I called the second i realised i had input the wrong date and explained that it was not a cancellation i wished to make, just a crucial amendment due to my disability. Unfortunately this fell on deaf ears, and I ended up having to pay an additional £72, which was about 75% of the original flight cost."

Voordelen: "We were given no information will be kept in the quiet until the last minute we were then told and flight was delayed then we were told our flight was cancelled we were taken to a hotel where we were fed but we’re not allowed any drinks most of us returning from holiday had no spare money so we had nothing to buy anything with we were told we would have breakfast and refreshments in the morning but we didn’t get anything we will put on a flight at 6 AM where we presumed we were going to London and ended up in France where we were made to get off the plane for a period of 15 minutes without luggage made to go through security being told we were allowed refreshments and we were taken straight back onto the plane with no food or water from 8 o’clock the previous night if anybody is reading this avoid and Arabia Maroc like the plague"

Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."

Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."

Nadelen: "Flight was overbooked. Had an issue getting my ticket 2.5 hours prior to schedule flight departure. Flight was originally scheduled to leave at 4:30. It was first delayed to 8:50 p.m. Then further delayed to 10:00 p.m. Plane left Casablanca much later than 10:00 p.m. which caused a very late arrival to IAD airport, 2:30 a.m. Boarding was a disaster. Stayed in line for over an hour not knowing if the plane was going to take off from Casablanca. No water was distributed and no communication was shared with the passengers until the crew announced boarding."

I got a call from them saying they found my luggage in Marocco without a tag. Like how is that even possible. They are such thieves! I want my money back!! Save yourself time and fly with another airline. maroc airline is full of sh*t!!"

Voordelen: "Efficient boarding, however a little disorganized at the calling of gates. Plane seemed newer."
Nadelen: "In-air service not on par with Emirates, Qatar and Turkish airlines. Even in coach they offer hot towels before meals. I pushed service button for water a few times which went unanswered. The attendants were very nice and when you finally got their attention, they were helpful. A better in-air service strategy should be considered."

Voordelen: "We got to Dakar safely and on time"
Nadelen: "Boarding was unnecessarily chaotic The plane from Casablanca to Dakar was filthy. The trash had been picked up, but there was spilled food all over, like no one ever wipes things down in the procès of cleaning. No soap in the bathroom either. The Dakar airport isnt ready to open yet. Jet bridges aren’t working, they couldn’t find a stair to fit the plane for a while. Luggage is piled all over the terminal. Half the luggage from the plane arrived promptly, the other half took 45 minutes."

Voordelen: "Overall, the trip was okay - But it was a delayed boarding experience in NY and poor information provided in Morocco about the connecting flight, despite requests for direction from multiple passengers. Many flights left from the same gate and it wasn't clear where to go in the Casablanca airport."
Nadelen: "The gate situation for the connecting flight from morocco to marseille was very disorganized. There was no gate listed on the ticket, and very poor direction from the crew in the airport."

Voordelen: "Nothing to note. Very basic. Price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for."
Nadelen: "Bathroom broke, food is terrible. All bread. Female flight attendant had attitude as noted by several passengers."

Nadelen: "plane was on runway for 6 hours prior to takeoff, even had to go back and refuel midway. Crew did not pass out headsets until 5 hours into delay even though asked multiple times. six hour delay on a seven hour flight is not acceptable when there was only a 15 minute rain squall as the basis."

Voordelen: "Nice fight- inspire if my first aborted landing (turbulence forced the pilot to bring us back up) Professional crew-too class Free hotel for my 10 hour layover"
Nadelen: "They lost my luggage and it took me 4 days of constant follow ups to track it down"

Voordelen: "I was prepared for the worst after reading so many bad reviews but everything went smoothly. They got us seats together even though the flight was full, we got our bags on the plane so we wouldn't have to go through baggage claim, they provided a blanket and pillow and eye cover and the entertainment console worked well. Plane appeared to be pretty new. Yes the food was bad but no worse than pretty much every other economy flight I have been on."

Voordelen: "I have bad experiences in the past flying RAM but this time was around was quite pleasant. The flight crew was kind and very attentive. The food was actually pretty decent compared to before and the boarding process was orderly and well organized. I hope they keep improving the quality of the airline in the future."

Voordelen: "Food was great as usual. It was free. It was not a full flight so I had a chance to lie down and get some much needed sleep. I had arrived at Dakar airport at 12am for a 6:40 flight because of the strike. My friends in Dakar suggested that I get their that early. So I had no sleep. I was able to check 2 bags without a fee."
Nadelen: "We were not informed prior to arrival at airport that there was a crew strike. And that there was a possibility that our flight would be affected. The flight was delayed for 2 hours with no announcements. I had a Mauritanian necklace that I bought while in Senegal 30 years ago. And the female searcher gave me a hard time, would not let me pass through inspection and reported me to her superiors. She insisted that there was something inside of my necklace. It was only when I got nasty with her in French, did she finally let me pass through so I could wait at the boarding gate. I spoke to others who were on their way to Lagos and other parts of Africa who had waited at airport for 2 days with no accommodations."

Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Nadelen: "Les notifications. On a eu plus de 3 heures du retard et le retard était pas notifié. En plus après on a attendu à l'intérieur encore une demie heure pour décoller"

Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Pas de possibilité de télécharger les cartes d'embarquement, donc s'impose de payer un surplus de 20£ pour pouvoir embarquer, sans conter que plus de la moitié des passagers étaient dans la même situation, on à dû courir de la zone d'enregistrement jusqu'au service aux clients aller-retour avec toutes les bagages et bien évidemment en faisant des prières pour ne pas rater l'avion. Ensuite, une fois terminé la séance cardio à l'aéroport et passé tous les filtres de contrôle, on est dirigé vers l'aéronef et voilà un autre surprise ; on doit attendre au près de l'avion sur le tarmac... Normalement ça ne devrait pas être grand chose, sauf qu'il y est six heures de matin à London et il fait 5 degrés Celsius à l'extérieur... Oui, ça caille un peu. Aéronef avec un design de base adaptée à la quantité et non à la qualité, fauteuils rigides sans aucun option économique, pas de divertissement abord, même pas un écran et ont ne parle même pas d'amuse gueule sans avoir à recourir à la carte bleu... C'est ma deuxième fois avec Ryanair et cette fois ci ils sont fait des efforts pour se dépasser dans la cônerie... :("

Nadelen: "Retard sans aucune annonce. Pas de bonjour des hotesses. Incomprehensible annonce dans le micro, anglais et français dailleurs"

Voordelen: "Avion récent-aucun retard"

Voordelen: "Accueil, personne souriant, dommage ne parle pas français !!aa"
Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"

Nadelen: "wederom vertraging"

Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."

Nadelen: "Le très grand retard sans aucune explication"

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Voordelen: "Bonjour, Une fois dans l'avion tout s'est bien passé Nous sommes toujours bien accueillis par les équipages en vol. Confort, bagages, prestations à bord, tout est bien organisé et optimal."
Nadelen: "L'enregistrement a été un véritable calvaire Je n'ai jamais réussi à m'enregistrer via Kiwi mon prestataire Je suis donc venue tôt à l'aéroport pour m'entendre dire que l'enregistrement sur place est facturé plus de 50 euros par passager ! En fait je n'avais pas reçu l'adresse mail kiwi pour effectuer cette démarche, adresse incroyablement longue, introuvable sur le net ( je prends pourtant l'avion depuis quelques années ! ) Bref, gros gros stress et la sensation d'être prise pour une andouille, ce qui est plutôt déplaisant Je ne voyagerai plus par Ryanair si le prestataire kiwi est proposé, d'autant que mes tentatives pour les joindre avant le départ ont toutes échoué. Cordialement"

Nadelen: "De bagage normen"

Voordelen: "Aller chercher les PMR (Personnes à Mobilité Réduite) au parking"
Nadelen: "Les enfants bruyants et énervants"

Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"

Voordelen: "L’equipage"
Nadelen: "Le retard d’1h30"

Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"

Voordelen: "niets"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"

Nadelen: "45 minutes pour recuperer des bagages a l'aller 1 heure de retard au retour"

Voordelen: "Le tarif"
Nadelen: "Embarquement fait à la va vite dans un terminal bondé, départ avec vingt minutes de retard, siège peu confortable en comparaison à d'autres compagnies à bas coûts."

Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Voordelen: "Snel en veilig"
Nadelen: "Alles ok"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"

Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"

Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."

Voordelen: "Punctueel"
Nadelen: "Stoelen staan erg dicht op elkaar"

Nadelen: "Attente retard au décollage mais rattrapé en vol Confort spartiate"

Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."

Voordelen: "Mooi helder weer, snelle afhandeling van de bagage."
Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."
