They constantly feed u & alcoholic beverages all at no extra charge. Flight attendants always have a smile on their flight. In flight entertainment was great, touch screen and remote controller. They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Nadelen: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

Nadelen: "The flight attendants had been un attentive. I was missing a headset so I asked for one, but I never got it. I borrowed that of the person seated next to me. When it was time for serving hot beverages, I skipped tea and waited for the coffee. However, the flight attendant who was serving the coffee never looked my way, and she passed so fast before I got the chance to signal her. Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

I’ll avoid Thai airways wherever I can from now on. #avoid When I rang the Singapore Thai office they were unable to change my ticket to a new date and kept pushing me back to the online travel agent. Called Thai in Bangkok and they did it on the spot. Very inconsistent service."

Nadelen: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

Nadelen: "1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment."

Nadelen: "This flight had 10 hours layover at Istanbul. Air line did not provide no hotel. Definitely I would not recommend anyone to take this types of flights with long layover."

Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."
Nadelen: "I'm not picky with food but the Food was extremely bad tasting and at best tastelesss. That should never be served Anywhere! It was so bad that the first thing I did in O'hare is eat a meal, it never happened to me on an international trip. Drinks (soda and coffe) were limited and there was a shortage in them. Entertainment system was not working Plane was packed, spaces very tight"

No basic amenity kit (like blinds, socks and toothbush) was provided in the flight like Emirates Certain sections of the Abu Dhabi airport are disappointing. Bathrooms in that particular section of the airport were really dirty and broken. Also travelling by bus to the airplane is not desired for such a major airline home airport. I read somewhere that airport is going to go through major renovation in 2019, so I hope it will become as good as Dubai airport"

Nadelen: "While going Airport staff was not at all good at Chicago airport. I had a carry on bag, which I had been using in all other airlines as carry on for last couple of years and never was told that the size is not right. I was asked to either check in carry on as extra baggage and pay $300 or put my carry on stuff in my other checked in baggage and pay extra for over limit $120. And I have to trash my carry on of $80 value. I was not at all happy. I noticed in the flight so many passengers have the same size carry on, which I have to trash. On my return journey from Delhi to Abu Dhabi I was talking to a woman in the security line, who was sharing the same experience and she told me that they charge her $400 for one extra suitcase. To me that was shocking as how come I was asked $300 for extra checked in bag and she was charged $400. No idea what kind of policies Etihad has for extra baggage. I would like Etihad management to pay attention to the airport staff dealings with customers."

Nadelen: "It's a really, really tight fit in Economy. Super hard on the knees and I'm a short person. It was even hard for my 7 year old to get into semi comfortable position to sleep. On the way over from Chicago to Abu Dhabi, the crew walked by with offers of water regularly and even snacks...we really missed this courtesy on the way back from Abu Dhabi to Chicago. Water was only offered during meals and it was hard to flag down an attendant for water."

Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE.
