Voordelen: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Nadelen: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

Nadelen: "Food is junk. Arrogant rude flight attendants. No desire to do their job."
Nadelen: "Flight attendance kept waking me up to lift my seat so the passenger behind me can "enjoy their vegetarian meal". After I requested not to be disturbed ever again with that kind of requests, they woke me up for breakfast again. I was the only passenger around that they requested to pull my seat."

Voordelen: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall."

Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."

She clearly saw my friends and I did not receive a meal but continued to pass on the lunches even after noticing my hand was up. It wasn't until I got the attention of another crew member that she finally recognized we were lunchless. Hate to be that guy but could there be some type of prejudice within the Spanish crew members?"

Another crew member was kind enough to bring me chamomille because I wasn't feeling ok so some crew members were really nice others really dissapointing"
Voordelen: "Plane was new and everything worked. TVs were nice and the automatic adjustable window tint was a nice touch. Food was pretty good and movie selection was also nice."
Nadelen: "Cannot control the temperature as they have no adjustable air vents above you - so it got pretty hot during one portion of our flight. Also our flight took off over an hour late and the communication as to what was happening was not the best."

Nadelen: "Gate Agents did not indicate reason for almost 2 hour delay. It was for security purposes and nobody told us anything."
Voordelen: "Their new Dreamliner plate 787 is magnificent. Food and entertainment are awesome."
Nadelen: "We had a delay inside the plane in Madrid airport of 4 hours and they didn't serve any food or water and NO air conditioning. Waiting inside the plane was terrible. They said they had a malfunction of the brake system which is hard to believe on a brand new plane."
Nadelen: "My jewelry was stolen from my luggage."

Nadelen: "The coach seats are too small and restrictive. The flight almost 11 hours!!! I see that as before the trip was in a direct line on the map, not accounting for more than 8 plus hours, not the route is in a curve and much longer. So many hours in those seats is a torture!!!!"
Nadelen: "We had to wait 1hr on board of the plane because there was no tractor available to push the plane back to the taxi ramp at the Barajas Airport in Madrid. Flight was late at Miami Food is the worst and hardly any. Entertainment is basic and had to pay for the headphones which should be included."
Nadelen: "The boarding was somehow on time at the first beginning. However, after we have all boarded, they announced that 3 of the passengers decided not to flown with us. Therefore, in order to take out their luggage, we were on board waiting for about 45 minutes more. It is obvious that the flight was overbooked."
Voordelen: "Left late again. Baby cried in ur row (that we paid extra for), for 9 of the 9 1/2 hrs. Had to go ask for drinks . Seats too narrow. Too many people squeezed into plane."
Voordelen: "Left 90 minutes late and you shouldn't put people in a chair that can't recline. Ten hours in the last row was agonizing."
Voordelen: "There was overbooking so they promoted me to business class, that was the best part! I liked that they had the latest Terminator movie available too. The plane was new and looked nice."
Nadelen: "My inbound flight was two hours late because the plane didn't arrived on time. This time the flight was scheduled earlier and the plane was on time. However, we departed again with more delays due to poor boarding management. The crew was correct and polite but I'd appreciate having more water available. I boarded with my own bottle of water which I emptied and still felt very thirsty since they weren't passing water around as frequently as I'd like. BA cares about that aspect much better."

Voordelen: "The entertainment side is great. TV show and movie options leave plenty to do for long flights."
Nadelen: "The seat had no cushioning whatsoever."
Voordelen: "Nothing possitve to say here."
Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."
Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."
Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."
Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."
Voordelen: "The price is unbeatable"

Voordelen: "It's not high-end, and does lack some luxuries, but for the price, you get everything you need."
