Voordelen: "Once we boarded, staff were attentive and service was good in business class. Food was high quality but in their effort to serve an elaborate 4-5 course meal, there was less attention on making sure people had drinks to pair with their meals."
Nadelen: "We were delayed for 3 hours. We were held in a the boarding area behind security for 2 hours with no seats, no water, no space, and no information. Turkish Airline representatives looked clueless and did not provide information or even look concerned. That was the worst handled delay in my over 30 years of flying all over the world on any many carriers. Once we boarded, the flight went well from there."

I really enjoyed this flight."

Nadelen: "As a gluten free person dinner delicious but after 5-6 next hours for breakfast I got few small slices of melon... like really?? This will not feed anyone! For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

Nadelen: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough."

Nadelen: "While going to the gate G11 at Vienna airprt, i slipped infront of the gate in presence of 3 male austrian airways staff who were checking there. After i got up i requested if i could get some water and they said they cannot. Finally a co passenger gave me her bottle of water. I ended up actually breaking my leg"

Nadelen: "The flight from Budapest to Vienna was delayed so we missed our connection to Tel Aviv. The behavior of the ground staff who were supposed to assist us was outrageous. They behaved like a low cost company with one answer to any request, and this is the word "NO". It does not seem logical that we ever go with Austrian again. We do deserve a compensation for the delay and the behavior."

Voordelen: "I loved the boarding process. Everything was very organized! I was lucky to sit by myself next to the window, so i had plenty of space to stretch. The flight was right on schedule, so i didnt have to worry about making it to the next flight. Food was good. We were offered the water through the whole trip which is nice, because i always feel super dehydrated on the plane."
Nadelen: "I wasn't very satisfied with the flight attendants. I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Nadelen: "This is for Kayak's app- Usually I get a special meal request through the agent, but could not do it on Kayak's app, and Lufthansa and Austrian did not recognize my booking code from the ticket purchase confirmation email to do it on their website directly. Please look into both issues. This is for my whole trip and not the above mentioned destination."

Nadelen: "The boarding in SVO was a zoo. The location of a gate, with a huge pole in the middle; the way boarding was announced and handled, it was pretty much every man for themselves. Agents at the gate were rude. On the plane, it was hot most of the time on the plane. We had to actually ask to turn up the air."

Nadelen: "No alcohol served."

Voordelen: "Vegetarian meal service was great."

Nadelen: "Went to find my suitcase on the baggage carousel wide open with my prescriptions missing. I need these to control my nerve pain and I cannot get them until I go back to America in three weeks. I don't know what to do. They also didn't have my vegetarian order, so I ate bread for each meal."

Nadelen: "Food was terrible, almost inedible. Unfriendly service from staff. Disgusting bathrooms"

Nadelen: "SVO (Moscow) airport was dysfunctional. Two Aeroflot employees told me to stay in terminal E for my flight. I waited in line for one hour (they only had three people checking bags!!!). I get to the counter and I'm told it's from terminal D. Thankfully, my checked bag made it. In sum: ask and confirm with more than two people since Aeroflot employees speak no good Angleski."

Nadelen: "The flight was late, the menus had no relation to actually available food, some of the passengers were obnoxious drunks and crew didn't want to restrain them even after repeated complaints of harassment. Not the first time either, so this is a recurrent problem. On the other hand, if luck is with you, you may get few unusually nice flying companions or enjoy some offbeat movies."

Voordelen: "Aeroflot is very good value for money. The planes are new, roomy, have good in-flight entertainment choices and the crew give very good, polite service. Overall their flights are usually on time. The food is reasonable on flights leaving New York but on flights out of Moscow the food is really poor, sometimes even inedible! The English announcements are almost impossible to understand but that is the same on many airlines."

Nadelen: "The Bucharest Airport is like an overcrowded cattle barn with 10,00 cows. It was a wild zoo. No real lines - just push your way in. The baggage drop was like a comedy skit - it you use this airport be prepared for chaos, not many signs and procedures that were old in 1890."

Nadelen: "Because it was very crowded and hot, we had to wait a little before getting out of the bus. The aiplain was a little bit old and looked dirty."

Nadelen: "Nothing really, it was a shorter flight. The aircraft made it, can’t complain."

Voordelen: "The boarding process was not clear. I was not able to add luggage during check in and it said it was included for one piece up to 23 kg. Though my bag fit those requirements I was forced to wait in a separate line and pay 50’euro. The lines were wrapped around and not clearly marked for each flight."
Nadelen: "Check in process both online and at the airport. The seats on the aircraft."

Voordelen: "The plane was fairly new and, for such a short route, quite big (but I guess that was just due to the increased number of passengers, as almost all of the 180 seats were booked)"
Nadelen: "Almost 3.5h delay, no reason given, a mere croissant offered during waiting time, no transparency about additional delays (it was just 2.5h, initially). Also, despite the aircraft being newer than most Tarom planes, it was cramped, with very little leg room, very cheap trays and no storage space on the back of the seats in front. No warm beverages (no coffee, no tea!!). Will seek compensation for the delay."

Voordelen: "That I didn't die in Chisinau"
Nadelen: "Spending the entire time I was in Chisinau at the airport vomiting by some out building on the edge of the property. TAROM gave me food that made me sick. On the flight back, a bunch of people were handing those sandwiches back to the stewardesses after looking at them. Now I know why. I went to 25 countries on this trip, and this was low-light number either A1 or A2, depending on how the other thing shakes our financially. I had 3 flights on TAROM, and only one of them sickened me to the extent that I had to throw up."

Voordelen: "Boarding too early and then sitting on the plane."
Nadelen: "Food."

Voordelen: "For the first time, in many years, cabin crew apologized for delay"
Nadelen: "Flight delayed, cofee= prepare yourself a nescoffee (even at business class"

Voordelen: "Very nice personnel. Great airline."

Voordelen: "The one good thing was that they delivered me and my luggage safe and sound to the destination."
Nadelen: "Delayed boarding, very uncomfortable and extremely little legroom, no blanket/pillow, dirty/smelly bathroom, ran out of almost all supplies in the bathroom. Entertainment - nonexistent. I would not choose this airline if it weren't for the price."

Voordelen: "We had 2 flight attendants (females), one very pleasant and helpful, the younger was alright, I guess she was just ok, not going the extra mile or anything, nor smiling."
Nadelen: "I was the first one to use the rear restroom and it had a terrible smell - not clean. Not impressed. No entertainment."

Nadelen: "Flight was 1h20 minutes late."

Voordelen: "Received a banana with my meal"
Nadelen: "I was one of about 50 passengers who arrived in Bucharest to discover their bags had not been put on the flight. Due to spending over an hour in the airport sorting this out, and the flight being highly delayed, I missed my connecting flight."

Voordelen: "Comfy seats"
Nadelen: "Both flights were on time!!! Comfy economy seats"

Voordelen: "Very nice crew; short flight 60', 2 mini croissants and two cookies, really good coffee; easy check in; easy baggage control; people ready to help."

Nadelen: "The OTP airport is not very organized, difficult for a new guy to get to the gate. Nothing to do wirh the flight but i needed to mention this for other people new to the airport"

Voordelen: "The check-in at Brussels was quick and the staff conpetent; the boarding occurred at the time specified; the plane was clean; in Bucharest, the trip to the terminal on a bus was quick ; a hot lunch of chicken with sauce and rice pilaf was good. In-flight service was fine."
Nadelen: "The AirFi system allowed for movies and games on one's own internet device, but did not allow for an internet conection during the flight to email or surffing."

Voordelen: "Very good service"

Voordelen: "Pleasant staff, good flight."
Nadelen: "Nothing in particular. This was a quick flight, so I didn't expect much in terms of entertainment or food."

Voordelen: "Small slow turbo prop plane substituted for plane stated on original booking. Airline also changed schedule which was a little inconvenient."
Nadelen: "O)n boarding we stored carry on bags at the plane to be collected before taking the BUS to the terminal. The problem was that the crew could not get the door on the p;lane open to give us back our luggage on landing. It took them at least 15 minutes to open the door."

Voordelen: "Your service are efficiently!with this plane,smol,nice and friendly personal it is great"

Voordelen: "Everithing was ok!"
Nadelen: "It was nothing wrong, I feel very well!"

Voordelen: "Personnel was kind, trying to help, always smiling. Even for a short flight they provided a rather good snack with a sandwich, plenty drinks."
Nadelen: "We are in 2017 and Otopeni airport does not have buses with Air Conditioned Systems...outside was 37 Celsius!!! They were kind to invite first families with children to pass to the bus but this meant sitting in a sauna @ 40+ Celsius until all passengers went through the gate. Driver was all red and close to fainting. Pity, I was looking forward seeing one of the big managers coming next to us to enjoy the Tarom experience...!"

Voordelen: "Personnel aimable et serviable, bon état de l'appareil. Cabine propre."
Nadelen: "Petit sandwich pas terrible mais toujours mieux que rien ..."

Voordelen: "It was a pleasure to fly with them. I wish they flew in the continental US too."

Voordelen: "All was fine. Since the flight from Bucharest to Chisinau is only an hour, the tiny plane was fine."
Nadelen: "Since the plane is so tiny, you have to turn over your cabin baggage at planeside, then get it back when you land. The airline took my hand luggage in good condition, and when I got it back, one zipper pull had been snapped in half. I tried to file a claim when I landed, but airport personnel said that for cabin baggage, there was nothing they could do."

Voordelen: "On time, direct flight, friendly crew"

Voordelen: "Staff were cordial and efficient. Boarding was efficient and smooth."
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable chairs (little legroom, no leaning backs for the seats)."

Voordelen: "excellent flight attendants. Fast flight to make up for delay."
Nadelen: "Smaller seats than other airlines. Plane was dirty. Landing was rough and downright scary. delayed flight"

Nadelen: "Connection"

Voordelen: "Had sandwich and beverage on a 40 min domestic flight. Professional and helpful staff."

Voordelen: "The food was great, staff nice, generous, and accommodating. Plane comfortable."
Nadelen: "Boarding often takes a long time, and/or flight is delayed."

Nadelen: "No vegetarian food option. Pretty poor food as a whole. No entertainment unless one connected to their WiFi. Crew rather basic as far as manners are concerned. I got treated better on Romania-based low cost flights."

Voordelen: "Flight didn't exist."

Voordelen: "The plane had a 50 minutes delay. The reason was "tehnical problems". Actually, 3 persons boarded 40 minutes late, so we all had to wait for them. That was so unfair."

Nadelen: "To train the flight attendant to do better."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Improve customer servive"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, good food, lots of free drinks."
Nadelen: "Flights seem to be delayed every time we fly LOT. Flying out of Warsaw, crew did not communicate that we'd be traveling to the plane by bus, which led to very long lines and a delay in takeoff."

Nadelen: "Not allowing babies in first class. Couldn’t sleep with the baby crying."

Voordelen: "I liked dinner menu. Not so much breakfast...."
Nadelen: "USB not power outlet under the seat was charging my kindle.... why? When i plugged in the light on my kindle was “on” but kindle never got charged up. My seat was not reclining...."

Nadelen: "Having to be bussed both two and from the planes by a surety ground staff stinks"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed in both ways. Very crowded, not comfortable to sit. Just 11 movie selection with a terrible sound."

Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."

Nadelen: "Extremely cramped seats, late and almost didn't make connection, buses back and forth the whole way, jerky drivers."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were very helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 30 min. There was no announcement to passengers on the matter."

Voordelen: "Arrived to Toronto on time. Flight attendants provided excellent customer service."
Nadelen: "Nothing to mention."

Nadelen: "In Warsaw they took us by bus in a snow storm in freezing cold. They left us standing on an open bus in minus temperatures for 30 minutes instead of sending a few buses to take us to the plane."

Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."

Voordelen: "Du personnel navigant très agréable et à l'écoute. Et un bon point supplémentaire pour le repas (;"

Voordelen: "Overall very good - no complaints. LOT is comparable with Lufthansa and KLM (the airlines I have most experience with) in terms of service and space. Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

Voordelen: "Ik kan eigenlijk niet echt objectief een beoordeling geven want ik werk voor deze maatschappij dus vind uiteraard alles fantastisch (behalve het salaris haha)."

Nadelen: "It was connected flight and was delayed had to run through the entire airport with no chance to buy a butltle of water. I'm over 60 years old and this was horrible. The flight and crew were excellent."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "Ground crew did a good job rescheduling and arranging hotel"
Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled"

Voordelen: "How quickly I get Lviv from Warsaw! Thank you"

Nadelen: "The entertainment system was broken in my chair"

Voordelen: "The crew has always been extremely friendly and accommodating"

Voordelen: "The service crew in the plane were cordial and professional."
Nadelen: "The ground staff and customer service staff made mistakes with our infant's name and twice her ticket got canceled. Instead of saying that they will just fix it they blamed us and were very rude to us when they had to fix their mistake. I suggest that you train your staff in customer service or you will continue to lose good customers"
