Nadelen: "I have traveled extensively but I have never seen a staff more rude than Emirates. I had a connecting flight at Dubai Airport and there was 8 hours waiting time. At the gate I was connecting for Islamabad, there was not a single seating arrangement. When I complained about it to emirates desk, the staff was extremely rude. Such arrogance and an attitude that you instantly abhor. In my opinion, these Emirates people are most racist people in the world. The way they treat passengers from developing countries is vile. Even onboard, they treat 'white' passengers much differently than they would for a brown skin. I would never fly Emirates again. I plan to write against them in some leading newspaper for being racist. If people like us stay quiet and injustice and humiliating attitude they have against us, we will continue to suffer. I can pay a higher price for any other airline but I decline to ever fly with Emirates at the expense of my dignity."

Voordelen: "All flight attendants dressed and acted in a VERY professional manner. Always polite and helpful. Lots of smiles. Loved the eye mask, ear plugs, socks and toothbrush. Food was much better than most flights on other airlines."
Nadelen: "On such a long flight I wish my seat would have gone back just a little more. Might have been easier to sleep. Would have liked to have a newer selection of movies."

Nadelen: "I had a middle seat on this flight and felt very cramped- by the end of the flight my legs were getting cramps and were twitchy. The boarding process was chaos- everyone gathered around the boarding area and it was impossible to board when the zone was called due to all the people in the way. Also, the food for breakfast was good but nothing great- the dinner on the previous flight was much more appetizing. Having said all that, flying Emirates was still a very pleasant experience."

Nadelen: "Consistently late departures. Did not keep passengers informed about updated departure times. After serving the food, it took more than one hour to take the leftovers away. During the flight from Dubai -Chicago, hot beverages were served 1.5 hours after the food was served. Crew was not friendly at all. During the Chicago-Dubai flight a crew member basically yelled at passengers "open the windows" and I had to tell him to "ask nicely please). Emirates comes nowhere close to Singapore, Thai, or Turkish in terms of service."

Voordelen: "I love the wide variety of beverages. I also enjoyed how many times they passed through the cabin to offer us drinks."
Nadelen: "I have been on the newer planes and the TV functionality is great. However, the older versions have poor quality TVs with horrible functionality. The touch screen does not respond to your finger and sometimes you can't even get the remote to work. They definitely need to update the technology on all planes."

Nadelen: "I requested (at least 2 months ago) for a cake for my daughters Birthday which was on July 5th. I made the request over phone calling customer service in NY. Unfortunately it was not honored. When I called 2 days before the flight departure just to verify, I was told by the telephone Representative that the request was cancelled by Emirates as it was not entered properly ( ? ). And she can not do anything about that. Though the request was entered by Emirates Employee and Emirates just cancelled the request and did not bother to notify me. My daughter was so upset and was crying , and nothing I could do to make her happy. I will never fly Emirates again."

Seats are so comfortable-entatinment and a lounge area that feels like a top one With drinks and food-you can almost forget you're on a plane. Helpful. Flight attendants and great food and wine meal selections Fabulous airline I chose for long flights. Incomparable"

Nadelen: "Cost too much to make flight changes when the sudden cancellation of my meeting in Lusaka (Zambia) required me to return home early. Since my trip was a volunteer mission and not a money-making business venture, absorbing that expense ($200 for the return to the US and another $200 to get from Boston to Washington, DC on the JetBlue connector) made what had become an expensive waste of money even more so."

Nadelen: "they did not put our special meal request for the 1st leg of our journey .. it was only 2.5 hours flight.. so its okay,.. but generally not a good thing...experience at the Zurich airport was not good. They checked our passports 3 times before we got to our gate. Swiss airlines should account for these things when they give options for the connections. we had about and hour and half layover and did not even have time to have coffee or anything before a 9+ hour flight. We just ran from one flight to another and barely made to our flight.."

Nadelen: "4-hour delay, followed by announcement of boarding gate, but nobody at security, necessitating weary travelers needing to leave the boarding area to go back out and through security again. On board, I was very uncomfortable, but responsibility primarily not the airlines, but due to seat mate. However, there was a chill wind blowing directly on my face for two hours."

Nadelen: "I didn't get on the flight because they lost my luggage and they refuse to give me a new ticket. I was back and forth on the phone with Swiss and still no good word"

Nadelen: "Swiss air seems to have lost its service edge. The flight attendants just stood around and watched while I struggled with my cane and my bag. They only seemed to snap into action to tell people what to do or not do. I flew the same route two years ago and staff was really kind. Maybe the working conditions have changed; they seemed harried and annoyed (in coach, at least). And I don't think they had to stand in line for an _hour_ to check in (thanks, LAX)."

Voordelen: "I got ill on my flight to Zurich and the Swiss Flight Attendants attended to me like true professionals. They made sure I was comfortable until we landed which meant the world to me considering I was SO far away from my home. I'd like to especially acknowledge Frank, one of the attendants, who sat next to me to make sure I did not feel alone while I was sitting in the back with ice on my head, and felt like the world was spinning. He was my point of trust and warmth. That was not only extraordinary service, but human compassion at it's finest. Furthermore, the head attendant, who's name I could not get in the haze of the flight, escorted me from the plane to the cart who took me to the lounge to recover until my next flight. Thank you, Swiss Airlines, for having employees who knew how to triage my illness, and took care of me like family would. I appreciate it greatly and will surely be booking all my future European flights on Swiss. Please extend my gratitude to the flight crew on my Athens - Zurich flight on 5/28."

Nadelen: "I would have like an announcement to let me know what times food will be served. I woke up just as the crew had passed my row for breakfast and then couldn't get the attention of the lady to serve me breakfast. A vegan option for the menu would be excellent. The leg room on the plane was also very reduced for an 11 hour flight. I wish I would have been offered to pay an additional amount and upgrade to the business class. This option was never offered to me at check-in."

Nadelen: "The Seats were real cramped and the entertainment system was outdated"

Voordelen: "The staff was friendly and accommodating. I LOVE that we were given ice cream and chocolate - only wish I'd been given more chocolate. They came by with drinks often and made sure that we were well hydrated."
Nadelen: "It was only an hour long flight, and I slept most of the way. From what I could tell, the staff seemed friendly. Only complaint would be that on the way to the plane (we had to take a bus) we were packed in like sardines and it was very hot. Once we got to the plane, we were left standing in the bus for a couple minutes. Because of the heat, I thought I was going to pass out."

Nadelen: "My chair was stuck in the fully reclined position for a good portion of the flight and my wife's chair was constantly being knocked into by the passenger behind her because his seat was too short for him. When the seat in front of me was reclined, the screen was only a few inches from my face. There was a loud, obnoxious passenger next to me who almost got into a fistfight with another passenger until the stewardess came to calm him down."

Nadelen: "While waiting for boarding I overheard a young woman, who was traveling with several companions, screaming to her mother on the phone that she and her friends had all gotten bedbugs and were in agony! She was making plans to leave all of her bags in the driveway when she got home. I discretely let boarding staff know and was told there is nothing they can do about it. They also cannot change my flight, or my seat, in the event that I am seated next to the person with the issue. They did give me a bag in which to place my carry on before storing it overhead. But once on the plane, I realized that my checked bag would be thrown in with everyone else's. In addition, I had forgotten to preorder gluten free food. The airline had nothing gluten free to offer me on a prolonged international flight and did not even offer to produce any gluten free snack (peanuts? cheese?) to tide me over. My luggage is still sitting in my car awaiting a process. However, in the unfortunate event that it has come into contact with bedbugs it may be too late :("

Voordelen: "Everything went smoothly on our flight from Naples to Zurich. The flight attendants made all the difference. We would fly Swiss Air again."

Nadelen: "Economy seat was very narrow and leg room was minimal. Lucky I am not a big person. Anyone over 5'9" would be miserable. Maybe the new Boeing 777 airplanes Swiss air is buying will have better seating."

Nadelen: "Arm rest doesn't go up all the way. Very difficult to get out when seats are reclined in front of you"

Nadelen: "The flight boarded late, however the day before when I tried to check in, the website wasn't recognizing my details, didn't have the Belgrade airport listed for me to check in, the web support wasn't working and when I finally called the help support number listed it was a number for Lufthansa and they could not help me. In this day and age, the websites should be better or at the very list the correct phone numbers listed."

Voordelen: "The crew helped me and have me a new seat when I had a claustrophobic panic attack. They were really nice and professional in this emergency situation when I started panicking."
Nadelen: "I was given a seat between two big ladies and had aclaustrophobic panic attack for the first tim in my life."

The flight itself felt like an older 737-800 while it had power there were only two and the two others in my row snagged them. I was in Delta Comfort and have to say the extra leg room isn’t a lot."

Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "Lounge : denied access even if I am platinum. Because domestic flight ? Delay by 1 hour .."

Nadelen: "Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."

Nadelen: "Our flight was originally scheduled for departure at 7:45 PM. We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."

Nadelen: "My email read check into Aeromexico I could not check in the Aeromexico using my phone I was dropped off at the Aeromexico terminal after standing in line for half an hour I find I was in the wrong terminal I needed to be in a different terminal with Delta because Aeromexico even on my reservation read that does not fly to Tampa. I had to find a shuttle to another terminal the shuttlesare not marked it was very confusing"

Voordelen: "Friendly but efficient. Allowed me to keep my bag with me without a fight."

Voordelen: "I had ordered a dairy - free vegetarian meal for the international flight. Initially the attendant brought me a vegetarian meal with cheese, part of the regular meal options, then she found the one with my seat number that was dairy - free. It was quite tasty! And I was grateful, since I would not have been able to eat the meal with dairy. It is not a preference, dairy makes me ill. The delay departing from Brussels caused us to miss our connecting flight to Denver, but our provided hotel accommodations in NY were quite comfortable. One item of note: The LaGuardia staff person, who made our arrangements for the overnight stay, said there was a shuttle from the hotel to JFK ( where our flight was in the morning), so she did not give us a travel voucher for the morning. The Hotel only has a shuttle to LaGuardia; it never has a shuttle to JFK. It seems the staff person should have known that. When we called Delta to ask how we should handle that, Delta kindly offered us reimbursement; it was just a phone call and a mailing for us and for Delta that was extraneous. Our interaction with the staff person was entirely pleasant, we were just surprised that there was misinformation."

Nadelen: "Snack food not health.Cold and I lost my glasses in the boarding lounge and found the lost and found difficult to fill in as I didn't know area code. It took me a while to get I have not had a reply"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "The flight was about 45 minutes delayed but it was okay with me since I had connection flight and I had a long connecting time."

Nadelen: "the head of the crew( the purser) was extremely rude, inppropriate and unprofessional. I had an upgrade to economy premium because of the disaster with the DC to Franlfurt flight but I still experienced pain because I could not lay flat. I feel that Lufthana should give me a free upgrade to business on my flight back to Miami in October. it's the only way they can repair the stress, and emotional and physical torture they put me through in DC"

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "Boarding is always a nightmare. First class, and the high flyers are called first. Then premium economy, then economy. A mad rush of people scramble down 2 flights of stairs, then are crammed on a tandem bus that drives out to the plane. You then cross the Tarmac in all types of weather to board. This flight boarded from front and back. Making finding your seat a nightmare as people were traveling in both directions in the aisles. You would think you were in a third world country."

Voordelen: "the service,order, attention, human quality, punctuality. all in general."

Nadelen: "Did not care if I made my connecting flight or help me to understand if I could make it, seats are terribly overbooked and crammed. Many people visibly aggravated and mobility compromised due to seats,"

Voordelen: "I like the Tampa airport MUCH better than Miami or Orlando that are chaotic and offer less assistance to the traveler. I hope you continue to offer flights to and from Tampa from Frankfurt."
Nadelen: "I would like for long flights if the staff would remind and encourage all travelers that there is time for rest and quiet. Some people are loud by nature or because they come from a certain area and talk all 9 hours of flight, very annoying, disturbing the flight of others with unnecessary continuous conversation."

Voordelen: "The chairs were the comfiest I've ever flown in!! Amazing"

Voordelen: "The attendant who did help was fantastic! The ride was smooth."
Nadelen: "My 12 year-old had a screen that was not working and finally we got an attendant to help us out. But until then, I had attendants who were telling us to try things and then they'd leave and not come back to check up and follow through, which left us constantly trying to find someone...one time our call light was on for 20 minutes before anyone attended to us. In addition, the bathrooms were very dirty. The breakfast was a really bad muffin that I couldn't eat."

Voordelen: "this flight was very good, all right."
Nadelen: "Movies need to be have better selection - are allways same, no pleasant movies."

Voordelen: "I like it , it was good"
Nadelen: "All was nice.Thanks. The Flight was good, only Some Turbulances , But is ok."

Voordelen: "In terms of things I liked flying with UA998 from Brussels to EWR: The boarding staff at Brussels airport was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Boarding procedure was smooth even with the extra security screening at the gate."
Nadelen: "It was quickly clear to me that the passengers where simply an inconvenience to some of the crew on UA998. As an example I fell asleep during take off and woke up in the middle of the meal service. The cart was only a couple of rows behind me in the half-ful Economy Plus section so I got up and tried to get the attention of the staff. The lady turned around and confirmed that "I had woken up" with a sigh, as is not only was it inconvenient to her that I was a sleep, now I had the nerves to actually ask for a meal. She presented me with the options of pasta and chicken and I politely asked what they where served with. She straight out said that "she really did not know that" and asked me to make a choice. I wont get into any other examples, the machine was half full at best and there was no stress, so frustrating to be treated like you are an inconvenience to the USA based staff who clearly just wanted to be left alone. The entertainment system barely worked, the touch monitor was very hard to operate - the pressure sensitive functionality was not working properly but I managed to get to my movie and avoid the Chinese subtitles in the third try. I fly United because it's part of Star Alliance, but otherwise I would try and avoid at all cost."

Voordelen: "Flight on time, overall good."
Nadelen: "Luggage did not arrive in San Francisco which believe the problem started at the Malta airport. I was booked in as a stand by according to staff at SFO. I had booked my flight in Jan. with a seat assignment confirmed so not sure why I was booked in as a stand by passenger. Bag arrived to my home the day after I arrived home. Overall, good flight."

Voordelen: "Melanie/ticketing was superior in securing seats on a different departure. She endured many nervous travelers. The new itinerary matched our original time of arrival at ORD within 2 hours. :)"
Nadelen: "The free check-in of our carry on bags only dissapointed us when not arriving at ORD. We expect them to be delivered soon."

Voordelen: "loved the service, crew, comfortable seating and food. Loved the idea of direct flight to Tampa."
Nadelen: "Frankfort ground crew service- confusion delays in boarding. Too far to walk from arr. gate to departure gate. Too many stairs to climb to reach the bus. again more stairs to climb making it a torture for seniors like us. No assistance unless booked as wheelchair assistance. We have travelled all over the world including developing countries and have seen better airports than Frankfort terminal that we used on multiple trips. we really need to reevaluate if we want to take Luftansa again! Thank you"

Nadelen: "Boarding was a heard of people all hurdled around the boarding area. There was very little order and the gate agents didn't clearly announce who was boarding. The seats on the plane were ok for comfort, but not great. Luckily the flight wasn't too long."

Voordelen: "The crew was attentive and effective. The vegetarian food was excellent. Plane was clean. Bathrooms were checked regularly."
Nadelen: "Generally, I'm a happy camper and easy to understand some "discomfort" that comes with traveling. Return trip operated by United. Terrible experience. No legroom[I'm 6'-2"]. The seat confinement was so stressing that it was impossible for me but just to extract myself and find a place where i just could stand. Meaning I was standing most of the trip. My wife and myself are globetrotters and this was one of the worse flight experience ever."

Voordelen: "I got there."
Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport was a nightmare. Gate agent randomly picked people and made them check hand luggage. Batteries were in mine but he didn't care. He did ask if I was on a first class ticket, so I guess FC doesn't have to adhere to baggage size. Others with larger bags were allowed on board. My other flights with Lufthansa had no problem with the same bag. We were transported by bus from the gate to the plane!?!? In the rain. And this was an international flight!?!? Attendants took 10 minutes to answer call button and then asked if it was a mistake. I asked for water to take meds as I was overlooked by beverage service. Another attendant walked up and said he had bypassed me as I was asleep. I showed him the snack package he had handed me and asked how had he given me snacks if I was asleep? He snapped back that he was sorry. I almost asked if he was sorry he was caught lying or sorry he was on board?"

Voordelen: "Boarding on time was great. But then not leaving for 4 hours was terrible. Plus being on that plane was horrible as it added additional time to actual flight of 11 hours. I wish that delayed time could have been spent at the gate."

Nadelen: "For boarding areas. 3 complete changes of boarding area before we were able to board."

Voordelen: "Wheel chair team!!!!"

Voordelen: "The crew were very nice, patient and professional."

Voordelen: "The selection of movies games music avail."
Nadelen: "The cramped seats. And what happen with calling out now boarding certain rows on the plane? It's not a hectic free for all?"

Voordelen: "In Airplane flight attendance were great and very helpful and every thing was going good."
Nadelen: "At Rome air port, the woman in checking was very un knowledgeable and I think even does not know how to work with computer. I was the first person on the line and even with confirmed ticket could not find mine and send me to ticket center . at 4.30 am every were was closed and my flight was going at 6.30 I did not have any connection, called with face time to my son at L.A. finally thanks to Los Angeles TICKET CENTER which they make her issue my ticket before I,m losing my flight."

Voordelen: "The staff are the best European crews I have encountered. Naturally friendly, professional and fit looking. Nothing is too much trouble"

Nadelen: "Boarding was a free for all. The travelers did not pay attention to the priorities."

Voordelen: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Nadelen: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Nadelen: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Nadelen: "Didn't allow my carry on. Said too big. Same bag was on earlier connecting flight on much smaller plane. Also on flight on Southwest week prior. But larger intercontinental flight wouldn't allow it."

Voordelen: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Nadelen: "Omdat Economy Comfort vol zat (een maand van te voren), een exit roe geboekt. Wel veel beenruimte, maar in de breedte echt te krap voor een vlucht van 12 uur."

Voordelen: "De reis verliep voorspoedig. Diner en ontbijt waren redelijk."
Nadelen: "Film aanbod was aan de magere kant."

Voordelen: "Niets!"
Nadelen: "Op papier was het een KLM vlucht. Maar tijdens inchecken werd het een Jet Airways vlucht. Alle privileges als platinum frequent flyer was direct weg. Geen voorrang bij inchecken, geen voorrang bij handbaggage check,."

Voordelen: "Comfortabel en netjes"
Nadelen: "Personeel is niet altijd even vriendelijk. Een glimlach kost niets, toch?"

Nadelen: "There is not anything to complain about besides the usual discomfort of travel."

Voordelen: "Fortunately, the plane was not full, so people could spread out a bit to create extra room. The food was really good! (surprisingly)."
Nadelen: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Nadelen: "Vlucht was vertraagd. Heb wel de indruk dat dit meer met Schiphol dan met KLM te maken had."

Voordelen: "Pursor was erg geduldig"
Nadelen: "Crew kwam te laat, toestel daardoor vertraagd"

Voordelen: "Fast, smooth, no nonsense."
Nadelen: "Good pleasant flight as Always with KLM. Arrived 20 minutes early. Service on board could be better though. Cabin crew a bit impatient with some passenger and at times they could be friendlier."

Nadelen: "Personeel was erg onhandig en niet erg oplettend. Entertainment was erg achterhaald (klein scherm, slechte kwaliteit)."

Voordelen: "Unexpected surprise--even on a 1 hour flight at noon, they gave us a sandwich!"

Nadelen: "seats on Jet air flight are very uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "A nice short flight"
Nadelen: "We had booked business on our flight to Milan, and it was extremely disappointing that on this sector they put us on the last seat in the back of the plane. There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"

Voordelen: "Plane service"
Nadelen: "1h30min delay at airport"

Voordelen: "It was very comfortable"
Nadelen: "The crew was great"

Voordelen: "KLM Is an impressive flying experience. We enjoyed the comfortable seats, the in-flight entertainment, and the food. The flight attendants are top notch as well."
Nadelen: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

Nadelen: "The flight was very delayed. We sat on the floor because there was not enough seating. We eventually had to squeeze into buses and drive around the tarmac to find a plane. We lost 5 bags in the process but eventually got them 2 days after arrival. the bags did not show up when we originally were told they would."

Nadelen: "Completely none sense to change the time of départure (30 min earlier) with just a simple email 24h before and w/o sending a text on mobile phone."

Nadelen: "Stranded for 48 hours in Africa. Missed 3 flights due to complete incompetence, truly a horrible experience."

Voordelen: "It was a KLM flight so good"
Nadelen: "Could not select seats in advance even as a Platinum level Air France / Skyteam card holder as it was purchases as China Southern."

Nadelen: "the cabin, the entretainment... nothing looks like a business flight"

Voordelen: "The interface of shows and movies,"
Nadelen: "They dont have subtitules in spanish"

Voordelen: "Loved the crew and the food and the best in flight entertainment to date. Also was super comfortable. Super recommend for long haul!"

Voordelen: "Flight crew was good. Food was palatable. On time."
Nadelen: "Seats moved several times, separated. Media screen didn't work on this 10 hour flight--again. They now changed return flight."

Voordelen: "Fijn dat de kinder maaltijd eerder geleverd kon worden"
Nadelen: "De kwaliteit van de business class maaltijd vind ik de laatste tijd minder."
