Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

I understand she was occupied with other duties, but she should have made me her priority."

Nadelen: "This was an older 777 -- no wifi -- pretty surprising on such a key flight at DOH-JFK! This is not the airline's fault but I had a crazy lady next to me who was very disoriented, who could not speak English and needed assistance. No one would deal with her! She had a little pouch with her name on it -- like a UM -- so someone knew something was not right when they put her on the flight. I bought drinks inside the terminal for this 14 hour flight but they were all confiscated at the additional security at the gate!! WTF"

Voordelen: "Business class on this short haul flight was fantastic, but sadly I don’t think this is the normal route it will take as I think they were testing it. If you can get one of these on long haul they are a very nice plane, individual compartments and some very modern touches. Windows darken without blinds, loads of space in your compartment and food was good even as just a snack."

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Nadelen: "Our experience in the Istanbul airport. We got off our connecting flight and no one was willing to provide us with directions. We had to stand in a security line for two hours thinking that we had as a consequence missed our connecting flight. Again, no communication. We found out when we finally got through security (we had already gone through security at the Paris airport), everyone was in the same situation and our flight had been delayed. It would have been helpful to know that as we were standing in line. While in the line, many people panicked and starting pushing their way to the front of the line. Again, no officials were there to keep order. It was truly a mess! And creating too much anxiety and stress that I really wanted to not have on my trip back to the USA. I realize that in these times, we must go through added security, but I am accustomed to US airports where there is more communication over the intercom and by airport officials. In Istanbul, it seemed that everyone did not want to give directions, and airport officials seemed to avoid the public they were there to serve."

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Meal could have been better

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

I liked absolutely nothing about this. The worst airline I have ever dealt with. We missed our flight. As we were boarding the flight (we arrived well in advance) the flight attendant demanded a negative covid test. We were asked for vaccine cards at checkin, never a negative covid test. They asked us to rebook the flight, thus we missed our flight, had to book a hotel, all of our luggage was going straight to Miami so we have no change of clothes. An absolute nightmare. Next, I stood in line for OVER 2 hours to get on the next flight. They gave no apology or explanation as to the 2 hr wait, nor why we weren’t informed of the negative COVID test in advance. They then recommended a covid testing center in the airport that charged 169 euro a person. I refused and found another less expensive yet approved center. I will NEVER use this airline again, I will never recommend it and I will never come back to Germany. The entire Frankfort airport staff was wretched. Awful experience.

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Nadelen: "Lufthansa gate staff may be in need for a better attitude and not the one of a disgruntled child. I would have expected my 3 checked in bags to arrive with me in Cairo, they did not, so making sure the checked in bags arriving with the passengers can be an needed improvement!"

Ponctualité du vol mais embarquement très long à Helsinki

La réservation du vol est à revoir, après avoir acheter le billet d’avion pour Helsinki, il n’est plus possible de prendre le bus directement de l’aéroport pour aller à Tampere, c’est très frustrant

1h30 de retard ! Pas besoin de commentaire.

Vol assuré par American Airlines, tout s’est très bien passé, rien à redire

Le vol était à l’heure, le personnel a l’escale était très accueillant, durant le vol le personnel à bord était à l’écoute et très serviable souriant, tout s’est très bien passé merci

The new Zirrus seats on A350 are comfortable in both sit up and lie down positions. And the one in between. Funny thing, they kinda click back and forth

Notre fils est très grand et la procédure d'enregistrement des places n'est pas toujours facile pour obtenir un siège adéquat quand on voyage en économique .

Le vol a été annulé

There is nothing to like about Finnair. Zero service, a mediocre aircraft even though it's an Airbus A350-900 it does not have individual fresh air vents which obviously must be a Finnair option when ordering as Qatar Airways A350-900s do indeed have ................ but they ARE a 5* airline and Finnair is very much NOT. Full flight, no A/C running and as I said no fresh air vents, so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable. I had chosen my seat, as I am a fellow One World member (Qatar Airways Gold member), and isolated myself. When I made check in I looked again and repositioned myself, because obviously Finnair doesn't value my OW tier, and yet when I reported to the desk they had re-assigned yet me another seat sat next to a 'mini-whale' - so poor passenger seating allocation. To give a comparison - flew on a very full A380 QR003 DOH-LHR just 3 days earlier and I was informed by cabin crew that there only about 4 empty seats on that flight and yet 'one of those' was next to me !!! That is how you treat a Gold Member .... but not Finnair.

The crew was rude and lazy. Ran out of food and water. One crew member did not follow mask protocols.

Enregistrement désastreux à l’aéroport, une heure et demie d’attente, seulement 2 guichets ouverts, des gens avaient peur de rater leur vol.

Nadelen: "The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start."

Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."

Nadelen: "This flight was delayed 5 and a half hours and did not arrive into Chicago until almost midnight."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were courteous and efficient, boarding flowed smoothly."
Nadelen: "Customers should be able to indicate their food preference before the flight, i.e. chicken, beef, vegetarian, etc., instead of taking pot luck or paying more than $12 for the option of selecting beforehand. In addition, there is a great deal of waste in giving everyone sugar, salt, creamer, etc. I know it's more efficient for the flight attendants, but I hate to see so much waste."
Nadelen: "Boarding was horrible. We could not get anyone to confirm a gate, then we were delayed and finally bused into the middle of the tarmac for boarding. A lack of information was extremely stressful and unsatisfying."
Nadelen: "food was about the worst I have seen (with special mention to the coffee served as it was def the worst even for airplanes standards) could not check in online ( web would not allow me)"
Nadelen: "Plane had to be switched, but the process was disorganized and frustrating. Had to miss my connection as a result"
Voordelen: "The crew was great. The plane was either fairly new or recently refurbished. The new thinner padding on the seats was not a problem at all. For an inexpensive flight they gave a good value."
