Nadelen: "Delayed twice, no explanation. Full flight then had to board through one door, with no separation of seat numbers. Truly amateur. Euro Wings food choices certainly didn't appeal."

Nadelen: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."
Voordelen: "Staff at the airport (ticket counter and check-in) were very polite."
Nadelen: "The flight ran two hours late. They notified me via an email in German (I don't even speak German, and I made my reservation on the English site, so I would think they would send me notifications in English as well.) I missed my connection in Dusseldorf because of the delay, but was able to rebook for free at the ticket counter and they gave me a €10 voucher for dinner as well."

Nadelen: "When we finally were able to board it went smoothly. The crew was nice, but nothing amazing. Not very comfortable but not surprised for a short flight. There was no “food”. There was no “entertainment”. Kayak was great for information and reminders!!!"

Nadelen: "pas de bording pass de dusseldorf à lyon, une heure de retard et mauvaise porte indiquée sur mon document; j'ai le bras cassé, personne ne m'a demandé mon fit to fly , je dois demander aux hotesses de m'ouvrir les paquets, elles pourraient me le proposer;;; pas de majuscules car je tape d'une main j'ai galéré pour retrouver ma valise à lyon après une attente interminable au controle des frontières"
Nadelen: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."
Nadelen: "I could not check in online the evening prior as there were no more standard seats to select, and therefore could not purchase an extra check-in bag with online prices. I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport. Either the online system has been set up to rip off the consumer or this is a farce."
Nadelen: "I wasn’t offered any refreshments despite having pre-paid for it, onboard Wifi and entertainment did not work, cabin crew were no polite"
Nadelen: "Long walk plus bus ride to plane in windy and chilly weather with slight drizzle."
Nadelen: "- the staff member who was boarding patients at Glasgow airport (although not on the flight itself) was very rude and impatient. she seemed to be having a bad day - the light was delayed by approximately 45 mins"
Voordelen: "We missed this flight, so there was really nothing to like. However, the lady at the Swiss help desk was extremely kind and helpful in finding us an alternate flight."
Nadelen: "When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."
Nadelen: "EW lost my suitcase in transit in Duesseldorf. Suitcase arrived in Berlin on next flight but then didn't get delivered until 24+ hours later. Hard to reach both EW and delivery service. Due to the delay and further travel plans the next day, I had to buy new clothes in Berlin to have something to wear."
Voordelen: "Eurowings employees overall were friendly, helpful and polite. Language was not much of a barrier. Seats were fairly comfortable for their size. Boarding was smooth and efficient. Information given in-flight was nice. I loved the electronic flight path information available on the entertainment console. We did not purchase the entertainment, but it looked like selections were adequate."
Nadelen: "Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."
Nadelen: "La porte d'embarquement à été changé à la dernière minute! Moi qui attendait devant la bonne porte en premier lieu. Du coup j'ai raté mon Vol, et les vols de Dusseldorf pour les autres villes sont hors de prix. Résultat, j'ai raté mon vol et perdu 189€ !! + j'ai du repayé un billet a 197€ + Nuit d'hotel pour reprendre un vol le lendemain! Super voyage"
Voordelen: "Overall accessibility, timing, response from check in attendants, and flight attendants, and comfort."
Nadelen: "The last minute gate change where I imagine may be necessary, there were no announcements or follow up info, save the alert I received from the kayak.com app on my phone. This could've presented a big problem had my mobile not been charged."

Voordelen: "The entertainment side is great. TV show and movie options leave plenty to do for long flights."
Nadelen: "The seat had no cushioning whatsoever."
Voordelen: "Nothing possitve to say here."
Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."
Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."
Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."
Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."
Voordelen: "The price is unbeatable"
Nadelen: "You can expect high end entertainment and food went you pay a half of the price of the competitors"
Voordelen: "It's not high-end, and does lack some luxuries, but for the price, you get everything you need."
