The flight was rescheduled by 6 hrs delay and no accommodation provided. also the connecting flight from India to Doha was minimum basic comfort level.

The only thing that really bothered me was an obnoxiously loud and annoying child sitting next to her father, who had headsets on and made no attempt to discipline the child. I thought maybe the staff should have said something to him in a polite manner

The check in process was long and could have been faster if more staff was available. The line of passengers was too long and there was no one to guide the line. The boarding process was a bit better. Although several announcements were made regarding mask wearing, it was not fully enforced on the flight. This left me feeling unsafe considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and flu season.

Nadelen: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Food purchase options confusing. Out of 4 Indigo flights this week, two offered a choice of food, the third offered only 1 choice, and one offered no food. Very confused what I buy when I buy an Indigo ticket.

The paneer served was so hard.

Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

The choice of 15kg as the limit is a BIG problem for international travelers who may be coming for longer stays. Air India has a much friendlier policy for checked and carryon baggage and I would choose it by far. We were charged for every kilo even though prepay options online were not user friendly. 4 thumbs down, way down."

They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

Hello Team Momondo, We lost our luggage at when we return and there is no own to assist us on this we brought so eating product like ham and cheese its all gonna be expired and we buy some fragile product hope they are okay its very poor service no one from airline to assist on waiting for more then 1 hours 30 min then we ask security to assist us but again the only reply we got was fill the form they really don't care. we understand its an island but there should be someone from Ethiopian airline to assist or at least to inform us so we don't waiting or looking for help with a language barare at the Zanzibar airport. waiting for your reply on this and hope this don't happen to others, at-least airline should compensate on this. We always choose momondo service and would love to keep our relationship in future as well. Kind regards,

L’éventail de film auquel on a accès est assez désuet

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

We were on the tarmac in Abidjan for almost an hour, before we were informed that there were some technical issues. We were told it was a minor issue, until clearly it was a large enough issue as a lot of time passed by. Air stopped flowing so many passengers including myself became uncomfortably hot and dehydrated. The flight attendants only came down the aisle once with water, which was not considerate enough given that the air stopped flowing. Finally close to two hours later passengers we instructed to disembark without mention of how long the wait would be. We re-boarded the flight after about an hour and only then were informed that there was not enough power to fly the plane. Once we took off the air flow returned and the flight overall was pleasant. While safety of course is a priority, especially for a long overnight flight, communication could have been much better."

Voordelen: "I was a bit hesitant to fly Ethiopian Air for such a long flight (Dublin to LAX) however it turned out to be the best leg of multi-segment trip (all other flights were Aer Lingus or Delta and Ethiopian Air was far superior to both of those carriers). Flight attendants were friendly, the physical space was comfortable and spacious, the food was plentiful and delicious. Movies offered were relatively new and the IFE worked well. This flight is a continuation from Addis Ababa to LAX so when we boraded in Dublin most people were already onboard. It was a bit difficult to find space in the overhead bins but with a little rearranging of smaller packages by other passengers, we were able to fit our carry-ons in the overhead bin near our seats."

Truly awful experience. I have no idea if I will have seat on return flight."

On time departure & arrival is excellent. All crew members going to India on 9/11/2022 was very nice 😊, polite & helpful in everything we ask for . Coming back crew in plane are ok over all good 👍. Service has improved very good than past travel . We understand coming back is midnight so they need some rest . We r recommending everybody in friends & family to travel by air-india. Thanks to connecting flight to smaller city in India. 👍👍✈️👌👌

They have hit rock bottom.

Uncomfortable seats; ac was not working properly; food was really bad, tv was not working; will not recommend Air India to anyone. If their flights in US was so bad I can’t imagine how bad they are for other smaller countries.

Tha airplane interior is falling apart. TVs don’t work

It was the worst flight experience of my life so far. The plane was old and in terrible condition. Seats were broken. Screens were t working. My seat light wasn’t working. My button to call the air hostess wasn’t working. The crew was terrible. They forgot to bring food or drinks I requested.

Have to go thru 5-6 pointless security checks Media server error, so no entertainment on flight Imagine staring at a display with an error message for 16 hrs. USB charging port didn’t work either, was able to use next seats occasionally but it is just pathetic.

Not informed the delay while check-in. Also not provided any accommodations due to flight delay and food. Stayed more than 12 hours at Delhi Airport. Flight AI105

It was very poor standard of service.most of the attentive were rude. The food was not at all with international standards. The food menu was like Indian village food. Even older people and kids all they have to walk to the food cabin and ask them to get a coffee or tea or juices. No service. I will never fly again with Air India

Nadelen: "We were told luggage to be collected at vasco de gama. It was unloaded at Bangalore. We then had 13 hours stuck in the airport with our luggage. Had our luggage not been unloaded, as expected, we would have a bit more freedom to move about. My luggage tickets had come off so I had to re-check in in. They then gave me the wrong labels saying i had to check in at internationals. This caused terrible chaos and they did not seem to understand when I tried to explain that going from Bangalore to vasco de gama was domestic. Other than that a pleasant journey."

Nadelen: "entertainment was not working with few head phones on different seats. Ground staff can be more organised in traffic management at the time of boarding the plane. Different staff was giving different instructions aggravating the passengers and the staff members in return."

Après l’embarquement, aucune message de désolé pour le gros retard. Et tout ça pour un problème de catering: quoi? Sérieux ? Pour moi, train perdu. Une nuit de plus a Paris."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for almost 2 hours from Delhi because they kept hold for other flight."
Voordelen: "Flight landed on time in spite of delayed departure, frequent service of food and beverages, friendly in-flight crew"
Nadelen: "Seats are very uncomfortable, ground staff at Bombay airport (checkin staff + supervisors) were extremely slow and incompetent. Took 30 mins to generate a boarding pass! They were also unhelpful and kind of rude."

Nadelen: "The problem was the times printed on our itinerary was wrong. Nepal is 15 minutes different from Delhi and Delhi is 30 min diy from rest of world. Go figure. So we ended up with tight connections even though out itinerary did not show that."

Nadelen: "TV wasn't working and despite complaining, they failed to rectify the issue. Whole 14 hour flight with no TV or entertainment unit was quite a long one."
Voordelen: "Direct connectivity to destination was only perk for choosing this flight. Crew was courteous."
Nadelen: "Entertainment systems were down. Food served was substandard. Seats were in bad shape and duct tape work was done. No one is available in pantry area to help with water tea or any other things."
Nadelen: "3 hours late. uneatable food"
Voordelen: "The flight personnel, the food, on time performance, ground staff, etc. were all very good."
Nadelen: "But the plane itself is absolutely mediocre. I was on seat 22 D. The foot rest did not work. It was stuck in half way up position. The entertainment system worked sporadically. The Channels for Flight Map and the flight camera did not work. For my wife in Seat 22 E, the entertainment system did not work at all. The seat backs of the seats in front of us (21 D & E) were broken. They were actually held together with white Duct Tape. The Attendant Call buttons in one of the Toilets were falling apart and held in place with Duct Tape. The sink drain in one of the toilets was missing and in its place a strainer made out of metallic tape was pasted up. They need to maintain/repair the planes."

Voordelen: "When we checked our baggage in JFK, we were told that all we have to do was pick the bags and take it to transfer. But when we got to Delhi, they refused to take our bags in transfer. We were stucked with 4 luggages along with our handcarys for 17 hours & no hotel room provided by airlines."
Nadelen: "Inconsistency with their rules and poor poor customer service at Delhi airport. Staffs were very rude."
Nadelen: "My prior flight was delayed from another airline so I missed boarding Air India flight. Air India would not honor or reschedule my flight even with a change fee. Had to purchase a new ticket at last minute at much higher prices. Supervisor was rude to me and unwilling to help and they gave me a middle seat after waiting another 12 hours for next flight. No thanks Air India!!!!"

Nadelen: "NEVER EVER CHOSE THIS AIRLINE. How such an airline is still the national carrier of India amuses me. My entertainment system was not working. There were no headphones and when asked they just kept ignoring me. The remote was broken in 2 pieces and when asked the attendant replied "Am i supposed to fix this?". I was forced to travel for 15 long hours from Chicago to New Delhi without any entertainment system. I barely saw any flight attendants in the economy class. Such airlines without any professionalism should be grounded ASAP. I would request Kayak also to remove Air India from their services or give a warning when any user opts for it. The Govt. of India should strip of the national carrier symbol of this huge debt ridden business. Its a shame that a route like US - India wherein the middle east airlines are reaping profits due to their brilliant services, the citizens of India have to look for other options rather than their own national carrier. SHAME ON YOU AIR INDIA."
