Then.. I had to beg to water all the time. Why would not you provide with plenty of water for such a long flight? This made my flight not great. Boarding process.. HORRIBLE. Took me 1 hour to pass 50 meters of space with endless checkings. Never seen this before."

Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "If you do not know any Russian, it will be difficult. The staff on this flight spoke very little English. Think about it, I was in Siberia. That would be like expecting the flight attendant to speak Russian in Oklahoma. Try learning Russian words for drinks and snacks, that would be a good starting point."
Voordelen: "The flight was comfortable, or as comfortable as economy can be. I would say, it was as nice as Lufthansa, just with fewer drinks. We also got ice cream between meals."

Voordelen: "That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much"
Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Nadelen: "Boarding was chaotic. There was another Virgin flight leaving Launceston at the same time so the lounge was very busy. Our flight was late while the other was on time and there were no announcements that our flight was delayed. The screen over the gate also did not show our flight details at any stage, even when it eventually boarded.. I'm familiar with Launceston airport so it was okay, but for someone not familiar, especially an international visitor, it would have been confusing as to which flight was which especially as no announcement or visual display was given that our flight was running late."

Nadelen: "Not happy with Etihad Checkin counter desk at Ho Chi Minh Airport. The person at the baggage drop off desk wasn't helphul at all. Being ignored for 30 minutes. I believe that this person needs to be trained in order to know who needs to be helped first as he worked at that particular counter for people who already Checkin online."

Nadelen: "no first class kit with socks. My feet get cold on the plane and the socks would have helped"

Nadelen: "Check in at JFK took ages as the ground staff just didn’t bother about balancing queues versus available agents. One quueue moves fast and the other got stick . Some of the agents were novices After boarding some passengers couldn’t find place for their carry on a. They were rudley informed that they are carrying large carry ones and were threatened with deboatdong if they weren’t fast in finding alternate places for their bags"

Nadelen: "Etihad checkin crew at ahmedabad are the worse in the industry and would never fly again with such service."
Nadelen: "Their food quality is so poor and seats are very uncomfortable i will never fly with eithad"
Voordelen: "Well mannered behaviour of all staff on board"
Nadelen: "No staff officers to assist people like me who came on wheel chair. I was in the queaue for nearly 2 hours, Some of the counters were not manned at all."
Voordelen: "The entertainment"
Nadelen: "Horrible food and beverages The crew will never serve a Diet Coke with ice come what may. If asked a lot they will give you a tiny serving mostly without ice. They will never give you a meager can. Ublebeliavable."

Nadelen: "Our connection from NYC was missed due to delay in leaving Abu Dhabi. The NYC connection wasn't request to wait for us, maybe five minutes would have been enough. After that, they took no care to book in a latter flight. They assigned unconfirmed tickets, which were not honored in the other terminals. I was able to get a seat in the third flight after, others were still left waiting. It took us longer to get a 1.5 hours connecting flight than to cross the Atlantic."

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "bags did not make it to final destination and were stuck in abu dhabi. we landed on sunday and did not get our bags until tuesday. we had a very long layover so unclear as to why our bags did not make it on to the flight. it was a big inconvenience"
Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Nadelen: "Small boarding lounge. Etihad has reserved the inferior boarding lounges for the flights to India. Boarding procedure was not well processed."
Voordelen: "Flight was comfortable and the A380 is super quiet. Cabin crew were helpful and friendly."
Nadelen: "Check in was a disaster with tickets issued in the wrong names. Also It wasn't until the night before flying we realised they'd booked our 3 month old daughter on a separate flight!"
