The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "They lost our bags, twice! We had 4 pieces of luggage that were checked together. They flew out of the same airport we did. They lost 3 out of the 4 bags, but assured me all 3 were on the very next flight. The next flight came in but only 2 more had been put on that flight. Still waiting on 4th..."

Nadelen: "Mechanical problems caused a 5+ hour delay. Very poor communication regarding what was happening. It was my first—and last—time flying with Austrian Airlines."

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Voordelen: "-maintenance had to fix an issue that the team was not transparent about for 2.5 hours. 0at least boarding happened swiftly -the male crew member was GREAT but the female crew members two of them were very short, rude, and not there to bring comfort to customers -chicken meal was tasty, but made both me and my father sick. Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work."

Nadelen: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Voordelen: "It's a non-stop from Austin to Heathrow. Flight attendants were helpful and professional. Flight was on time."
Nadelen: "This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment."

Nadelen: "Plane was older and in poor repair. Our air vents and over head lights had been completely removed for our row - so we could not read or knit as others could. Seats are far to small and close together to allow for any real rest or sleep."

Voordelen: "Personnel accueillant au sol et en vol, ponctualité du vol"

Nadelen: "Rien"

Nadelen: "C est un scandale: l embarquement m a ete refusé pretendant un risque de fraude avec ma carte. J ai recu une confirmation de paiement, j ai fait l enregistrement, j ai passe la frontiere. Et je n ai pas pu monter dans le vol!!! Je n ai recu aucun message avant le vol. J ai perdu un week end avec mon mari que je ne vois jamais car il vit a l autre bout du monde."

Voordelen: "Great crew, gently made sure we had our masks on."
Nadelen: "Boarded some passengers very early and had to wait on bus and plane for other passengers who boarded at normal time."

Voordelen: "The crew was great!"

Nadelen: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."

Voordelen: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
Nadelen: "More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again."

Voordelen: "Retard"

Nadelen: "They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it"

Nadelen: "L’avion avait plus de 1heure de retard même pas un mot d’excuse ou une collation offerte au moins une bouteille d’eau"

Voordelen: "Yes"
Nadelen: "Everything excelent"

Nadelen: "Le personnel d embarquement choisissait quelles personnes devaient ou non mettre son sac à main même petit dans son bagage à main, tout le monde n'étaient clairement pas logés à la même enseigne. Décevant."

Voordelen: "clear information. good staff.good boarding return flight."
Nadelen: "monitors for flightinformation was not present. the stewardess was acting here performance for incidents. not 2019 anymore !!!"

Voordelen: "I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground."
Nadelen: "It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can."

Nadelen: "Delayed 2 hours"

Voordelen: "Quick boarding and friendly crew."
Nadelen: "Only being able to carry on one bag even though some people had 2. There was plenty of room in the overhead bins."

Voordelen: "Crew is very nice and friendly"
Nadelen: "Not enough legroom"

Voordelen: "Friendly staff, clean olane."
Nadelen: "Going back and forth to pay for extra luggage."

Voordelen: "Nothing...it was ridiculous"
Nadelen: "No kiosks? No online check in? Seats were vinyl and terrible, and the plane was hot. It took us over 2 hours to check in"

Voordelen: "Seats were more comfortable than I expected."
Nadelen: "It would have been better to have 2 carry ons. Even a bag of snacks was considered a carry on and i had to put it and my purse in my backpack."

Nadelen: "Our plane was delayed an hour and then when we landed well after midnight our bag came off the plane with a broken shoulder strap. Will not fly again."

Voordelen: "Ponctualite, service"

Voordelen: "There was an airplane"
Nadelen: "No leg room, chaotic boarding, uncomfortable seats, delayed flight"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible."

Voordelen: "Inexpensive fares are worth something. Where else can you fly half way across the EU for 150 euro? The crew was cheerful and helpful. Website, phone app and email reminders are great."
Nadelen: "You do pay alacarte for everything. And service suffers in the name of low price. Checked bags, drinks and food. Be prepared to walk or stand everywhere, baggage check-in at Orly is in the basement and the last areas 132. The gates are the last gates in the south terminal. And when you get to the gate boarding is done enmasss so you wait in line. But the fares are cheap."

Nadelen: "bad seats. too narow"

Voordelen: "That it was a short flight."
Nadelen: "Old interior. no legroom, American credit card doesn't work to purchase anything. Bad coffee, but flight crew was excellent."

Voordelen: "We fly all the time and this crew is the best ever. They made us feel comfortable and not like a burden...even when my daughter was sick. I want to choose my next destination based on where they are going."
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Voordelen: "Clean planes, nice friendly flight attendants, smooth on-time boarding."
Nadelen: "Lack of entertainment on the flight."

Voordelen: "Excellent price with good crew and good equipment"

Voordelen: "No problems, right on time, modern aircraft."
Nadelen: "Small seats and little space."

Nadelen: "Late arrival, no leg room, high price for flight change - 30%"

Voordelen: "What did you like? Price"
Nadelen: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

Voordelen: "After experiencing a computer glitch with our check-in, Transavia moved heaven and earth to get us on our flight. We appreciated the staff so so much!"

Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "2h00 à attendre dans une file interminable pour enregistrer un bagage en soute, du jamais vu."

Nadelen: "Retard à l'embarquement. Aucune explication donnée aux passagers. A l'heure limite d'embarquement qui était prevue, aucun passager n'avait encore embarqué !!"

Voordelen: "customer service, price"

Voordelen: "Staff was friendly, they played music before and after the flight."
Nadelen: "Not that it's the airline's fault, but the screaming kid almost ruined my flight."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "I don't understand why it took them around 15 min to check in each person. This was the most terrible check in I have ever experienced. One other staff member actually had to take over for one man doing check in because he was so slow. The flight ended up being almost an hour delayed. After this, they didn't even offer people free water. I have flown with low cost airlines all over the world and this was by far the worst."

Voordelen: "On time, quick boarding process, comfortable flight (seats and flying/landing style), price was right."
Nadelen: "Having to pay for luggage. I'd rather have it included in ticket price."

Voordelen: "Interior lighting"

Voordelen: "L'avion était très propre et confortable!Le personnel était très attentionné et courtois."

Voordelen: "Todo excelente ."

Voordelen: "En général tout était correct, l'équipe de cabine a été soucieuse de résoudre problèmes."
Nadelen: "Un fort courant d'aire froide directement sur la nuque qui a généré une toux et beaucoup de dérangement. Ça a continué malgré les efforts de l'équipe de le contrôler. Boeing 737. À éviter ?"

Voordelen: "Bonne compagnie avec le prix qui va avec. Le personnel fait beaucoup d'effort pour mettre les clients à l'aise. L'avion était en excellent état (voir neuf ?)"
Nadelen: "Aucune collation, Pas de divertissement,"

Voordelen: "The crew was really friendly, and the plane was brand new. Lot of choice of things to eat (but no gluten free/lactose free choice)."
Nadelen: "The seats were horribly uncomfortable, but because it was a Boeing, I was not surprised (they put the privilege on the pilots cabin, not the passengers, contrary to Airbus)."

Voordelen: "Once we figured it put, fast check in. Small airport, lots of construction."
Nadelen: "Poor directions at airport, messy boarding on busses"
