Nadelen: "I was the second person who boarded the plane in the business class. The flight attendant distributed ipads and headsets. She completely ignored me. When I asked her for one she said that they had only 15 of them and 16 people were in the business class. They do not have oe for me. I said why did you not give me one before she said I was sleeping which was a flat lie. Simply terrible and stupid service. Moreover, that flight attendant looked like a bar hostess than a professional person. Her English was very ppor. I talked to the bursar. She kept apologizing but it did not help. I am multi million miler and Diamond member with Delta, I never had an experience like this, AEROFLOT really needs to train their people better. Very bad experience."

Nadelen: "Even though the flight was booked all the way from Tokyo to Barcelona and their website says they allow two checked bags on intercontinental flights, I was slapped with a $100 baggage fee at the airport. They are also very strict with weight limits. Aeroflot is NEVER on time."

Nadelen: "I had a very bad experience with my trip. I was not allowed to get on the plane from miami to moscow because i did not have a russian visa, even though i had a visa for Belarus, my final destination. How would i know that the flight from russia to minsk is a domestic flight? There is no information online about needing a russian visa when being a transit passenger in Moscow. I was not offered any refund for my ticket and the cheapest option was to pay an extra 600$ and fly in 2 days to NY JFK and from there to fly to Moscow-Vilnius. My flight from Miami to JFK was very delayed with American Airlines and i missed my connection to Moscow. I had to pay another 100$ and fly the next day to Moscow. That fight was again delayed and AGAIN i missed my connection to Vilnius. I got to the gate 20min before the take off time but i was not allowed to get on the plane.I had to fly later that night. The whole trip, which was supposed to take 14 hours ended up being 4 days and almost double what I originally payed, not to mention the stress and waste of time. If i knew how the trip would pan out I would never have taken this route."

Nadelen: "transfer in Moscow is a mess, incoming delayed and very tight to get connection but no support or fast lane at all. Was traveling in business class."

Nadelen: "the poor headphones and noise make it impossible to understand movies. they should add subtitles also in english movies."

Voordelen: "Great service for families and gifts for kids. Excellent selection of programs to watch. Large seating and leg space. Attentive crew. Great food service for domestic flight. Baggage is included free no need to pay for each suitcase causing the plane to be stuffed with carry-ons. Fast boarding and baggage service. Aeroflot is the best airline there is period!"

Voordelen: "Again, the in-flight experience was pleasant. I will definitely use Aeroflot in future, and has already recommended it to my friends."
Nadelen: "However, the Sheremetyevo Airport could use some improvement, especially the airport space management which needs to be streamlined. First, for international transfer, a big crowd had to squeezed into a small space and wait for security check. Secondly, there are too many shops in the waiting areas, and the passengers had to compete for space and sit on stairs, while the internal air quality was quite poor which became more severe in summer. Thirdly, the toilets need a complete re-vamp. It was not a pleasant experience to use toilet."

Voordelen: "The food was good. A lot of space to stretch out and sleep on economy."
Nadelen: "I can't get over how much Delta/United/American airlines are worst in the industry. Aeroflot, however cannot compare."

Nadelen: "The line to checkin was THE LONGEST checking line that I have ever seen. Perhaps it was because the flight took off on Vriday afternoon when most Israei,I don't work snd there were an inadequate number of checkin clerks. But that is NO EXCUSE. I have also never been on a p,and with so many small children....who were VERY noisy. You should seat them all in one section, curtained off from other passengers. It was an unpleasant experience."

Voordelen: "awesome - planes, staff, food, all great - smooth, courteous and friendly. The best airline!"

Voordelen: "The flight itself was nearly perfect. The pilots are the first class. My only complaint was during the food service. The food service was a bit unorganized. They'll give you a dinner plate with a desert, but the tea or coffee would be served half an hour later. So, you're just sitting there with your piece of pie in hand waiting for a tea."
Nadelen: "That is NOT an airline (Aeroflot's) fault but a JFK's one. We weren't given a permission to land for over an hour, so the flight was late."

Nadelen: "The plane is narrow. They want to get as many people as possible on the expense of the comfort. Everyone is literally sitting on each other's lap. For the whole 9 hours there were no entertainment on board. The monitors on the left side of the plane didn't work. My kids went nuts! The flight attendant offered me to catch the technician who inspected the plane instead of complaining to the crew. Really??? I wanted to read a book, but didn't have a light over my head. Also the technician's fault. I don't think I'll ever fly this company again. I'd rather pay more and have a good experience."

Nadelen: "Checkin fastidieux malgré un web checkin la veille. Il faut que le personnel de cabine apprenne à sourire encore un peux mais on sent une amélioration par rapport à 2016."

Nadelen: "The 2nd flight was terrible - the plane was not clean, seats too small, no entertainment and the food was disgusting (My salmon had brown spots). You should list what the food is in English as well. You could barely hear the announcements from the stewardess"

Voordelen: "Was pleasantly surprised by the comfort aboard and friendliness of staff. While the headphones provided were not great, I used my own and greatly enjoyed the inflight entertainment system. The food and drink selection were good, and we were fed quite a bit throughout the 8 hour flight. Staff was extremely attentive and very friendly."
Nadelen: "The boarding process loudspeaker @JFK Terminal 1 was completely inaudible. There was a long line of all the passengers for a long time, instead of announcing and boarding by zone. There was no air option on the flight, and with it being extremely full, it was very hot on board."

Voordelen: "The crew was really great, seats like in any Airbus (I guess better then Boeing)"

Voordelen: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Nadelen: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."

Voordelen: "That they worked with us to get us on the same day flight with turkish airline."
Nadelen: "They need to better plan with passengers, the plane was late and we would need to spend 1 day in hotel in Warsaw."

Nadelen: "They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Nadelen: "Ma siège était dans le dernier rang de l'avion, sans fenêtre et pas trop commode. Pourtant, c'était à cause de ça que l'équipe, sachant les inconvénients, m'ont montré cette attention spéciale comme compensation."

Nadelen: "Problème à l'enregistrement en ligne car mon billet Air Canada n'existait pas dans la base de données Brussels Airlines. Cela m'a valu presque 2 heures de téléphone avec Air Canada (0.15 euro la minute). Et puis au comptoir d'enregistrement, nouveau gros problème, celui-là très grave à mon sens. L'agent de comptoir m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'ESTA, donc que je ne pouvais pas partir, alors que j'en avais un. En pleine panique, j'ai appelé ma mère qui heureusement a retrouvé en 5 minutes dans son ordinateur mon numéro d'ESTA. Cela m'a causé une très grosse frayeur, car c'était presque le moment de la fermeture de l'enregistrement, et m'a vraiment gâché le voyage. Je me plains donc franchement du manque de gentillesse et de la qualité du service de l'agent de comptoir. Je précise que j'étais en billet retour, donc il aurait été facile à l'egent de penser que j'avais un ESTA puisque j'avais fait escale à Chicago aussi à l'aller."
