Wasnt full so that’s a plus. Staff were outstanding. Patient, curteous, responsive. Masks were enfoced which is great. I’ve travelled with young kids of my own and have had some rough experiences with them but there is ALWAYS some way to pasify a screeming child. Many parents on this flight didnt care at all. I was awoken by a toddler running past me, bumping into my elbow, screaming “tee non, tee non, tee non”. On these transcontinental flights, parents with little children should be given a special section, and parents need to be more reponsive to the issues causing their little ones to scream and cry nonstop for 16.5 hrs. Its not the kids’ fault. Also, why cant airlines get rid of static charged fleece throws? All that said, Qatar remains one of the better international carriers out there.

Nadelen: "The airline demaged both of my completely new suitcases. They both had TSA approved locks. One of the suitcses has a missing wheel, another one ripped zipper and missing lock and it was wraped in plastic. A few items were missing from that bag."

Example, on one flight I had a fish dish which was overcooked very dry and there was no sauce of any kind to make it palatable. I do not like to throw food away but half way into the meal I had enough. Other than that Qatar Airlines was really first class. The flight attendants were the best we have ever experienced. Their dress was immaculate, they were very friendly and attentive and were there to make the flight as comfortable as possible plus cater to all requests."

We unbuckled and we’re ready to get up and he said “ I have an elderly woman but first I need to see your license. In shock we said you need the license for us to be able to help? He said unfortunately that is our policy. I happen to have mine because I brought it along for the medical mission. I showed it to him then he gave some detail still not allowing us to see the person that needed attention:"

Then business transfer desk just gave the run around and finally rebooked me to Dubai instead of Abu Dhabi with a five hour delay"

The food was really decent for airplane food & they provided free alcohol beer or wine with both of the 2 meals. Each seat had a usb spot to charge your phone & a nice screen for watching movies & tv shows. Wish there were more movie & tv show options, only suggestion."

Nadelen: "The flight attendants took a very long time to hand out drinks and meals. The worst part of the flight though, was how long it took them to pick up the trays once people finished their meals. Numerous people had to bring their own trays up so that they could leave their seats and use the bathroom. There were also no drinks distributed between meals. The seats were extremely close together and leaned back very far so that space was extremely limited. It was extremely uncomfortable, unlike other Turkish Airlines flights I've taken."

Nadelen: "When I check-in for flight from Rome to Istanbul and Istanbul to Los Angeles, only the first leg of trip was confirmed correctly. For the leg from Istanbul to Los Angeles I confirmed a window seat when I checked-in online. However, when I arrived at the airport I has a middle seat and could not change it and the 15 hour flight was miserable. I also asked to be upgraded to business class and told it would be $3,500.00, which was ridiculous."
Letting us know our 8am flight would be 3 hours late, every flight of theirs was late by hours. Seems like it’s the same everyday. We could have slept in another couple hours easily instead of coming to the airport at 6am.

I checked in online but airline changed our seating without telling us. Egypt Air created this airline only for flights to Tel Aviv, so difficult to find checkin counters. One feels they don’t encourage people to take the flight."

Voordelen: "They make us feel the tickets are discounted, and when you arrive to the airports for international flights which is normally allowed 2 luggage, they informed us we are allowed only one bag and charge for the second bage $125.00 also they told me that my carrying on is too big and charge me another $125.00 . I have had traveled with the same carry on many time but that's the new way of EGYPTAIR scams. Will not travel with them anymore..... They're the worst service, you will only see the cabin crew during the meal time , with almost 12 hrs flight you will see the crew only twice !!!!! The worst experience we ever have"

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

Nadelen: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by 45 mins, and on board there was no water in the bathroom basins. This was known by staff, but they didn’t warn me as I went in, so I didn’t find out until I had already put soap in my hands"

Nadelen: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."

Nadelen: "The whole process of wizz Airlines is terrible. No customer service at the airport to hidden fees to airport 3rd party contractors who don't care at checkin Do yourself a favor just book a major carrier of your choice instead of saving 100& on weak I mean wizz Airlines. It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."
Nadelen: "Arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, I was not aware you can't checkin at the airport and need to pay 30 euros for it. The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"
Nadelen: "Extra prices. Should have took a better airline and pay more. Came out the same. Make sure you tell guest to check in online or they will. Hangs you $50 to check in at the airport"
Voordelen: "It was quite good at boarding, quick and efficient (from/to)."
Nadelen: "So noisy flight. I have never flown before in a such a noisy flight. Totally nightmare! Kids screaming and yelling and parents couldn't handle the situation all passengers were looking. Crew didn't ask if they need any help.."
Voordelen: "Staff aboard the aircraft were very nice and so was the passengers."
Nadelen: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

The bad reviews made me worry so much as we are flying with a 17 month old but the flight and service was amazing!

Le personnel de bord est rapide et efficace. Impossible d’emporter un bagage à main, tout est rempli en quelques minutes les gens ne respectent pas les limitations et donc les autres. Mais 10 minutes de retard à l’arrivée.

Embarquement en retard. Sièges peu confortables. Aucun écran dans la cabine. Repas très chers. Personnel parlant à peine anglais, ne débarrassant pas nos plats, incapable de nous renseigner sur le retard pour nos correspondances.
The check in at the air port was appalling - disorganised - unhelpful and extremely slow - unfriendly supervisor and it caused stress for many travellers who were not sure if they would make the flight - no customer care displayed - it was a shambles

Nadelen: "They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all."

Nadelen: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."
Nadelen: "One hour flight from Dalaman to Istambul. that leaves with two and a half hours of delay. We arrived late to Istanbul. We ate dinner after hours and tired of Pegasus waiting. Without any explanation from anyone in the company. Never again will I fly with Pegasus."

Voordelen: "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."
Nadelen: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."

Nadelen: "The airport in Istanbul does not offer WiFi - which is unbelievable for 2017...."
