It was absolutely embarrassing when crew skipped us when drink and meal service were being ordered. Crew was obnoxious and dismissive about situation. Absolutely atrocious."

It was very difficult to see the flip-boards since the attendants holding them up were around 5'2". All was well once i got on the plane."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Nadelen: "The Istanbul airport is overcrowded and overheated, with no wifi. Turkish airlines is good airline, but the transfer through this airport is always a negative consideration when choosing which airline to book."

Nadelen: "Turkish is a terrible airline in many ways. My 90 year old parents were traveling on this flight, and because they have difficulty walking, I had ordered wheelchairs for them. Since on the in-bound flight they did not get assistance during the layover in Istanbul, I called on multiple occasions to their customer service to complain. I was directed towards their website where I had to fill out a complaint form - of course the form is simply to allow customers to vent - no one contacted me to apologize or remediate the situation. On their return journey, I once again confirmed over the phone and at the check in counter that the wheel chair assistance would be available. I was able to secure this for the first leg, however that was it. They were once again left high and dry during the Istanbul layover. They have lower prices, but the quality of customer service is very inferior. If you can afford to pay a bit more - avoid using Turkish. If you do use - certainly be prepared to have any special requests ignored and to be confronted by inefficient customer service."

Nadelen: "Boarding delayed, awkward & slow. Employees rude and bossy. Crew on board not pleasant or helpful. Food disgusting. Noticed same dramatic difference in passenger treatment between SFO and Frankfurt legs of the flight. They treat the mostly Indian customers differently. I go to India every year. It was same last year. My suitcase broken in transit. Reported. No call back after several days. I’m US citizen of German ancestry. I feel badly about lack of service for India bound passengers."

Nadelen: "Just talked to my parents who were traveling and they had no help at FRA. It was very disappointing and something they said they do not want to go thru ever again."

Voordelen: "L'efficacité d'embarquement, l'arrivée à l'heure malgré un départ en retard."
Nadelen: "La nourriture, très industrielle et jambon très chimique."

Voordelen: "Le dîner, les films au choix, la propreté des toilettes."
Nadelen: "Le départ avec plus d'une heure de retard (j'ai ainsi raté ma connexion à Johannesburg), l'absence de choix pour le petit déjeuner et SURTOUT, l'absence de réactivité de l'équipage qui n'a rien fait pour prévenir SAA que nous serions en retard et leur demander de nous attendre. Conduite lamentable."

Nadelen: "Vol avec retard depuis geneve, ensuite vol annulé depuis Frankfurt, jlai mon voyage à duré 12h au total, avec un retard à l'arrivée au quel j'ai atterri à 23:15."

Voordelen: "Good crew, liked the food and service. Better aircraft interior."
Nadelen: "Boarding was chaotic, lines weren't well controlled. Ground crew needs better training in being proactive, assertive, communicate better with tired passengers who have had to wait for 5hours in the very staid, and outdated Frankfort airport. Same problems with the headsets."

Voordelen: "Courteous and friendly staff - did enjoy my gluten free meal"
Nadelen: "Economy seats leave no room for relaxed arms - i had mine in front of me for 9 hours as the seat was SO small! As am I!!"

Nadelen: "The food"

Voordelen: "Rien!"
Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Nadelen: "Very cramped legroom. Confusion during boarding."

Voordelen: "Overall decent experience. The crew was attentive, captain informative."
Nadelen: "Aircraft not too comfortable but much better than the aircraft in the first leg of my travel from Seattle to Frankfurt."

Voordelen: "Les repas, les boissons et les collations c'est plus que 5 étoiles! Mon meilleur vol !"

Voordelen: "Crew from Washington D.C. (IAD) to Frankfurt was outstanding-- very warm and thoughtful."
Nadelen: "Crew from Frankfurt to New Delhi was not as warm, attentive, and polite."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "Cabin Crew does not pay much attention to customer need even in business class. They need to learn lot from KLM."

Voordelen: "I like that they doesn't take so much time for boarding"
Nadelen: "A cookie would be better than a Corny in short flight"

Nadelen: "The flight was about 45 minutes delayed but it was okay with me since I had connection flight and I had a long connecting time."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Fraud United and Lufthansa"

Nadelen: "Really bad quality food, no entertainment"

Voordelen: "Embarquement a l'heure, aucun souci."
Nadelen: "Vol trop rapide, pas le temps de dormir!"

Nadelen: "The special meal I got was not the same as I ordered."

Voordelen: "Confortable! Very good team! Excellent cabin air Good looking flight attendants"

Nadelen: "Also, just one meal and no snacks served on a 7 hour plus flight"

Voordelen: "Fast check in and boarding. Courteous service."
Nadelen: "I did not get te entree of my choice on one of the flights."

Voordelen: "All flight attendants in Lufthansa are so nice, attentive, that it's a real PLEASURE to fly with them. Cabin comfort is also a best in class."

Voordelen: "The crew was very nice and provided snacks even though the flight was short"

Nadelen: "Nous avons été très désagréablement surprises d'apprendre que trop de billets avaient été vendus et que nos places n'étaient plus disponibles à notre arrivée à Francfort. Il me semble totalement illogique de me faire dire qu'il n'y a plus de place pour moi dans l'avion alors que j'ai le billet en main et qu'il a été payé. Comment une compagnie peut-elle accepter mon paiement alors qu'elle n'est pas en mesure de garantir le service pour lequel elle a été payée? Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

Voordelen: "the service,order, attention, human quality, punctuality. all in general."

Nadelen: "Did not care if I made my connecting flight or help me to understand if I could make it, seats are terribly overbooked and crammed. Many people visibly aggravated and mobility compromised due to seats,"

Nadelen: "Le vol a été dérouté sur Lyon pour des vents dangereux. Seul hic, l’ensemble des autres vols atterrissants à Genève on tous pu atterrir dans la même tranche horaire. Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Nadelen: "Too late i missed my connection flight"

Nadelen: "need better and more food options, more often"

Voordelen: "I was pleasantly surprised they had a snack service on such a short flight. The flight attendants were very friendly"
Nadelen: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Nadelen: "OLD plane without comfort or entertainment"

Voordelen: "Loved the service...everything was excellent"
Nadelen: "The bus class seat was a bit narrow at the feet"

Voordelen: "The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good."
Nadelen: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Voordelen: "I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service"
Nadelen: "I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."

Nadelen: "They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all."

Nadelen: "A quoi bon s'enregistrer en ligne si apres, c'est un problème pour obtenir les étiquettes bagages, que ca coince a la depose bagage, que le personnel affirme a tort que les bagages sont enregistrés jusqu'à destination finale (ce n'était pas la cas)"

Voordelen: "Rien à dire, tout est à l'heure, vol agréable, personnel super sympa et professionnel, bravo AF"

Nadelen: "Vol en retard avons du patienter dans l'avion et cerise sur le cupcake pas bagage"

Voordelen: "Very efficient boarding, fast and professional but warm and friendly. The plane was very clean and quite spacious for a two by two configuration. On time departure and landing and smoothed processing at the other end."
Nadelen: "Nothing to improve"

Nadelen: "Seems very dated. Business Class felt cramped and not very luxurious."

Voordelen: "I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others."
Nadelen: "If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable."

Voordelen: "Personnel agréable et vol à l'heure"

Voordelen: "Le vol précédent est arrivé en retard à Göteborg mais ceci a été récupéré grâce à un embarquement rapide."
Nadelen: "Arrive à Amsterdam loin de l'aérogare donc pris le bus. Pas terrible pour les connections."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew. Good snacks. Timely updates about delays.cr"
Nadelen: "Crew forgot to serve several rows of seats including ours. Came around when reminded, but then said didn't have enough hands to carry trash away and told us to store cups, etc in back seat pocket when landing."

Voordelen: "Great dinner, and unlimited ice cream! Crew are cheerful and helpful as always."
Nadelen: "After status flyers boarded first, general boarding call was for all remaining passengers together! First time in my experience a full wide-body aircraft boarding was not by row. Predictably, the process was slow and chaotic. Last minute switch from a 777 to an older, non-refurbished 747-400. Entertaiment system contents are still great, but the screen is dim and outdated by today's standards. But I would just fill this as luck of the draw."

Nadelen: "Our first flight got delayed, so we had to miss our flight from Berlin to Amsterdam."

Voordelen: "On schedule. Great crew."
Nadelen: "Limited foot space small seat."

Voordelen: "The price The speedy boarding with Skyteam priority The movies can be viewed while on the ground"

Voordelen: "Was good except for the food."
Nadelen: "The hot snacks were bland to the point of being not worth eating and I didn't finish it. Probably attempting to be too ambitious with the available budget? I'd prefer a simple sandwich that focuses on quality. The food on the return flight was just as bad"

Voordelen: "Flight crew is very kind. Seats are confortable, food is excellent and overall it was a beautiful experience. I recommend flying with KLM!"

Nadelen: "Ran out of one of the options of the meal"
