Flew into ITM and flew out KIX and boarding ticket it says only OSAKA so I didnt know. I barely made the flight....if they had accommodate the transportation I would understand. But they tell you, you have to make it there on your own. Another CRAZY information is that I thought at the very least the baggage will be transferred. But nope! You have to pick up the baggage and ride the train across town to the other station. Whoever made this itinerary should be really fired and no longer work at this company. You take a great airline and make the experience so bad."

The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"
Voordelen: "I love Japan Airlines. The service is always impeccable. The stewardesses are really nice and very efficient."
Voordelen: "Crew was great, just like Japanese specific hospitality. Crew clean up toilet and keep refilling toilet supply. Airplane was nice and clean. Entertainment equipment was up to date."
Nadelen: "I could not log in in JAL website using mileage account. They said it has been maintanance mode for a while and could not tell when it would be completed. I tried a month later but the problem was not solved. They foward any problems and inquiries to reservation center but calling the number won't find anyone to talk. Always they put me on hold for hours and never reached anyone. I have food allergy and tried to request for special meals but the option was not there under my eticket number as described in their website. They say the option may not be available because I purchased my ticket from 3rd party, not from JAL or it was code share flight. Very inconvenient. I had to skip 2 meals out of 3in leaving for Japan. I got very hungry at the end of the flight...."

Nadelen: "There was the boarding from Tokyo to New York, where the selected gate did not have a comfort room. You have to back upstairs walk for quite a distance to use the toilet. Inconvenient and time consuming lugging your things with you."

Nadelen: "Because of some system updating we were unable to check in online and had to wait until we got to the airport to select seats. By then, there were no decent seats available. My bladder nearly burst because the guy next to me slept the whole time. They say it will take 3 weeks to update the system. This is a terrible level of customer care."

Voordelen: "Seats are extremely comfortable even in economy. Service was attentive and very gracious. Both meals were above average for airline food. Made a 12 hour flight seem much shorter!"

Voordelen: "The crews were polite and reliable. No bossy or mean like other airlines. they moved prompt, no running or fast walk on aisles, so that passengers can ask things easily. Food was much better comparing with any other companies. The boarding time was delayed one hour, however we landed japan 2, 3 mins later than the estimated arrival time. Landing technique was beautiful. American, United, ANA which I flew caused me have a deep Earache. I didn't get any pain from this flight. I am already scared of returning flight with American airplines."

Voordelen: "L'équipage est très avenant et n'hésite pas à parler un anglais compréhensible pour les étrangers. Mes deux vols n'étaient que de 45min mais nous avons eu droit à un accès wifi et une collation (boissons). Ponctuel et pilotage souple."
Voordelen: "We were coming back from treking in Nortwest Viet Nam. JAL upgraded us to business class (ie, sleeper bed) for the Ha Noi to Tokyo, and gave us good seats on to HNL. FOOD was the best. Next time we'll try HNL-SAI entry to Nam. The Boeing 787 was a great ride to/from Ha Noi, particularly with JAL service."
Voordelen: "Plenty of leg room, which as a tall person I truly appreciate. They give you slippers, blanket, pillow on every (international?) flight. I flew Korea to Japan and Japan to Hawaii. Got free meals on all flights, even my short two hr flight between Korea and Japan. Free booze too!"
Nadelen: "Small overhead bin. Not deep enough, I had to turn my suitcase sideways. Luckily there was no one in our middle seat or I'm not sure where they would've put their baggage."
Voordelen: "The stewardesses were wonderful-kind, considerate and hardworking. They gave us constant attention offering drinks. I would love to travel with them again!"

The crew at the airport were very helpful, and a lady brought me to the security gate, and run out and checking in for me.
