Non respect du Check in en ligne. Nos Places n ont pas été respectés. Nous avons voyagé séparé de nos enfants en bas âge. Aucune aide des hôtesses. Et nage en soute perdu. Compagnie à fuir.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.
The flight time was changed from 14:50 to 12:00. We booked a flight with 23kg checked in baggage allowance for each passenger. At the check in counter no check in bagage appeared on the booking. After calling the airline sky express we were told that we are only allowed 15kg. We called kayak customer service but after 40 minute on the phone nothing could be done. We had to pay an extra 96€ for a service we had already paid for. Unbelievable!

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.
Voordelen: "Not a lot of anything."
Nadelen: "Everything. Just a really bad flight I’m general."
Voordelen: "Never again"
Nadelen: "I had to pay extra for baggage, I had baggage on the booking, but upon booking it was only for 8 KG, and need to purchase more, The baggage cost was almost equal to the ticket, needs to be addressed on the home page, I pick with baggage and then booked the ticket, needs to show that it is not the same baggage as other flights, comparison is wrong."
Nadelen: "Only allowed 15kgs even though we had booked for 23 on the way to Santorini. Not sure where this discrepancy occurred but had to pay for extra weight."
Voordelen: "Crew and flight attendants were highly professional. Arrived early; short boarding time. Airport was clean and easy to navigate. Good places to dine."
Nadelen: "The web site is difficult to navigate, including the determination of luggage pricing and seat assignments only available at check-in."
Nadelen: "Three hours of delay for no apparent reason."
Voordelen: "Fast flight. Nice staff onboard aircraft."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Milos airport is a bit slow but I guess that is to be expected in the islands."
Nadelen: "I have never been treated so horribly by another human as I was by the boarding gate agent. My luggage was a roller board that was approved by the check-in counter to go aboard. Upon boarding the woman refused to let me board stating my bag was too large. I was charged 60 euros."
Nadelen: "The repeatedly delayed our flight without further information, leaving us in the dark as to what was goin going on, the reason for the delay, and when the expected new time of take off is. Disappointing service. Could have been better handled by sky express staff."
Nadelen: "Delayed and slow"
Nadelen: "Flight delayed with no notice / flight attendant rude , very bad experience"
Nadelen: "Sent the passengers but not your bags without telling us. Caused a great deal of trouble, time and anxiety as we had another international flight to catch. Would not fly them again."
Nadelen: "After years of checking in online well before a flight with other airlines an inability to do so for this sky express flight made me nervous that something was wrong or that I would be charged a fee to check in at the airport. Ultimately everything worked out once we arrived at the counter."
Voordelen: "Delayed 90 min and missed our connection"

Nadelen: "It was terribly hot - everyone on the flight was fanning themselves with the emergency instructions and looking miserable. The individual air didn't work either. Felt like I was going to passout."
Nadelen: "20 min delay Crew doesn’t smile"
Voordelen: "The cabin crew was professional and helpful"
Nadelen: "If buying through Kayak, it isn't clear that SkyExpress has severe weight restrictions on luggage. You are allowed a small carry-on, but at the discounted fare, any checked baggage over 8kg is charged at 8 Euros per kg (around $4.25 per lb), which can add up to a large surcharge quickly."
Nadelen: "Great flight, great people"
Nadelen: "Long wait and crowded Santorini airport"
Nadelen: "Paying $600 for the next leg of our flight because of airline delay."
Nadelen: "My name was listed twice on the iten. Didn’t bord."
Voordelen: "Once on plane rest was quick"
Voordelen: "Fast check-in at counter, no line. Was invited to Sky Express lounge prior to boarding. Small plane meant a quick boarding with no issues."
Nadelen: "Flight was 20 min late."
Voordelen: "No pros. Will never travel with them again."
Nadelen: "The flight was an hour late and there was NO air conditioning on the flight. It was 87 degrees on the flight and we spent almost 2 hours in that heat on the plane between the actual flight time and just sitting on the runway for an hour. Nothing was done to accommodate for the heat. I’m 5 months pregnant and felt unsafe. Everyone on the flight was suffering. It was inhumane conditions. I will NEVER fly with this company again."
Voordelen: "I mean the flight gets you to and from..."
Nadelen: "Sky charges for every KG over 15kilos unless you have a special ticket. This option is not listed on kayak and the suggest you book thru sky. Problem is NOBODY BOOKS VIA SKY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS GARBAGE. YOU CANT EVEN CHECK IN ONLINE. The result is many rude, dismissive folks charging an extra 100 euros for something you will have no control over."
Voordelen: "Thankfully no extra fee for baggage, although what constitutes as carry on for another airline, they require you to check."
Nadelen: "We were very delayed on the way leaving Mykonos and there wasn’t a single notification, update or apology. The plane had no air, was extremely hot and muggy, almost unbearable. On the other end, luggage delivery extremely delayed. Completely incompetent airline and staff. Never again."
Nadelen: "20 minute delay with nobody at the gate and no communication about why we were leaving late"
Voordelen: "Good service"
Nadelen: "I realize we’ve all heard the required announcements a hundred times but, if you are going to bother saying it, please speak more slowly and clearly."
Nadelen: "Very late and hot. Unorganized."
Voordelen: "Short flight"
Nadelen: "The tickets I purchased through Kayak stated we were allotted 23 kilo/bag, the standard for most airlines. We flew Sky Express to Santorini with no issues. It wasn’t until we were boarding to go back to Athens when the attendants for Sky Express told us the limit per bag was only 15 kilo, not 23. I spoke with someone in their management office at the Santorini airport and apparently they have different levels of tickets you can purchase, the highest allows the most amount of baggage weight. I explained to them that we had no issues flying into Santorini and showed them my e-ticket from Kayak that clearly showed 23 kilo/bag limit and they would not honor that. We wound up having to pay over $80 in baggage fees because we were lied to by Kayak. Thank you Kayak."

Nadelen: "Skyexpress is extremely disorganized and the flight was very old. The flight is very small and in a poor condition. The baggage policy is very unreasonable and I had to pay extra even though my kayak confirmation says 23 kg per passenger clearly! I showed the representative and they said to deal with it from the "vendor" I used to book! Very disappointed with sky express!"

Nadelen: "Ridiculous wait to get a boarding pass--standing and standing in line before they opened the desk. Santorini airport a nightmare. Old plane.... the letters of the airline's name were peeling off the plane. Flight was fine"
Nadelen: "Flight Delayed"
Nadelen: "Trip cancelled due to high winds. I was forced to keep my luggage on the plane for an hour after the cancellation then another hour to get out of baggage claim. Don't take those small planes, fly Aegean or Olympic who have bigger planes and the best pilots."
Voordelen: "Short time for boarding"
Nadelen: "I had to pay extra charge due to lack of communication between the KAYAK and the S.A Then the KAYAK blamed me for paying this money even though I emailed them telling what happens exactly. I don't recommend using KAYAK for booking flights again"
Voordelen: "Flight attendant was nice. Flight time was short."
Nadelen: "Flight was an hour delayed, I almost missed my ferry connection"
Voordelen: "It was a very fast fight"
Nadelen: "No air conditioning on a very hot day"
