Somehow we wound up with seats right next to the bathroom door, which would have been a pretty uncomfortable situation for a variety of reasons, but the flight wasn't full, and she helped us find a suitable place to sit. Also, my wife and I usually take our tea with honey vs. milk and sugar. Even though honey is usually one of the options for tea, she found a way to accommodate our request. The lunch meals were the best I can remember in a long time on an airline flight. They might have been the best I've ever had. The chicken curry was authentic, flavorful and spicy. Frankly my outbound flight had problems. My luggage got damaged. The transfer experience in Manchester left a LOT to be desired. I wasn't planning to use Virgin Atlantic again, but this flight crew (Daniella especially) redeemed Virgin Atlantic. They were attentive, pleasant, diligent."
Nadelen: "Only thing I didn't like about this flight was the boarding area. Once you get into that the area, you don't really have access to appetizing food (only vending machines) or even restrooms. That's one thing that could be improved."

Voordelen: "Amazing experience! Virgin Atlantic is different from other airlines from the start. Firstly my plane had a name, not just a number- Jersey Girl - which is a great film, by the way. Next, boarding was efficient and done by loading on the passengers at the back first. Next, all the staff, both on and off the plane, we're amazing. Helpful, friendly and professional. The food was fine. Let's face it, there's not a lot anyone can do with food with the constraints of being at altitude. I love the provision of sleep aids and was able to get more sleep on this flight than with any other airline. The entertainment system is brilliant. Great choices, including Indie films and foreign films- what a treat!! The intro tutorial is genius. I watched the whole thing, which is rare for me. I fly from SLC twice a year across the Atlantic to visit relatives back home. This route through Orlando was a bit circuitous, but I left my booking until late this year. So glad I did. I will always go with Virgin in the future even if it does mean a longer internal flight and a slightly higher cost. Thank you !!"

Nadelen: "Overall it was great! I would like to be able to be more detailed info about classical music selections, for example, Op, #, of the pieces. Also I wish to have more choices of foreign films."

Nadelen: "Staff needs be taught better customer service skills. Boarding the plane was carnidge! Flight as delayed slightly but nothing too significant. Although staff called passengers according to "special assistance and upper class" one queue was letting everyone through regards of where in the plane they were sat! When this was pointed out to what appeared to be the person in charge, she more or less shrugged her shoulders and turned her back. In fact she didn't even acknowledge him verbally. This resulted in people unable to be seated quickly as it would make sense to load the rear of the plane first surely?? On the actual flight one cabin crew taught my eye (as you can understand a long haul flight is very boring!!) and I noted that not one time did she say "please or thank you" Surely that's just basic curtesy!! In my opinion, Virgin Atlantic is a lot of hype. Not as good as they think they are."

Nadelen: "Had a broken table so had to balance my meals on a pillow an magazine. We're promised air miles as compensation but none have appeared."

Voordelen: "I particularly liked the seating which even in economy was roomy and comfortable. The air hostesses were very helpful and pleasant."
Nadelen: "I don't like drinking hot beverages out of paper cups! Even plastic is preferable to paper. The whole eating experience felt a bit picnicky - boxes of this and that. And I didn't like getting a freezing cold ice lolly in the middle of the afternoon - being British I was longing for a cup of tea and a biscuit or piece of fruit cake. The worst of all was being given late in the afteernoon a cold/damp wrap full of soggy cheese and tomato. Give me a traditional sandwich or roll any day."

Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "The airplane was extremely cold and the flight staff was rude"

Nadelen: "Boarding was to messy, sits were extremely tight, cabin was too warm and sits does not reclined enough to make a comfortable sleep time"

Nadelen: "Customer service and seats extra small. Partner airline Swiss is probably worst airline ever"

Voordelen: "Attitude, attitude, attitude...when it's positive and customer friendly it shines...this depicts my experience on all of my Lufthansa flights concerning the cabin crew(s). Smiling faces genuinely concerned about the passenger experience aboard the aircraft. In contrast, on a previous International flight via a US based carrier...there too was lots of cabin crew attitude...but not the pleasant type."

Voordelen: "In terms of things I liked flying with UA998 from Brussels to EWR: The boarding staff at Brussels airport was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Boarding procedure was smooth even with the extra security screening at the gate."
Nadelen: "It was quickly clear to me that the passengers where simply an inconvenience to some of the crew on UA998. As an example I fell asleep during take off and woke up in the middle of the meal service. The cart was only a couple of rows behind me in the half-ful Economy Plus section so I got up and tried to get the attention of the staff. The lady turned around and confirmed that "I had woken up" with a sigh, as is not only was it inconvenient to her that I was a sleep, now I had the nerves to actually ask for a meal. She presented me with the options of pasta and chicken and I politely asked what they where served with. She straight out said that "she really did not know that" and asked me to make a choice. I wont get into any other examples, the machine was half full at best and there was no stress, so frustrating to be treated like you are an inconvenience to the USA based staff who clearly just wanted to be left alone. The entertainment system barely worked, the touch monitor was very hard to operate - the pressure sensitive functionality was not working properly but I managed to get to my movie and avoid the Chinese subtitles in the third try. I fly United because it's part of Star Alliance, but otherwise I would try and avoid at all cost."

Voordelen: "The food tasted really good and especially the bread was much more appealing than on our previous flight. The flight attendants were very efficient and attentive. I liked that they asked the person in front of me to put his seat up during the meal time. That helped me eat more comfortably. Entertainment options were extensive."
Nadelen: "Boarding was delayed and was tedious. It took forever because there was not an orderly line and just a jumble of people. We had to show our passports 3 different times between check in and boarding. People had put their passports away, then had to get them out again at the gate. That slowed everything down to a crawl. Our party was not accommodated when we asked for seats together. My husband and I were separated and we were separated from our kids. The ground crew did not seem to care. Take off was delayed, but the captain never told us why. The guy in front of me reclined his seat the whole time. I felt like a sardine in a can. So uncomfortable!"

Voordelen: "The flight was on time, staff attentive and made frequent rounds. The food was good and entertainment with a fair selection of options."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately, the day of my travel Lufthansa had a ongoing strike at the Frankfurt airport. The Lufthansa terminal was closed, luckily I was one of the few to get the bus shuttle. Once I arrived at the correct terminal the check in process and boarding was a pleasure, much friendly and competent staff to assist"

Voordelen: "Melanie/ticketing was superior in securing seats on a different departure. She endured many nervous travelers. The new itinerary matched our original time of arrival at ORD within 2 hours. :)"
Nadelen: "The free check-in of our carry on bags only dissapointed us when not arriving at ORD. We expect them to be delivered soon."

Nadelen: "Seating was entirely too cramped. It has gotten worse over the years but this Lufthansa flight reached a new height in discomfort. You cannot even eat nor put your seat back. I am a short person and it was miserable for me so I can only imagine how uncomfortable it is for persons of average height. The fees have become ridiculous. I now fly only when absolutely necessary. Sad that the customer comes last."

Those rude people crammed into the incomplete boarding line previously announced. Yes, we have assigned seats but overhead luggage often ends up way forward of rearward owners leaving forward passengers no place for convenient overhead storage. The cabin wait staff is ill trained for customer service. They seemed to only have requirements to check off on a list. We will likely make every attempt to not fly your airlines again."

Voordelen: "Great service at the airport from Iberia, once in the plane, slow service with the drink cart, but comfortable seats and pleasant flight."
Nadelen: "Signed up and paid for luggage when checked in online. Paid 30 euro total... found out did not need to pay for luggage when checked in at airport."

Voordelen: "Flew business class for the first time with Aer Lingus. The crew are friendly and helpful. The food on board was top quality."
Nadelen: "The lie flat seats in business class are not very comfortable. Especially in the straight up position. The entertainment system is pretty bad and the choice of movies, tv etc is very poor. The complimentary WiFi only worked occasionally. Can not understand how Aer Lingus claim to be a 4* airline."

Nadelen: "I am 6ft 2ins. and the legroom was awful. My knee still hurts. The staff was not very friendly. It’s amazing that flight attendants don’t realize that they work for the passengers and not vice versa."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "Everything"

Nadelen: "shitty airline shitty service from ...webjet?...who I got ticket through -- said they had my seats assigned. They didn't. totally inexplicable who i was dealing with...aer lingus operated by british airways. Aer lingus couldn't make seat assignmetns they said b/c it was BA. BA wouldn't deal with me. Someone else at aer lingus did deal with seats -- told me to straighten out at airport. Aer lingus at airport no help. Terrible"

Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Voordelen: "Flight crew pleasant and efficient considering it was almost a full flight. We departed Hartford 30 minutes late, but arrived only 10 minutes late."
Nadelen: "My seat had a broken fold down tray which meant that food and drinks would slide off unless I held it up by my knee."

Nadelen: "Aer Lingus partners with UNITED for the Newark-Orlando leg. Flight was overbooked by 20 people and another 20 were on standby. My luggage didn't travel with me so it didn't arrive in Orlando when I did. I was fortunate that it made the next flight so I only had to wait an hour. Some fellow Irish passengers weren't so lucky."

Nadelen: "Late departure on way back"

Nadelen: "After the main meal there was a four hour gap before any refreshments were offered, just an hour before landing. For an 8 1/2 hour trip, water should. E offered every two hours!!"

Voordelen: "Due to the long flight we flew Business Class to Dublin. I think the service and amenities are the finest of any flight that I've had foreign or domestic. I wasn't that familiar with Aer LIngus before this flight but will definitely use them again."

Nadelen: "My ticket was somewhat unclear on what airline i was flying to London. I thought it was British Airways when it was really Aer Lingus. Almost missed the flight being in the wrong terminal."

Nadelen: "Our luggage was lost. Initial tracking indicated they were not loaded on the Dublin to Orlando leg of our trip. Luggage eventually made it to Orlando and was delivered to us 5 days later. We had to buy clothes, toiletries, and other incidentals to allow us to enjoy our vacation on the beach."

Nadelen: "Sat on plane for 3 hours before it took off even though plane had issues before being loaded. Seats are very small."

I was comfortable and enjoyed a great selection of music. I also liked the products in the complimentary bag. I will definitely be using Aer Lingus whenever I am traveling to an area they service, and will be referring you to others. Thank you and happy 2016!"

Nadelen: "I had to pay for extra luggage, because though I paid for an Economy Standard ticket which does come with checked-in baggage, there was nothing written on my ticket to prove it. I paid for the standard ticket ahead of time specifically. Although the staff were nice enough, for a struggling student, this mix-up was unacceptable. I now find myself making calls and trying to get in contact with both Kayak and Icelandair for a refund of the 88euro. I think I was particularly unlucky, because I was picked twice for special security checks, which pulled me out of the line I was waiting in while the flight was delayed, and I had to re-enter the line at the end. Though I requested window seats, I did not receive one either time (though I knew it wasn't guaranteed). There was also no overhead storage space for carry-ons overhead, so I had to make my way to the front of the plane to store my backpack, and several of those who came after me had to sit with their carry-ons on their lap. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable with a thick unadjustable headrest; and the air quality was terrible, a bit smelly and very dry. As a frequent flyer (who does fly with icelandair occasionally) this was unusual."

Voordelen: "Nothing good about this airline"
Nadelen: "Forget about comfortable experience during the flight. The way how they list the ticket from Kayak is the scam. Stated Economy class on Kayak and their own website ticket info. Once you chek in, they will stated this is the cheapest economy ticket, doesnt allow any baggage, and you have to pay I think around $150 for round trip baggage. End up with just to carry on, wouldnt able to shop in Europe. If you includ baggage flight would be similar to other airline provide baggage and quality services. Huge mistake, customer service located overseas, and dont care about customer."

Voordelen: "Got home safely"

Nadelen: "Typical flight now days. Seats are too small for comfort. There needs to be action by regulators of aviation industry to increase space for coach passengers. I think these regulators should be required to fly coach three times a year in a coach seat on flights of three hours or more."

Nadelen: "Baggage fees were horribly expensive."

Nadelen: "Never announced boarding, the sign at the gate said Boston (not Orlando) and the gate never announced that they were boarding. If I did not ask the gate, I would have missed the flight due to no announcements."

Voordelen: "Food was delicious! Plenty of leg room in economy class with comfortable seats."
Nadelen: "Board was chaotic. Gate area with seats was closed until half hour prior to boarding. We stood in line at the gate entrance over 45 minutes."

Voordelen: "Everything went okay for us on this flight. In the future, I will suggest to my wife, who books air travel for us to read the fine print. The cost to check a bag was $100.00 which would have run us $300.00 for the trip: Boston to Brussels with a layover in Reykjavik, but on the return Brussels to Reykjavik with four days in Iceland and the return to Boston, so there goes the cheap flight! I did enjoy the in-flight movie and a documentary on the return trip as well."
Nadelen: "My own earphones on the flight from Brussels to Iceland did not work. I could not plug them into the system."

Voordelen: "My exit aisle seat was just great, with no one on either side of me !!!!! Very kind airplane staff. I had a great sleep."

Voordelen: "Second time I have flown to Brussels with Iceland Air. I love their customer service and especially the flight route. My flight going over was cancelled due to weather. I called their reservation office , had to wait on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes , but it was worth it. The reservation agent found me a new flight on LH, she explained I would get a conformation about 3 hours after our conversation with the flight information and new txt information. I was able to check in with LH on line that evening. Iceland Air had every pre assigned seats for me."
Nadelen: "The boarding process in Kevlavik is pretty awful. No seating around gate areas. You have to stand in line for about 30 minutes to then have to get on shuttle to be driven to plane where you have to walk on stairs to get to plane, or in some cases you actually get to board from the terminal, which happened yesterday. I have MS,and sometimes standing for long periods of time and then having to climb up stairs is difficult for me. I also see a lot of elderly people and parents with babies having difficulty with this boarding process. Their airport really needs major expansion for the amount of people that travel thru their. Seating araes around their gates should be a priority."

Nadelen: "i didn't like that my flight was delayed for 2 and a half hours and that I missed my flight from Boston to Slat Lake because of that delay. I had to wait in the airport overnight for the next flight next morning and the icelandic airline refused to give me a voucher for the hotel. They said that because i didn't book my flight to salt lake on the same ticket, I am not qualified for the hotel."

Nadelen: "All the food is paid for, unaccustomed for a long haul flight. My Map Channel was not working, so I called the flight attendant and she told me "no problem, we are flying to Orlando" and did not make any effort to correct the problem."

Nadelen: "Seats are tight and uncomfortable. Way too hot on the plane until flight took off. Movie selection is poor."

Voordelen: "Although Icelandair is a budget airline and certain amenities must be purchased, I like the professional and friendly service. The staff maintains a European formality, not a loose friendliness one often encounters in the US, that makes their service graceful and attractive. It is also nice to enjoy a flight without constant announcements and overdone commentary. Finally, it is amazing that this company has a boarding process that gets everyone on the plane in a very short time. With only two types of class, no special advanced boarding or privileged groups and no boarding by sections or rows, passengers manage to board and get seated faster than any American carrier that I know."

Voordelen: "Best thing is they got me another flight for no extra cost when the one I had was canceled. Not the best flight but for the price I would definitely fly again! Very small and easy airport to get through and everyone is very friendly. They come around multiple times offering free drinks and food for purchase. I really enjoyed the flights. Good shows and movies for entertainment."

Nadelen: "Air Canada Rouge is a nasty way to travel. In a standard seat, there is enough room for a very small adult/ child. If you are 6ft tall or more, you are going to be in trouble. If Air Canada gave an extra 3 inches of space for your knees between the seat in front of your own seat, everything else would be bearable. Corporate greed drives jamming in as many seats as humanly possible to ensure that you know how a sardine in a can feels. I am not sure why Air Canada feels justified in charging extra money for a bulkhead seat just so a customer can have a "normal" experience travelling. I would recommend every Air Canada exec goes for a ride on a Rouge Cattle Car to see how enjoyable it is."

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Air Canada has become a premium priced airline with extra low cost /no frills service. Sad and disappointing. Last time I am flying with AC. Rather book cheaper airlines and know what to expect than pay a premium and get even less than the low cost option. Boarding staff was rude pushing people etc"

Nadelen: "Dirty, old smelly plane. Compartments for suitcases were ridiculously small. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Used Air Canada for my trip to Toronto as well, flight was delayed 2 hours and I wasn't notified even though I signed up for the notifications."

Voordelen: "My flight from Orlando to Montreal was comfortable and convenient. Boarding went smoothly."
Nadelen: "The overhead bins were surprisingly small so take that into consideration when packing your carry on. Staff was tolerable but not particularly polite or welcoming."

Voordelen: "I arrived where I needed to be, safely."
Nadelen: "It might be possible to get good reviews for a flight that takes off two and a half hours late so that everybody misses dinner and gets to bed late (and forty-five minutes to get my bag didn't help matters). But you're not going to get them if you won't even tell your customers why the flight was delayed."

Voordelen: "The flight was half empty so was able to have a role to myself"
Nadelen: "Air Canada Rouge should be renamed Air Canada Rude. Employees are very un-friendly; Seat design on the plane is the most uncomfortable of any airline out there. Very close to each other and very little padding on cushion of seat. Dirty plane; don’t think they serviced it between flights, garbage in each seat pouch. Very cold on flight, crew did not regulate the climate control. Too many unnecessary announcements both in English then French. Each announcement seemed like it lasted about 10 minutes which no one listen. So much for trying to watch a movie that pauses every time the crew feels the needs to talk. Sat at gate for 30 minutes pass departure time without any explanation until right before we departed (waiting on passengers from late arriving flights). At lease they could have told us. Anyhow this is not the Air Canada of old. Air Canada Rouge shows no signs that they care about the comfort of their passengers."

Voordelen: "Our flights were changed weeks prior to departure and Air Canada was very prompt with giving me all of the new flight information."

Nadelen: "Not the most comfortable aircraft"

Nadelen: "Being blasted through my headphones by the captains announcements indifferent cabin crew. How poorly boarding was managed by AC. There was absolutely no effort made to enhance a boring flight with food or drink unless you paid for it.I guess AC does not consider it an international flight from the US to CA and visa versa which saves them a lot of money and works only in their favor. Why I,m even bothering to fill this in."

Voordelen: "everything was perfect"

Voordelen: "Got an upgraded seat without asking for it due to overbooking."
Nadelen: "Checking was more complicated than necessary. Was asked to use the machine to check in even though I made it clear I wanted to use the counter and there were only a few people waiting. Didn't get to watch a movie as I wasn't told you need to download the apps before getting on the plane."

Voordelen: "Guys, we were traveling in the middle of Matthew hurricane and the pilot was just perfect, we didn't feel it. No bumps, no disturbance, nothing. Like shiny day. Congrats"

Nadelen: "The cabin was dirty. The staff was not friendly. The cabin was freezing cold. The checking in system was not pleasant. We got the the airport 2.5 hours early and barely made it to the gate on time."

Voordelen: "Plane left on time, smooth flight, arrived on schedule."
Nadelen: "1. Food very substandard. Hot food not very well prepared and rather tasteless, and snack was like a cardboard wrap with some salsa sauce in it. A disgrace to a major airline like Air Canada. Selection of drinks very limited. 2, Staff persisted in speaking mostly French, on an international flight. Some announcements were made only in French. As a Canadian, I can follow French, but let us remember that English is the international language. To use French is not fair to other nationalities, who expect English. 3. Seats far too close together for a long flight. There was more legroom on the Jazz flight from Montreal to Ottawa! 4. Entertainment kept breaking down. Headphones for my wife did not work, and eventually both of our screens went dead. Her's quit right in the middle of a movie. Bad!! 5. Boarding passes had zones on them, but these were totally disregarded in boarding. This resulted on overcrowding, long waits, etc. Hard on older people!"

Nadelen: "Overbooked and was removed from flight without notice. Was flown to Newark, NJ instead. The next plane was broken and had to disembark. Got home 8 hours late, after 2am, and had to pay for transportation from airport because prearranged transportation was no longer available. Plane was dirty and staff was rude."

Voordelen: "Got upgrade"

Nadelen: "Seats were old. Not great for business but it was a smaller plane and older, so understandable. My United Frequent Flyer number was not used on this flight and the counter agent did not know how to add my number so I never got credit for the miles."

Voordelen: "My passport was stolen in the airport and aircanada was very good to me."
Nadelen: "I loved everything"

Voordelen: "The flight was late. The plane was overcrowded. N explanation given until we were on the plane. They boarded us then made us wait in the jetway for 15 or 20 minutes. No room in the seats whatsoever"
Nadelen: "Most everything! Unapologetic about delay and gate changes. Lousy boarding. Plane uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "The pilots did an amazing job navigating around a passing storm."
Nadelen: "Flight boarded late and then was delayed on the tarmac for an hour to unload baggage for passengers that did not make the flight due to security/customs. Minimal legroom"

Voordelen: "Idont like a bit."
Nadelen: "It was to noise inside the cabin,no space for my carry onl lggage,they only free coffe or soda,any thing ealse you pay,eg. coffe was cold,next time i will think over before take fly."

Nadelen: "ROWS OF SEATS ARE SO TIGHT, TOO TIGHT"

Voordelen: "Understaffed flight Crew, extremely slow crew , took 1 hour and 45 minutes to distribute drinks. Horrible customer service and horrible smelly cloth seats so cramped your knees hit the little pouch on the sit in front of you. Worse airline ever. Only perk was the cost of the flight $1100 from Orlando to Nice. They had the best price for a last minute flight. But not worth it. My god I have to say this is really the most unorganized airline I've ever flown."

Voordelen: "Friendly staff. Our luggage was lost but the staff was very friendly and efficient in filing our claim."
Nadelen: "Luggage was not at our destination. Our luggage was left in Toronto. We are currently waiting for our luggage to be delivered but have no time frame window smaller than in the next 24 hours"

Nadelen: "When I checked in at Ottawa they gave me a ticket for the Toronto to Orlando flight but there was no seat #. They said get it when you are at the gate. They knew all along there would be no seat # ever as they had overbooked by 12 passengers but didn't have the decency to tell me or apologize and explain. I was in line-ups for the 3 1/2 hrs I was in Toronto trying to get a seat and not knowing till the very last minute that I had one. The very back row next to the toilet. I will never recommend to fly Air Canada."

Nadelen: "gate assignment kept changing so i bounced through the airport more than i would have liked to since i was trying to get some work done between flights. in addition, the final gate assignment was tight to say the least; people were literally sitting on the floor next to the moving walkway. this isn't an Air Canada problem it's a Pearson problem and made the experience less than pleasant."

Nadelen: "5 hour delay. Didn't get the correct seat."

Nadelen: "NO entertainment. Seats were too small and crowded. We chose our seats months in advance but were given two seats on two different rows and middle seats. We transferred from an overnight flight on Air Canada and the morning flight was very uncomfortable with no complimentary entertainment."

Nadelen: "Seating is too tight"

Voordelen: "The way the flight attendants helped us."
Nadelen: "There were empty seats yet we could hardly find space in the overhead to place our carry on luggage.With that amount of passengers space should not be so difficult to get."

Voordelen: "The flight has a early take off and early landing"

Nadelen: "Staff was very rude especially a flight attendant named Taylor. Made us wait about an hour on the plane to wait for people to clear customs but then no one extra boarded the plane . Air canada rouge I was overall a terrible experience will not fly them again."

Nadelen: "No complimentary small snack at all, must pay for everything"

Voordelen: "Comfy seat, good food, great attentive service and wonderful safe take offs and landings! Also we received extra treats for their inaugural flight from Brussels to Toronto."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Landing"
Nadelen: "They put two people in one seat flight attendant was rude , I was traveling with my mother who has an artificial knee and they did not sit us together. The flight attendant laughed at us and said that it wasn't her fault . Awful awful awful"

Nadelen: "No WIFI"

Nadelen: "By the time the food cart got to us there not nothing left. There were no healthy choices and I felt like a left over."

Voordelen: "O"

Voordelen: "Air Canada staff are great and (paid) food options were good"
Nadelen: "Seat pitch is terrible and there is no power at the seat."
