Nadelen: "What a mess!A woman was changing her baby's diaper by the food service area. A group of passagers lyed their babies on the floor to sleep and floor was full of food crumbs. Flight attendant were incapable of keeping passangers undercontrol. Food service was so poor. Going abroad they run out of fish almost after serving 50 passangers and we had no other options but pasta with cheese sauce. Attitude was 'you either eat or don't'. This has happaned twice flying out of US. Flight attendant said 'fish wasn't good anyways and food is much better on return flights'. On my return flight they once again run out the dinner with meat and I was served this time eggplant with rice. They served all the passangers but five row back from the exit doors and few row below from the restrooms received service 30-40min later. Others has already ate and their trays were taken away. By the time they served us my food was cold. Two scoup of rice on the plate was raw and the bread was stale. When I told the flight attendant she said 'she will let her supervisor know' but no body came to talk to me nor offered anything else to eat. Altough I have seen one passenger who got upset been served rice with eggplant received a service later with chicken which wasn't in the menu. Another passanger received two menus at once. Flight attandants are incompetant"

Nadelen: "I had to buy a Tukish Visa...spend the night in Istanbul.Screwed up my driver,my Mom had to call and cancel my appointments.I had no clothes,of toiletries....just a nightmare"

Nadelen: "I don't know if English speaking is a requirement for the crew, but it was difficult to ask questions to the crew in English, even simple questions like "Could I see what the cake looks like to choose my snack?" This didn't really interfere too much with the flight"

Nadelen: "The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like."

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Voordelen: "-maintenance had to fix an issue that the team was not transparent about for 2.5 hours. 0at least boarding happened swiftly -the male crew member was GREAT but the female crew members two of them were very short, rude, and not there to bring comfort to customers -chicken meal was tasty, but made both me and my father sick. Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work."

Voordelen: "The Swiss Air staff provided water and nice sandwiches for us while we stood in line for hours and put us up in a very nice hotel for the night."
Nadelen: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

Voordelen: "It was a total nightmare all Austrian flights they put us on were canceled !!! We did not leave Vienna for another 7 h a total nightmare all planes had technically difuculties !! Austrian airlines had total chaos !!!"

Nadelen: "The boarding began with delay. The boarding call eas absent or hard to hear anyway. The boarding sign was on two places simultaneously, with vision obscured by the in-building wall pillar. Most passengers were sitting in the waiting area expecting the boarding call to be announced on that obvious gate, while they started boarding on another gate around the corner. And it was not Croatia Airlines staff, but some airport personnel. Before landing, flight attendants let some passenger have luggage on the floor in front of the seat in the exit row, which does nit comply with the safety standards. Likewise, some passengers were already using cellular signal before landing, which is another lack of precaution. It us true that flight attendants cannot see whether each and every passenger obeys safety measures, but they should better pass through the aisle and check it rather than grabbing their own seat so early, eapecially when the flight was only half-booked."

Nadelen: "Our flight from Venice to Dubrovnik was delayed by two hours. During that time, no updates were given to the passengers waiting, the airport monitors continued to show the original departure time. Eventually the monitors showed a later departure time (which we still didn't make), but continued to show the same arrival time at the other end. If taken literally, it implied flying at the speed of light. I understand that flights can be delayed, I just want good communication about the status, which was not given."

Nadelen: "Flight departed 2 hours late. "The plane is late" is not much of an explanation."

Voordelen: "Flight was fine, but you're third party agent Voyama and Croatian Air made this a scheduling nightmare! Never again Kyak, I'll book direct!"
Nadelen: "Scheduling changes and cancellations mid trip! Many hours of vacation list and money for little my distance international calls. I will tell ALL my friends!"

Voordelen: "Our overall experience was excellent in every respect. We never used any entertainment as the flight was only 1 hour 40 minutes long."

Voordelen: "The staff was friendly and although the flight was short we were served a tasty snack and a drink. Also, although the plane was small, there was a good amount of leg room."

Nadelen: "Our flight to Dubrovnik was diverted to Split due to weather. That's fine, not in control of the airline, but how they handled the situation was miserable. First of all, nearly half of the luggage for the plane was left in Venice. This is a tiny plane with less than 100 people. It's not that difficult to recognize when there is luggage missing. Then, upon arriving and recognizing the luggage wasn't there, we were basically told, "don't worry about it." What? I'm 6,000 miles from home with no clothes and they don't even know where the luggage is at that time! The airline coordinated a bus to Dubrovnik from Split. It's about a 3.5 hour drive and left around midnight. No consideration of how some people might not be able to check into lodging at that time, no compensation for a hotel for the night, and they barely gave us any time to figure out what was happening to make sure getting on the bus was the right decision. The bus driver tried to leave without two of our party because they were *taking too long at the lost luggage desk to report the luggage the airline lost* ! I had to stand in the doorway of the bus to keep him there. The day after finally getting to our destination, I tried to call customer service to check on the luggage situation. THREE times I was asked to hold while they got someone else and was immediately hung up on. I only finally received contact from someone by email two days later. The airline did deliver the luggage to the hotel, finally, but they delivered it to the WRONG hotel and I had to Uber there and back to get it. All-in-all a 1.5 hour cheap flight turned into a 7 hour travel day and cost hundreds of euros more than it was supposed to. Horrible experience."

Nadelen: "Landed in Split not Dubrovnik. Not one airline worker or airport person was at baggage claim to tell us where to go or what the alternate plan was. Finally was told by other passenger we were being put on a bus for the remainder of our journey. At 12am."

Nadelen: "I don't mind the fact we had to go outside and take stairs, and upon arrival, a shuttle bus. But for disabled people, this could be difficult. Ask for accommodations ahead of time."

Nadelen: "We were unable to get anything to eat in our section of the airport in spite of being told there was better food after security checkpoint. I realize this was the fault of numerous airport employees who were ill-informed and not Croatian Airlines fault but it was a problem since we arrived two hours early ready for lunch and were unable to get anything to eat until we arrived in Dubrovnik. Waarom zijn prijzen niet 100% van de tijd accuraat?
