Embarquement très lent et sans affichage pour les différentes files 1,2,3. Nous sommes partis en retard de plus de 30 min. Livraison des bagages très rapide

Au moment d'aborder, J'avais oublié de ranger mon sac dans ma valise, je l'ai fait devant eux et la manière comment on se fait traiter est absolument reprochable. ils m'ont fait payer 40 € même que j'avais un seul bagage petit et de moins de 10 k. C'est du vol !!!! Complétement injuste...Je n'étais pas le seul à se faire mal traité.

Vueling has gotten much better with their boarding process and punctuality. I used to dread flying with Vueling, but something changed. Both legs of the flights were excellent.

HEUREUSEMENT, un policier me demande ce que j'attends, me dit que l'embarquement vient de fermer, que je dois courir. Arrivé devant la porte, plus de passerel, le commandant à était bien gentil de me laisser monter dans l'avion qui décollait 2 min après. Je ne vous remercie pas !"

No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

On aurait voulu être prévenu que l on décollerait d Ostende au lieu de Lesquin. A 9h30 au lieu de 6h comme prévu. On nous dit de venir 2h avant 1h30 de bus en plus il s est perdu dans la ville, il ne trouvait pas l aéroport du grand n'importe quoi.. Du coup en retard pour la voiture de location, le loueur n a pas voulu donner la voiture on a perdu plus de 200€ et on a du louer une autre voiture à 460€

Le pilote était super il nous a bien expliqué par où nous allions passer. C’est très rare!

Pas de problème particulier juste une information comme quoi notre vol de départ était annulé. Réception d’un sms en fait le départ a bien eu lieu .

The flight was canceled and we lose our train to Paris, we had to pay $225 for new tickets Brussel-Paris and we lose our hotel night in Paris for $221 !! It is not fair that’s the airline didn’t assume his responsibility! I hope TUI refund all these expenses.

The checkin was not allowed until 2 hours before the flight, which is fine, except that I wanted to check my suitcase sooner. Then the gate was not announced until 15 minutes before the flight, which seemed late, particularly since the gate was the very last one on the terminal (D-68). It would be difficult for people with mobility issues to get there in time. The flight was fine. I wish the seats reclined, but this is a budget airline, so no expectations. Overall, I would do it again if I needed to fly Tui Airlines.

Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."
Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."
Voordelen: "The price is unbeatable"
Nadelen: "You can expect high end entertainment and food went you pay a half of the price of the competitors"
Voordelen: "It's not high-end, and does lack some luxuries, but for the price, you get everything you need."
Nadelen: "Lack of electrical outlets and no wifi."

Le timing à été respecté mais le paiement en ligne pour la restauration ne marchait pas à bord

Tout s'est bien passé

This is a no frills flight. I was not expecting anything more and did not get anything more. No food, no water unless you purchase them. But it was a smooth boarding process and got the job done from point A to point B.

Catastrophique compagnie. C’est la pire, à fuir !!!! C’est des voleurs qui n’hésiteront pas te faire payer plus s’ils le peuvent

Tarif attractif mais vol en retard

Vol venu en retard . Correspondance raté à Toulouse . Une nuit passée dans l'aéroport . Aucune communication . La galère d'une maman avec deux enfants bloqués sans issue sur Toulouse.

Deux voyages en deux mois, et chaque fois 2 heure de retard!

Le retard… inadmissible

Bien que, personnellement, j'appréhende un peu l'atterrissage à chaque fois que je prends l'avion, tout était parfait, les pilotes ont eu une manière très fluide de "conduire" cet engin. C'était la première fois que j'étais confronté à cette "douceur née", cette fusion qu'ils avaient avec l'appareil, c'était une fois de plus, très bien. C'est bien dommage que je n'y connaisse rien dans les avions car sinon j'aurais dit qu'à un moment donné on aurait même dit une conduite plus responsable, "écologique", en plein ciel les gazs étaient moins forts et l'avion se laisser glisser, comme s'il flottait. Très très agréable !

Nadelen: "A 5 hour Ryanair flight is a terrible thing... Delayed 35 mins, kept the cabin lights on and sold fags for the whole flight, even though we took off at 8:30pm. They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."

Nadelen: "Sac à dos mis en soute au retour et pas à l'aller (même compagnie Ryanair pourtant)... Placement aléatoire gratuit mais volontairement séparés par Ryanair pour forcer à payer un supplément pour changer de siège (de plus les prix sont trompeurs car pas à partir de 4 euros)"

Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"
Nadelen: "Premierement, le personnel de l'aeroport est totalement irrespectueux a l'aeroport frankfurt hahn. Et deuxiemement, les gens sont tres bruyants dans l'avion apres avoir bu de l'alcool. Je pense que des regles plus strictes concernant l'alcoolemie des passagers dans les vols devraient etre mises en place."
Voordelen: "L'accueil de l'équipage"
Nadelen: "Le retard et toujours ce problème de réception des cartes d'embarquement par kiwi J'ai reçu cette fois une carte sur 3 par mail Pour faire les cartes j'avais le mail de kiwi cette fois donc ça a été mais je trouve toujours le procédé complètement anormal voire tout à fait ignoble quand je pense aux personnes plus âgées par exemple Je reste choquée par les méthodes du prestataire Kiwi"
Voordelen: "Staff were very friendly and very patient with difficult passengers!"
Nadelen: "Plane felt cramps, but it was a low price so to be expected."
Voordelen: "seul chose positive les tarifs"
Nadelen: "départ de Toulouse vers Berlin avec une heure de retard dans explications ni aucunes excuses ensuite ils ont même pas offert gratuitement une boisson sur le sol où dans l'avion . pour le retour Berlin à Toulouse du retard aussi 20 minutes."
Voordelen: "Aller chercher les PMR (Personnes à Mobilité Réduite) au parking"
Nadelen: "Les enfants bruyants et énervants"
Nadelen: "For your fault i lost my Next flight to Valencia and nobody of your personal helped me to resolve my problem, when you are the responsables that i lost my flight."
Voordelen: "Rien !!"
Nadelen: "Retard de 4H30 environ, manque d'informations, retardé petit à petit de sorte qu'il est impossible de faire quoi que ce soit d'autre que de traîner dans l'aéroport... Vol prévu à 6H15, à 9H00 (nouvelle heure supposée jusqu'à... 9H00) on nous donne 5 euros de voucher... Je reste avec la même impression que j'ai d'habitude avec cette compagnie : "plus jamais, je n'aime pas être traité comme du bétail" Et puis en général je craque sur les prix évidemment... Des bus (pourris) avec des ailes, ils ne s'en cachent pas..."
Nadelen: "One hour delay"
Nadelen: "Two hours delay"
Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"
Voordelen: "Liked no pressure sales from crew, but was there if you needed them and helpful very pleasant done their job well, would use again but if alternative carrier might consider them due to comments below."
Nadelen: "Seats uncomfortable due to shiny covering, slide in seats when asleep ended up with bad back during break, just a suggestion being gluten free ( not a lifestyle choice) would suggest this being added to menu might make more sales as lots of us about and makes you feel cared for."
Voordelen: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Nadelen: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."
Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Retard de 4h, peu d'information sur le vol, arrivée tardive a Bergame et correspondance pour Dublin manquée. Aucune prise en charge par RyanAir excepté un coupon de 5€ pour manger à l'aéroport de Bordeaux. Mensonge de l'équipage sur potentielle prise en charge et point de contact à l'arrivée à Bergame."
