Nadelen: "Flight was an hour and a half late boarding, sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes, and there was no offer of complimentary beverages. Very barebones level of service."

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."

Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Voordelen: "The plane was very clean and I appreciated when the crew asked passengers have their seats in a normal upright position during meal times as there is very little space when the seats are reclined. We can hardly get out of our seats when other passengers need to go to the restrooms."
Nadelen: "The crew was rather cold; I got the feeling they were doing their jobs but not in a warm and customer friendly oriented way, may be because I was in Economy. I was surprised by the lack of space in economy for such a long Haul flight in an A 380."

Nadelen: "I reserved this flight months in advance, but were given seats in the last row, next to the restrooms, when there were other seats available. In the United part of this trip, they let me reserve my seats when I paid."

Nadelen: "Poor snack (sugary cookie) Big rush to make connection in Frankfurt, almost missed it. Should allow at least 2 hours to connect as they use buses to transfer from plane to terminal and often have to go through security again."

Nadelen: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."
