They served us with a cup of Haagen-Dazs icecream for dessert while a Fatboy is normally served by other airlines. I was impressed by how spacious the foot area of their economy seat is. Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

I wish the chairs either didn't do this or the flight attendants would have said something. I didn't feel like I had the authority to do anything about it. Also it was so warm! Voordelen: "The aircraft was clean, new, spacious and quiet. The bathrooms were regularly maintained. The food quality, selection and quantity was excellent for the economy class. Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."
Nadelen: "The crew lacked its usual pep and cheer. For some reason they seemed very introverted and tired. First time on Singapore Airline that I noticed. The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Nadelen: "I missed my flight from Nairobi to Melbourne then the airlines asked for penalties and fare difference which in total was much higher than booking a fresh one way flight. I felt that the crew at Nairobi airport handled the situation pretty well however, the staff at the Nairobi reservation office were a bit cold and not very helpful."

Nadelen: "- the baggage drop off counter guy was rude, so was his supervisor, they forced us to check our carry-on luggage and made it as they're doing us a favor for not checking our backpacks - there was a problem with the flight and got delayed 90 min, we missed our connecting flight and had to stay in DOH airport overnight - the food was really bad compared to other flights by QA, my wife got food poisoning from their food"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

Nadelen: "Again, If you allow people to choose tickets online and they pick the front row, at least don't put them in the back row. That is the opposite of what they requested. After a.long flight and the limited recline, I am very sore in my back. Probably the most uncomfortable flight to date in my travels."

I also paid to choose seat which naturally didn’t apply any longer and was put at very back of plane so that money was wasted. They could have at least advised but the attitude was blaze and not willing to even speak to me."

Nadelen: "The plane is great but the young gentlemen next to me is 300lb+(my best guest He's at least 6'2" possibly in his teen or early 20s) Don't get me wrong but to sit in coach for 14 hours with him in the middle seat is kind of a nightmare. Half of the way we all went to a bathroom and I don't blame him but the bathroom must be to small to clean up himself for I have to sit with feces smell for the rest of the flight. Imagine that. This is my second leg of this long flight from BKK to NYC. The first leg to dubai is horrible enough but this one top that by far!!!!"

Voordelen: "Emirates was top in service, organization, personnel. Planes were clean, staff attentive and personable and wanting to help. Been a long time since service this good and on such long flights. Cabin personnel of multiple nationalities and languages only added to the flight. They even returned my phone mistakenly left on board. Would recommend them to all."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system on smaller planes not as responsive as newer models. They need to improve web info to share layover process for hotel vouchers and visa."

Nadelen: "The sandwich served with mayonnaise and chicken was at room temperature. It didn't set well with my stomach. The plane landed and then parked so far away from the terminal. It took a half hour to exit the plane, board the non-air conditioned bus, and arrive at the terminal. The shuttle bus was extremely uncomfortable!"

Under no circumstance any airline employee should lecture a passenger about time schedules and such. I had read the rules online and was aware of the timings required if checking in online. I was surprised being accustomed to good service from this airline."

Voordelen: "Pretty spacious for economy, clean, well-lit, easy to navigate. I really liked the windows in the cabin on this flight compared to other planes. Crew was kind. Easy to use entertainment and movies. The temperature was moderate, which means very comfortable with the blankets that were provided."
Nadelen: "Ordered vegetarian meal, was served vegan meal with margarine. I specifically stated that dairy was ok, and the vegan meal was not good. Boarding was a bit of a disaster, unclear and hoards of people blocking aisles and visibility. We also got in late which is very problematic."
