hot in the plan seat where Uncomfy no freaking movie on our way back I'm not sure if I'll fly again with AA to many complains from people"

Voordelen: "Service"
Nadelen: "Everything was perfect"

Voordelen: "Non"
Nadelen: "I could not change the flight with less payment so I missed the flight and booked another one."

Nadelen: "That there is no internet"

Nadelen: "The flight got late and then were told its early And I literally had to run terminals after Finding out that my luggage was still missing. It's been two days and I haven't got my luggage yet"

Voordelen: "We boarded quickly and was quiet and smooth."
Nadelen: "Flight was 45 minutes late."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Delayed 2 times in CLT then delayed almost an hour in Sacramento because there was not a gate open when we landed"

Voordelen: "Luckily the kind gentleman transported me to my gate or I would have missed my flight."
Nadelen: "Delays in flying"

Voordelen: "Fairly quick boarding, nice crew."
Nadelen: "Old airplane with old uncomfortable worn out seats. They showed a movie during flight on overhead screens, could barely see it and the audio was terrible. The food choices were unacceptable for an over 5 hour flight. Only one sandwich choice, pastrami on rye, really how many people like that one! Drink choices were the usual. Overall There would have to be a very compelling reason for me to choose American again."

Nadelen: "my flight being cancelled"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "My headphone jack only had sound in right ear. Headset was horribly uncomfortable so even if I did have sound the headphones hurt too much to use. Should be able to use your own headphones but there was no option to because of the double jack"

Voordelen: "Missed it due to delays but at least they found me another flight"
Nadelen: "I missed it and was routed through Phoenix"

Nadelen: "We didn't make the connection because of American's incompetence on our previous flt. of Hermosillo to Phoenix."

Nadelen: "Dilapidated and outdated plane"

Voordelen: "Cabin crew was pleasant and personable."
Nadelen: "Flight was canceled. No preparation. Took three hours to speak to agent, by which time all flights out that day had left or were full. Terrible meal provided the night if cancelation. On flight, meals were poor. No personal in-flight entertainment and movies shown were older. All around terrible flying experience"

Nadelen: "Temp was way too hot. Made for a long flight."

Nadelen: "DEN security line was long and slow"

Nadelen: "no electricity outlets"

Nadelen: "The plane was very old. No outlet to plug electronics. Small screens for video"

Voordelen: "nothing"

Nadelen: "The flight was overbooked and they were offering vouchers for later flights, wasn't a bad thing, though, I'd have done it."

Nadelen: "This was a mess as the attendants didn't not have my transfer ticket It took them for ever till the last minute when was called by the Microphone"

Nadelen: "Hard landing, puking passenger that started at boarding til landing. Bags were smashed up, that's just the beginning."

Nadelen: "People were not told where to get their transfer boarding passes until last minute. Security check of "random" passengers was overboard. I wasn't one of the passengers who had to undergo the extra security at the gate, but felt bad for those who did. Completely unnecessary.."

Nadelen: "Our seats and boarding passes were given to two other people! How can someone else board a plane with our names on the boarding passes?!"

Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Delays delays delays"

Voordelen: "Videos on United flights kept getting re-started"

Voordelen: "Getting to my destination on time."
Nadelen: "Hate LAX. Hate the empowered TSA. LAX seems to be forever under construction. Avoid if possible."

Voordelen: "Everything else was fine"
Nadelen: "For such a long flight and quite expensive some food should be provided. I have never flown before like that (over hundreds of overseas flights) and had NO FOOD given at all."

Nadelen: "not offered any break on food or beverage, or wifi."

Nadelen: "We're treated like livestock!"

Voordelen: "As above"

Nadelen: "I had round trip from Sacramento to Cancun, the staffs service was poor, there are even no greeting and smiling when I every time checked in. That is really bad experience with united airline"

Voordelen: "It was good to be in Houston for a brief moment!!"

Voordelen: "Enjoyed it"

Nadelen: "Delayed flight. Missed connecting flight. Desk attendant was rude about it. Not a frequent flyer so never had that happen before. Says free wifi on flight but passengers couldn't connect. I won't fly on this airline again."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed and late and our checked bags were lost. we got home really late after having to make a 2 hour drive from the airport. Exhausting. it took days and waiting at home for baggage to finally be delivered. It was all a hassle and makes me like traveling by air much less"

Voordelen: "The flight left on time and arrived on time at the airport. The crew were nice and boarding worked seamlessly. It was nice that wifi was offered on the aircraft, just a shame it cost $14 for 4 hours"
Nadelen: "Security at O'Hare nearly made me late for my flight. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours in security, and then rush towards my plane. The seats were nice, but the not the best on their fleet. There was also no seat back entertainment. The only entertainment was if you had a smart device, you would download the United App and watch movies, shows and listen to songs through the app which is called Private Screening"
