Nadelen: "Mechanical problems caused a 5+ hour delay. Very poor communication regarding what was happening. It was my first—and last—time flying with Austrian Airlines."

It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Voordelen: "They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"
Nadelen: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Nadelen: "L’aéroport de Vienne qui ne dispose d’aucune aide pour les transferts : il faut trouver les panneaux bien cachés dans un labyrinthe... et 2 contrôles des bagages durant le transfert alors que nous arrivions d’un vol international."

Nadelen: "had a narrow connecting flight VIE to MUC, VIE flight was delayed and had to catch MUC to IAD flight in less than 15 min. One luggage was missing at baggage claim, but as DC/ Baltimore is home, luggage arrived in 48 hrs. All is well that ends well."

Voordelen: "Nothing, we never got to go on our flight to Vienna. The only good thing is the manager, Servando, found us an alternative route after some delay. Even then, we had to haggle and really fight for fair treatment for a mistake that was 100% the airline's fault."
Nadelen: "Our seats were involuntarily given away by the airport staff. We were never notified until we were scanning our tickets to board in. At that time, we had already checked in and received our boarding passes, as well as checking in 3 bags while we were traveling with a large group. There was no way we wanted to volunteer our seats, especially since we had a transfer flight to catch. We clearly stated we did NOT want to volunteer our seats at the ticket counter. No staff notified us until we were about to get on the plane to board. The flight supervisor was very rude and unprofessional, offering us no alternative solutions. I was really disappointed with such a grievous mistake by the airline, and I would not recommend flying Austrian Airlines unless it was absolutely the only airline available. They need to fix their processes for authorizing when they volunteer a passenger's seat. This caused our group a lot of stress and almost became a logistical nightmare."

Nadelen: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."

Nadelen: "Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

Voordelen: "the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight"

Nadelen: "Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage...."

Voordelen: "More than adequate room, And very good service from a very professional staff. Head and shoulders abovevany American carrier, and several European lines I have flown."
Nadelen: "Can't think of anything."

Voordelen: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Nadelen: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Voordelen: "Food and staff behaviour"
Nadelen: "Entertainment"

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled."

Voordelen: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Nadelen: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "Zijn goed."
Nadelen: "Niet tevreden"

Nadelen: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Voordelen: "Short flight with good communication."
Nadelen: "Nil to complain."

Voordelen: "Zeer vriendelijk personeel, kindvriendelijk. Stipt vertrek en aankomst"
Nadelen: "Niets"

Voordelen: "Flight crew; legroom even in cheap seats."
Nadelen: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Nadelen: "It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight."

Nadelen: "My first time on easyjet & it was not easy."

Nadelen: "20kg limit on hold luggage instead of 15"

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Avoir le vol sans retard"

Voordelen: "nearly on time ( 5 mins)"
Nadelen: "too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences..."

Voordelen: "Space in plane"
Nadelen: "Departure on time as had connecting flight"

Nadelen: "Être à l’heure pour une fois."

Voordelen: "Crew was very informative and honest about all the extra fees there are with easy jet."
Nadelen: "During Boarding there were two entrances, from the front of the plane and from the back. The crew misdirected passengers and passengers with the lower seat numbers boarded from the back. Passengers with higher seat numbers boarded through the font entrance. Getting to your seat felt very crowded."

Voordelen: "No food or entertainment available on board so I simply gave a neutral three stars (this was not expected with a budget airlines). Quick and easy boarding."
Nadelen: "I sprinted to my gate because I was panicked I would not be allowed to board, because the gates “closed” 30 minutes before my flight. I arrived 5 minutes prior to this and they hadn’t even begun boarding."

Voordelen: "Smooth on boarding"

Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly and helpful. For me, this makes all the difference in the world. I'll even overlook small problems if staff is pleasant."
Nadelen: "It was unclear that we had to check ourselves in ahead of time online. The check-in crew said there was absolutely nothing they could do for us and that we should have read the "terms and conditions". Luckily, we arrived at the airport extremely early, so I had time to check in on my phone."

Nadelen: "Encore du retard avec cette compagnie"

Voordelen: "Good price, friendly stuff, no hiccups at all"
Nadelen: "If they can give us a glass of water"

Nadelen: "Bad leg room, loud guests, bad boarding process."

Voordelen: "Le vol de façon général"
Nadelen: "L’ajuste Horaire pour éviter le retard"

Voordelen: "On se sent en sécurité. Les vols se passent très bien. Pas de retard."
Nadelen: "Je chipote car tout est assez efficace. Mais l’affichage de la porte était erroné, et un d’attente debout avant de pouvoir embarquer. Et des bus pour aller à l’aéroport une fois atterri. Mais franchement je n’ai rien à signaler de négatif. Les vols sont très efficaces pour un prix très abordable."

Nadelen: "Left a little late but made good time. A positive experience."

Nadelen: "Very slow baggage reclaim at Bristol Airport"

Voordelen: "Tout le monde a embarqué à l’heure, nous étions prêts pour partir quand on nous à annoncé « finalement, un groupe de 30 personnes est en retard, nous devons les attendre ». Lorsque le groupe est arrivé, on nous annonce que suite au retard de l’avion pour décoller, il a perdu sa place dans le trafic"

Voordelen: "Les hotesses d accueil pour l embarquement était raciste à bruxelles"
Nadelen: "Des hôtesses dignes de porter les tenues de easyJet comme à Genève"

Voordelen: "Personnel très compétent"

Nadelen: "Everything. We waited an hour in the plane to take off and another hour when we landed to exit the plane. And then our luggage never arrived"

Voordelen: "Je n’ai pas pu embarquer à cause du retard de votre vol J’ai payé et je n’ai pas pu embarquer car je ne m’étais pas enregistré à temps sois disant alors qu’il restait encore 2h avant le décollage Inadmissible de laissé les gens comme ça sans solutions alors que c’est de votre faute jenparlerai"

Voordelen: "Boarding was very fast compared to most other flights. Crew was friendly. Flight was smooth and on time."
Nadelen: "Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good."

Nadelen: "bus a l euroairport de l avion.. comme des sardines !"

Nadelen: "Notre vol a eu plus de 30 mn de retard et nous avons loupé la navette de l’hotel Qui nous attendait. Il était trop tard pour faire l’éregistrement A l’hotel Et nous avons dû passer la nuit dehors ( nuit payée en avance que nous avons perdu)"

Voordelen: "Ponctuel"

Voordelen: "Pilot got us there in less than an hour after a three hour delay"
Nadelen: "Three hour delay with no explanation until we were actually on the flight. Only a £3 refreshment voucher. Couldn't hear cabin crew and they rushed through the food service. Looked like they didn't want to be there."

Nadelen: "Crew can be a bit annoying"

Nadelen: "no entertainment no food, no snack, no drink scary landing due to strong, gusty wind in Innsbruck"

Nadelen: "Seuls les passagers embarquant à l’arrière ont été contraints de mettre les bagages a main en soutes car les seuls à prendre le tarmac"

Nadelen: "A 9.10pm flight from Split to Gatwick last two and a half hours late due to “.... we were assigned the wrong aircraft so we had to wait for a new aeroplane!!!”"

Voordelen: "Friendly staff okay service"
Nadelen: "There was a problem with the plane when everyone was boarding then was told to go back to the boarding gate because the plane was not ready yet. Then had to check in to the gate again. Journey was a bit rough too."

Voordelen: "Good price"

Nadelen: "Beaucoup de turbulences. Le pilote à dut rattraper le retard dut au vol précédent. D où un vol un peu tourmenté."

Voordelen: "A much better return trip than the one going out so overall we were very happy."
Nadelen: "Delayed again. I do accept that most of the time delays are out of the control of the airline but it still detracts from the holiday. One drunk on the plane is still one too many, especially when they fall into you as the one on our flight did to me."

Nadelen: "overcharged for handbaggage which as allowed, air conditioning broken, and delayed over 2 hours"

Voordelen: "Very polite and helpful crew. Everyone was a bit confused by my Calton Hard Shell case but they let me on, gratefully. My instrument and all the passengers luggage fit with space to spare."

Nadelen: "40 min de retard .. on est arrivés hyper tard à l’endtoit pour se loger, donc perd de temps por visiter et se baigner à la mer!"

Voordelen: "Le personnel était gentil et souriant"
Nadelen: "Presque deux heures de retard sans information (pendant toute cette durée on avait aucune idée de quand on allait partir). Durant l'attente dans l'avion, la clim a été coupé.. Je n'avais qu'un sac à dos et ont me l'a quand même fait mettre dans la soute, j'ai donc du perdre du temps à l'atterrissage."

Voordelen: "L’équipage a été souriante et présente"
Nadelen: "le retard du vol à l’aeroport suite à une grève des contrôleurs français (région sud MARSEILLE) nous avons commencé à rentrer dans l’avion vers 17:35. Après surprise: 45 minutes fermés dans l’avion avant de décoller... rien offert aux clients... je trouve que serait un minimum de la part de l’entreprise. Finalement décollage vers 18:42 - le vol aurait dû partir à 16h"
