Nadelen: "Heathrow security is slower than molasses and rude. They had to check my bags and it took them over an hour. They were condescending and very unprofessional. Also extremely slow."

Nadelen: "Flight was operated by American Airlines. Aircraft was insanely old, with no personal entertainment system, but only a few overhead monitors for all passengers, which played OLD movies. That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

Voordelen: "Cela fait 4mois que je prépare mon voyage à MOSCOU. L'avion part avec 30min de retard de Paris ET me fait rater la correspondances à Londres. Nous sommes arrivés à 22h, l'avion partait à 22:35. Au lieu de nous faire embarque d'urgence ils ont préfères nous débarqués dans un hôtel."
Nadelen: "Alors que nous avons prévenu les équipes en France, ces derniers nous ont rassurés au possible (pilote, stewards,etc.) C'est impresssionnant comme Le mensonge représente cette compagnie."

Nadelen: "We learned the connecting flight from BWI TO PHL was canceled when we tried to pull boarding passes.This started a five hour panic for our party of four which was a leisure travel nail biter. We lost a day, flew into JFK and had to make other arrangements to avoid canceling our trip."
Voordelen: "Seats were pretty comfortable. Food was quite good. Crew were helpful."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time , service was great!"
Voordelen: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"

Nadelen: "Firstly at check in the BA staff could have mentioned the gate was miles away and there's a second passport control to get through... I have a 82 year old dad I was helping navigate around the airport. Secondly on the flight out and back they ran out of the M+S food they so proudly advertise in the menu on board... you have to pay for it which is fine... but I would have liked to have bought some! So the few people higher up in the rows had the opportunity... row 15 and lower didn't..."
Voordelen: "Got food poisoning from flight or Italian restaurant at terminal 3"
Nadelen: "No snacks for 8 hours. Crew inattentive."
Nadelen: "There was no food on this fight."
Voordelen: "I was late to the flight due to an accident and I have got a new flight quite easily"
Nadelen: "I have got a seat that can take t back, no one told me in advanced this is the situation and the flight attendent keeped telling me why it can't be done instead of looking for a solutioni"
Voordelen: "the plane was clean"
Nadelen: "3 hour delay, no communication with customers regarding delay or connection. Once we finally arrived st Heathrow for the 2nd leg of our journey, we were put on a later connection, no apologies whatsoever from any of the employees. Overall we spent over 4 hours in the air. We were never served even a glass of water or a bag of pretzels. The seats were very tight with very little leg room, and I am only a 5'6" female."

Nadelen: "Even charging for water is extreme. Boarding snafu as we already were security checked and passport checked waiting for our flight, the change in gate made us change terminal and redo all."
Nadelen: "Boarding the plane. I do not know why the airlines load the people who are at the front of the plane first. Load the people on the back of the plane first. That way, when you call the next section, the people in the back are not blocking people as they enter. An alternative is to call people in sections based on where they sit in a row. If you have window seat, you should be called first. Why? Because so many passengers who have aisle seats have to get up to let people with middle or window seats get in. So, they hold traffic up as people are trying to get to their seats. After window seat passengers get called, then call middle seat passengers, and last, call aisle seat passengers."

Voordelen: "Crew and ground personnel extremely polite and helpful. Good entertainment selection. And there's room for everybody's carry-on! Comfortable airplane even on coach, besides the 2 sore points on the "don't like" pane."
Nadelen: "Airbus A380, so boarding and de-boarding took some time. Aircraft interiors are made per airline requirements, not simply by aircraft manufacturer. On an airplane that will always be use on long haul routes I won't expect the usual non-really-reclinable last row of seats. Moreover, the armrest does not disappear between seats when moved upwards, it goes up only 45 degrees. Quite a nuisance traveling with your s.o. or children if you want to lean on each other."
Nadelen: "Départ de Londres avec 3 heures de retard. Heureusement que j'avais 4 heures pour correspondence Singapore Jakarta"
Voordelen: "sièges en classe eco relativement larges par rapport à d'autres compagnies"
Nadelen: "très mauvaise nourriture - 2 menus suggérés mais une fois arrivés à notre rangée, on nous dit lors des 2 repas qu'il ne reste plus qu'un choix! Repas tardif, on nous presse pour débarasser le plateau, et personnel peu amical/chaleureux."
Voordelen: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Nadelen: "The seats on this British Airways flight were so tight and pitched forward that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and I felt as if I was being launched forward the entire flight. Not comfortable or safe."
Voordelen: "I wish the menu can be more kid friendly. I enjoy the food no my kiddos"
