The 777 was much smaller and cramped. Also we no longer had the option of choosing our seats. I later found out this was due to an issue with Delta and Atlanta not allowing proper booking of larger planes."
Nadelen: "Since their service is new to Atlanta we had a bit of a problem checking in. They had separated their economy class section from business class at two separate areas within the terminal. These areas were not close to each other too and made it very difficult to find where to check in. The economy area was actually hidden away and made it difficult to find. It was so difficult that they finally started letting economy people check in at business class since everyone was getting lost. I am sure with time they will resolve these minor issues however."

Additionally, although we requested kosher meals well in advance, the delay/cancellation of our flights and rebooking effectively cancelled our kosher meals and there was nothing for us to eat. This was very frustrating."
Nadelen: "I was supposed to be given two boarding passes through my check-in but I was given only one. This caused a lot of confusion on the Istanbul Airport. The staff there we unbelievably rude. They caused two passengers (on separate occasions) to miss their flight right in front of my eyes due to no apparent reason. They plainly refused to cooperate with passengers."

What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Nadelen: "The temperature in the plane before take off was very cold. I was dressed in a warm sport suit and got cold. My daughter was shievering in 2 sweaters. Blankets were sold not given to us only after take off. We had to wait 40 mins to take off which is fine in a busy airport, but couldn't get blankets when needed."
Nadelen: "No vegetarian food options Boarding was delayed but no announcement was made"
Voordelen: "Great air company, excellent crew, nice meal, comfortable seats with normal space"

Nadelen: "The flight attendant seemed to have been bothered by the fact that she had to tend to my boyfriend and I. Any simple question we had may it had been what was on the menu for lunch or a simple request for ice in our drink; we received with a rude tone. When our plane was about to land I had my eyes closed because I had been traveling for 24 hours and was still very tired and she (Olga, I believe her name was) yelled saying "MIS, WAKE UP AND OPEN YOUR WINDOW!" this was by far the WORST flight experience I have ever had. I suggest this particular flight attendant reconsiders her career choice because customer service does not fit her. It is safe to say that I will NEVER fly Aeroflot again. And will be spreading the word to my colleagues and friends as I too am in the travel business and know how important it is to feel comfortable and safe when traveling abroad."
Voordelen: "Flight was delayed 6 hours. Had to wait for 40 minutes ubtil they figured out whether to take a drhnk guy off ths flight or not. Then another 40 mins to do the deicing procedure. Then another 20 minutes to park the plain after landing. Instead of getting home at 13.15 I got out if the plane at 8 PM. Nit the friendliest crew and poor quality food. Overall I am very unhappy with the trip."
Voordelen: "There was a bottle that leaked in the overhead compartments. I was dripped on during take off. They cleaned up the mess, but I still had to smell like alcohol for the rest of the flight. It was unfortunate, but everyone was pleasant."

Nadelen: "I checked in early among the first ten and they still left my luggage behind. I still don't have my bag. It arrives from Russia at 145 am tonight and I fly out to Orlando at 250 am. why wasn't my bag on my page?. I hope I get it. Out of the four flights I took, all but one were extremely late with no explanation as to why. I missed one connection and had to stay in airport hotel in Moscow. They gave me food and took care of the hotel, but when I kept asking about my connecting flight out of Moscow, no one would give me a straight answer. There's a definite language barrier and culture barrier. Customer service is curt and brash at best. When I asked about getting my delta skymiles Again in Moscow, the guy at the counter was annoyed with me, but eventually looked it up."

Hospitality from cabin crew, cleanliness, food portions and taste were great. Comfortable seats and elite shading side windows. Everything was sooo great. This really escalades recommendations for EgyptAir"

Nadelen: "Everything is bad, food is horrible, tea is cold, AC is not cold and not serving even water for 2 hours since the take off. When arrived we got transported to terminal in old bus after waiting long time for the bus to return from taking the first patch of passengers."
Voordelen: "Entertainment selection was decent, I was especially impressed by the very wide variety of music to listen to. The crew were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The plane was clean and presentable, especially the lavatories. The seats were comfortable and the blankets provided worked well too."
Nadelen: "Food was bland and the chicken dish was dry and difficult to chew. Movie selection on the entertainment system was mediocre, with limited variety of films in general and especially limited variety in languages other than English and Arabic. A problem which I encountered on board was a big gap between the ventilation panel at the base of the wall and the flooring, through which the dessert of my meal fell and which presented the risk of losing further items. I hope this is fixed promptly."
