We went through 4 different lines in the Dallas airport, almost missed the rebooked flight due to miscommunications and shuffling of where we were supposed to be. And now delayed luggage."

Nadelen: "Crew spoke little English it seemed. Maybe they did not understand my American accent. They never acknowledged my requests and repeatedly would overlook me for drinks or food. When I would give them my order, they would diaappear, then reappear with the order wrong. On. Every. Single. Occasion.... They were rude and dismissive. Food was barely adequate of what I served."

Nadelen: "Great! On time"

Voordelen: "The seats are comfortable and the service is first rate. Best airline out of Virgin Australia, Air New Zealand, and Qantas based on my 3 trips to New Zealand. It helped that we were on an A380 and because of the lack of the plane being filled both my travel companion and I had 3 seats to ourselves to stretch out. In economy, without that, nothing would have made the trip bearable. That said, the food was good, the entertainment options good, and the after hours water/liquid/snack options were quite good."

Nadelen: "The plane required the note book to view current movie but the note book has to have the app installed before take off. It was not properly draw my attention in advance via e-mail or text messages. For such a long flight, Qantas should have a better plane to server this route. Totally disappointed."

Nadelen: "The wine costs 6 $, that's cheap but when i pay 400$ for a 2 hours flight, i find it a little hard to pay for a little glass of wine."

Voordelen: "Helpful staff, well informed"

Nadelen: "Qantas is the source of unlimited frustration for us. We could not check in online, and it wasn't even possible to choose a seat before you got to the airport unless you wanted to pay a premium for it. To make matters worse, there is no transparency in the process; we had no idea what seats they were assigning us, or even whether the three of us would be able to sit together. And when we showed up at the airport, the last leg of my flight had been deleted from my itinerary (but not that of my family members). And guess what? They couldn't do anything about it until I was ready to get on that last flight! The crew were great, but all the behind-the-scenes aspects of Qantas were absolutely horrible. Two days later I'm still reeling from the experience. What a terrible way to treat customers."

Nadelen: "Qantas actually had to book me on jet star since they failed. Waiting 12 hrs now"

Voordelen: "Very smooth, made it alive."

Voordelen: "Liked the food, flight attendants, entertainment and overall comfort even though it's just economy. You just have to come prepared with what you need to stay entertained and comfortable ie snacks, comfortable clothes and shoes, jacket or sweater, pillow, headphones, music. Better of you can bring your own headphones that use bluetooth and headphone jack cable."
Nadelen: "Boarding process is chaotic at best and starts 20 minutes before take off. It works but it's very chaotic for economy passengers. I am sure it's much easier and nicer for premium economy and business select and first class passengers so you get what you pay for lol."

Voordelen: "Non stop flight across the ocean was unbelievable! How can it fly so far with no stops?!! It was nice to have meals served."
Nadelen: "I did not like screaming babies. Perhaps I should have asked for ear plugs! Seats were cramped but staff was nice."

Voordelen: "Unfortunately I didn't get to travel, yet I paid $625! What a load of sh!& How is this legal? Sorry I wasn't able to understand 100% of what I read, and was naive to think that your company wasn't profiting off of deceiving customers. It's ridiculous to make someone read through 3 different "terms and conditions" and expect them to check all of the policies of the airline before they commit to the reservation. The wording also doesn't read easy and requires an attorney to read through. This is a scam."
Nadelen: "I would like to know who is telling me the truth regarding why i $500 was taken from my refund when I was forced to cancel my flight due to not getting my visa. I think it's interesting that as I typed this, as soon as I typed justfly.com or kayak.com, a window popped up encouraging me to write my comment in feedback, not here, yet when I wrote kiwi.com or priceline.com, nothing popped up. This just confirms that there are many people out there that believe they were deceived by these two companies and it's unfortunate that Qantas is looking just as guilty of cheating people out of their hard EARNED money."

Voordelen: "the size of the aircraft and leg room in coach."
Nadelen: "I had ordered a special meal which was never delivered. I also don't like the weight restriction for carryon luggage. I got from the US to Australia without my luggage weighted and carried it on, but on my return to the US was told I had to check it. DO NOT like checking luggage."

Voordelen: "Some of the flight attendants were quite excellent. I appreciate that Qantas still makes available a toothbrush and muesli bars, tho the selection of in-flight snacks has been greatly reduced."
Nadelen: "Seating is far too tight - of course, Qantas is not the only one guilty of this. If there were a true emergency, evacuating the plane would be nightmarish under the "packed-in" scenario we are faced with these days."

Nadelen: "Great gluten free options! Thank you!"

Nadelen: "L'enregistrement n'était pas possible en ligne puis très long à l'aéroport. Nous avons eu 25 minutes de retard au décollage car cause d'un mauvais compte de bagages qu'il a donc fallu décharger puis recharger. Comme d'habitude, le système de divertissement était lent."

Voordelen: "13 hours might seem long but other carriers had longer flight times. Qantas was friendly and efficient. The flight itself was smooth. The B747-400 aircraft, while old, was comfortable. I slept for most of the flight with the help of some melatonin. The entertainment selection was good. The service was good. I would happily fly Qantas again on my next Australian adventure."
Nadelen: "The headphone connection in my seat was wonky on both flights to and from SFO-SYD. It was the same aircraft."

Voordelen: "Good food. You"

Voordelen: "Loved the crew, very friendly and helpful. Liked having my own tv screen on the back of the seat. Food was great."

Nadelen: "This was actually promoted on the site as an emirates ticket and only after id purchased it did i figure out that it was actually for Emirates Airways sister airline Qantas Airways! I tried to change my dates after I bought it and dealing with Flight network -where i bought it from - was a nightmare!! I wouldnt recomment this at all."

Voordelen: "Food was better than expected, recommend qantas to others based on this alone"
Nadelen: "Qantas safety video was to long... painful to watch. i would love ro see airlines start recycling the waste generated in fliht"

Nadelen: "I was surprised that we were flying a different carrier than Emirates"

Nadelen: "Entertainment system on our section of the Qantas A330-200 had failed and was not operational for the entire trip. This meant no movies, no music, no safety video or announcements and no flight map for the entire journey of almost 8 hours. Crew were not very responsive to this and it seemed like a low priority vs everything else they were doing. After almost 2 hours and complaingpts from a number of the 24 passengers impacted, they did a "soft and hard reset" of the system which did nothing. Initially crew suggested they had an alternative (Tablets) but subsequently denied this. I felt they had already handed these out and did not hav enough. Having been the very first person to raise this issue (10 mins before the flight was to leave), I felt I should have been offered one, but clearly they did not do so. Altogether pretty disgusted with crew attitude and responsiveness. We also felt the food was of very poor quality too - it was too salty and what should have been crisp was soggy. We will NEVER fly Qantas again (even a code share)."

Voordelen: "Excellent service but surprised that the entertainment system was a bit old and the food tried to be too fancy but the quality was lacking."

Nadelen: "The title says it all. This is the first time I ever flew Qantas, and I will try to never fly with them again. I saw one of the old, battle ax stewardesses actually physically shove an elderly Chinese woman who was wandering the aisle before leaving the gate. I mean, the woman should have been in her seat, but that was no reason to body-check her like Wayne Gretzky (or Ron Barassi, take your pick)! Totally unprofessional."

Voordelen: "I love Qantas in general. I paid for exit row seats and it's worth the extra money."
Nadelen: "Food was ok but I've had better in Qantas."
