The flight was late, then later, held in a bus for at least 30 minutes, no information, treated like cattle off to market. Once on the plane we waited and waited and waited for another half an hour. Really poor service, cost me more the other end in terms of car parking et cetera. Ryanair offer a much better service, you have a lot to do to get me back as a customer.

Hi- poor because aerlingus misplaced my infant car seat which is also a stroller. I flew from Boston and gate checked my car seat in Boston and they had told me I will get my car seat at the gate in Dublin- once I reach Dublin I was told the car seat was goin to the final destination. I had to carry my 10 months old with my carry ons and it wasn’t easy. Once I reached new castle- final destination my car seat wasn’t there and the ppl there were not very helpful. I had to buy it because I was without a care seat/ stroller. It’s a doona car seat and very pricey. I have filled out a form in new castle and hoping it will get shipped to me soon but I am very sad with this experience.

The overall experience was very good.Very happy to fly. Aer lingus again and again.

Liked Boarding went smoothly. Staff were adequate even during the current shortages. Needs improvement Selected aisle seats - got stuck in middle rows. Food options were edible. International flight in economy charging for alcohol. Need more bathrooms.

No one at bag drop for ages then moved to other bag drop

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

It’s now the next day and I still have not received my bag. I’ve call multiple times and still cannot give me a straight answer. So now I have to check out of this hotel and hope my bag shows up before moving on to my next destination. Also, on the flight I asked for 2 glasses of tap water while they came around asking if we would like to purchase a soft or alcoholic drink or snacks. There was no water on the cart so she had to continue servicing the rest of the plane and said she would be back. The first flight attendant must of forgotten, that’s okay she was probably busy. I asked a second flight attendant, 10 minutes go by and she still didn’t bring us water. Finally asked a 3rd flight attendant and he brought it to us quickly, this was 30miniutes after I first asked. I felt that my request wasn’t as important because I didn’t have to purchase it."

The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

A fuir!!!! Que ce soit kayak ou British, fuyez!!! Aucun service!! On remercie tout particulièrement kayak pour son absence totale de service après vente prétextant qu’ils ne sont qu’un moteur de recherche! Donc un conseil allez voir ailleurs!!!

On a raté notre vol pour Los Angeles car le vol BA 305 pour Londres n existait pas !!! C est tout simplement scandaleux . Nos vacances sont gâchees!!! Nous avons eu de votre part ni excuses, ni compensations .

Retard de vol à vancouver mais egalement à l'aller, de paris à londres et de Londres à vancouver

Nous avons essayé de joindre British Airways pendant des jours. Aucun numéro de téléphone ne répondait on a perdu un temps fou pour rien. Aucune réponse à nos mails. Avion très bruyant très petit Pas de possibilité de modifier quoi que ce soit. J’ai l’habitude de voyager, c’était la première fois avec ba mais ça sera la dernière.

Usual abysmal BA offering: 90 minutes late due to “late inbound aircraft”. Tired, overcrowded A320 with impersonal, couldn’t care less cabin crew. All for a premium price.

We boarded by group, but then were asked to wait on a shuttle as the plane was actually not ready for boarding and even though the plane was just 50m away. During this time, other groups boarded so the group boarding was just pointless and we could have simply walked to the stairs. Would have been better to simply wait in the terminal On arrival, it took more than 1h for the luggage to be delivered, even though we were in business class so should have been 'priority'. Very poor organisation

le personnel et les repas sont excellents... Le confort est relatif et à l'embarquement en peu d'attente du à un faible nombre de cabine de checking ouvertes... Les sièges sont un peu spartiates pour le vol, donc confort relatif, mais pour une ou deux heures c'est supportable.

Toujours très compliqué de récupérer ses cartes d'embarquement à l'aéroport et impossible de les prendre en ligne ... Vol très correct, équipage très sympa.
