I ended up having to race to the it terminal in 10 minutes. I checked my bag because they said they were running out overhead space and then they went and put my bag on a LATER FLIGHT so I still don’t have my bag"

Nadelen: "5 hour delay. That about says it all. All due to late flight crew from weather elsewhere, having them being taken offline because of long hours, trying to find new people, having a jetway break. Having to sit on a plane in the terminal for more than an hour with no air and stifling heat, taken off the plane and back on. All for a non-stop flight from Boston to LA. Definitely not fun."

Voordelen: "The seats were smalllish but had excellent amenities, such as a multifunction screen and built-in chargers for my phone or such."
Nadelen: "We were 35 minutes late in boarding, which is not a big deal, but the cabin temperature was very warm and I was sweating most of the trip. Not happy about that."

Nadelen: "Had to wait for pilot coming from Mexico flight for 20 mins after everyone boarded"

Nadelen: "This was not food that was served in the Economy class. This was pure junk. I understand that airlines are saving on the service in Economy but a minimal quality should be maintained. I recommend to prepare some sandwich etc. and other snacks and to take it on the plane."

Voordelen: "Never made this flight they rerouted."

Voordelen: "So great to see the flight attendants help a family (not my own) make sure that a child could get to the toilet even though it meant a brief delay before we could take off. so helpful."

Nadelen: "They run out of food in Business Class. Service was the same as in coach."

Voordelen: "Friendly customer service, good snacks."
Nadelen: "No negative actions or interactions."

Voordelen: "Boarding was good, Good flight , good service , plane was small for the distance with limited space for movement ,"

Nadelen: "We sat on the runway for 3.5 hours while the crew cleaned up a fuel spill and we waited for a different co-pilot."

Nadelen: "A guy passed out prior to boarding, then they put him on the flight. We push back from the gate and start the engines and the guy passes out again. Now we are delayed 35 minutes. Why did they put someone one the flight that was clearly sick before he ever boarded then you make everyone miss their connection in Dallas. We got to the gate for our connecting flight 9 minutes before the pushed back from the ramp and they would not let us on??? WTF poor customer service!! Fly southwest from now on!"

Nadelen: "Airline is run like a circus, horrible experience going to and from Cusco from Lima. I do not know how their poor employees work under such stressful conditions. Spend the extra money and fly LAN or LATAM."

Nadelen: "The flight needed to be changed because of technical issues. We arrived much later."

Voordelen: "A two hour ride on an airplane without having to drive."
Nadelen: "The seats are extremely uncomfortable on this pane."

Nadelen: "Cancelled and put me on a flight over a day later with no hotel voucher"

Voordelen: "JoMarie was very helpful at LGB. And we eventually arrived at our destination."
Nadelen: "This was a horrible travel experience, the worst I have ever known. My uncle had died, so I had to search for the soonest and most economical flight in order to attend the funeral. Traveling with me was my aunt (his ex wife) and my cousin (his only daughter). Our initial flight was delayed 'due to mechanical issues' and they said we weren't going to make our connection in Phoenix. So they had to reroute the whole trip, which took about half an hour because all of the flights were full. So instead of flying from LGB - PHX - CLT - CAE and arriving Saturday night, we ended up departing from LAX (which we specifically were trying to avoid) almost 9 hours later. From there to DEN - CLT - GSP arriving Sunday morning. Because of this I had to contact the hotel and let them know that we weren't going to check-in until the next day, but I still ended up having to pay for Saturday night. Then, I had to cancel the rental car and make a new reservation to pick it up at GSP and return at CAE since the hotel was close to CAE, plus the return flight was through CAE. Also, wifi was an additional cost (which we didn't use because of this), the snacks were pitiful, and the seats were very narrow and uncomfortable. I have flown with JetBlue in the past, but on this occasion, last minute flights to South Carolina were prohibitively expensive. That being said, if I had known how bad the experience with American was going to be, I would have gladly paid literally double the price for the JetBlue tickets. And in the future, I will be flying exclusively with JetBlue no matter what the cost."

Voordelen: "Wasn't over booked"
Nadelen: "No entertainment no offer to up grade"

Nadelen: "When I noticed on the itinerary that the layover only gave me 35 minutes I knew it would be a problem. I missed my flight and never got to Pensacola . AA staff were not very Empathetic. It seems to happen often. I'm in a hotel and praying that my flight leaves today."

Voordelen: "The flight went very well, and the crew was helpful. The flight was very very cold. So it wasn't very comfortable. Felt like the temp could have been brought down just a bit."

Voordelen: "Only one word can be used to describe my experiences with American Airlines: seamless. From beginning to end, my trip with American Airlines was a relaxing experience."

Nadelen: "Why can't airplanes be designed with proper toilets that have enough room to accommodate human beings and don't stink up the main cabin?"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "My headphone jack only had sound in right ear. Headset was horribly uncomfortable so even if I did have sound the headphones hurt too much to use. Should be able to use your own headphones but there was no option to because of the double jack"

Voordelen: "The lady with one hand was very nice."
Nadelen: "waiting for 2 1/2 hours totally sucks. waiting an extra 2 1/2 hours, there was a hour and a half layover already so that just going to add it to it. Overall it was a 12 hour travel day and that was a bit long"

Nadelen: "we are looking good for timely departure except we found a small item during walk around. maintenance is on call. good news maintenance has arrived and is working. good news maintenance is finished and finalizing paper work, we will be only 5 to 10 min late. due to delay on apron we will be 40 to 50 min late. luggage - two out of three made it. one guy unloading entire plane at PNS So total delay 2 hrs and minus one suit case."

Nadelen: "Dilapidated and outdated plane"

Voordelen: "The male flight attendant was especially aware and empathetic towards several passengers, including a young mother with a 14 month old who was traveling with the child by herself for the first time. He took the time to try and entertain the little girl when he passed by and even stopped for a few minutes to talk with her and her mother during the flight. All the attendants were friendly and seemed to care sincerely for the comfort and safety of the passengers. Thank you!"

Voordelen: "Cabin crew was pleasant and personable."
Nadelen: "Flight was canceled. No preparation. Took three hours to speak to agent, by which time all flights out that day had left or were full. Terrible meal provided the night if cancelation. On flight, meals were poor. No personal in-flight entertainment and movies shown were older. All around terrible flying experience"

Voordelen: "Good food, entertainment options, communication from pilot"
Nadelen: "none of the flight attendants seemed to be friendly- literally all of them were neutral or slightly rude at best. Not impressed."

Nadelen: "Je suis arrivé 13 minutes avant le decolage et lequipage na pas voulu me laisser monter dans lavion. J'ai du prendre un vol trois heures plus tard pour fort lauderdale alors que mon pere etait hospitalisé a miami. Personnel tres peu comprehensif une femme a même rit de moi lorsque j'ai dit que mon père avait eu un accident. Cependant le vol etait etait avec air canada et non united"

Voordelen: "- The plane was ultra modern and extremely comfortable (and not full). - We did a Washington-Paris in less than 6 hours. Tail winds helped, but also the timeliness of the process (boarding, baggage recuperation, etc). - Food was excellent although not a lot (the General Tso Chicken was very very nice, the icecream as dessert was good) - Great movie selection"
Nadelen: "- Breakfast was so so. - Free headphones offered are not great. - Not much, all the rest was good!"

Nadelen: "Carte d'embarquement remise par Brussels Airlines à Marseille non valable à l'embarquement! Nouveau gros coup de stress dont je me serais bien passée. Visiblement, il y a des gros problèmes informatiques enrtre Air Canada et Brussels Airlines"

Voordelen: "This flight was a good value."
Nadelen: "My legs are short and the seat seemed a little higher than other plans. I couldn't rest my feet flat on the floor for 6 1/2 hours. This was very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "Beyond one or two friendly crew members, not much."
Nadelen: "We booked our flights round trip on united.com, but when we arrived at the airport for our return flight from Budapest to D.C., we were told we were on standby and might not be given seats (despite paying full price for the fare months ago). Brussels Airlines, the codeshare partner, blamed United. United blamed Brussels airlines. We are the flight, but my wife and I were seated separately. When I noticed several seats empty after the plane had finished boarding and asked the head flight attendant if my wife and I might not together, she refused, saying they weren't going to give us a free upgrade. When we went to drop off our bags for the next leg of the flight, from Brussels to Dulles, the bag check counters we're severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour just to drop off two suitcases. This made us nearly miss our flight and required us to sprint through the airport and beg to cut the security line. After boarding, my entertainment screen stopped working, though they did manage to fix it a couple of hours into the flight. Needless to say, this was less then a stellar experience."

Voordelen: "The flight was smooth. Boarding was a bit nerve wracking as a neighboring bin was not closed completely until just before take off."
Nadelen: "The bathrooms were poorly maintained. There was no toilet paper and there was tons of paper on the floor. I was anxious that a piece of TP was going to be stuck to my shoes when I returned to my seat. The flight crew did clean it up. I'm not a frequent flier, but was taken by surprise that I didn't need to check in before getting to the airport. I was amazed that the airlines take it upon themselves to assign seats. I think that's a poor decision as a mom and her 2 small kids were scattered about the plane. Fortunately, people were willing to shuffle around to allow the mom to sit with her kids."

Nadelen: "food"

Nadelen: "2 hours late. No food included no device for movies and my carry on was checked in"

Voordelen: "Je n ai jamais pris air canada ni à l aller ni au retour . Les avions ont été annulés , je n ai pas été prévenu et ils m ont mis sur d autres compagnies . Un enfer"

Voordelen: "Crew. Entertainment. Food. Leg room was a bit longer than usual."
Nadelen: "I was unable to pre-order a kosher meal through the web site. Customer service could barely write in legible English and in essence told me to take a hike. Flight was bumpy both ways for quite a while. What's the point of giving me a boarding pass in Tel Aviv if I need to go to the United transfer counter in Brussels and go through the process again, including a TSA (friendly) interrogation?"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, decent food, good entertainment options to make the flight feel shorter."

Voordelen: "Smooth and seamless travel, great seats and punctual departure and arrival."

Nadelen: "Tout le monde a eu trop froid Quant au repas servi, un paquet de 30g de biscuits apéritif c est inadmissible, nous n avions pas diner ."

Nadelen: "On nous facture 200$ pour des bagages qui n arrivent pas à destination, et que personne ne localise au même endroit, on nois a laissé sans solution pour les affaires que nous avons du remplacer à nos frais. De plus, une fois livrée, on ne nous previens pas ( dépose à l hôtel sans signature) je n ai pas pu faire constater qu on m a abimé mon vélo pendant le trajet"

Nadelen: "Le vol annulé pour cause do'rages, alors que d'autres avions décollait, et qu'aucune compensation, ni solution soit trouvé pour compenser. Cette expérience est juste inimaginable !"

Voordelen: "We were upgraded to business class. Everything was excellent! Seats were extremely comfortable. Flight attendants took great care of us!"

Nadelen: "poor food no special care for kids as by other companies no entertainment system available"

Nadelen: "Even though I have an account with United, and confirmed that I was a vegetarian both online, and on the flight heading to Europe, my meal wasn't entered. It worked out really well because I was sitting close to the front and they had pasta dishes available, but this is not the first time that United and its partners have "lost" or "mishandled" my vegetarian registration. The flight attendant even remarked that sadly, she hears this 'complaint' constantly. The food was good, but there's no reason that my meal request can't stay in the system."

Voordelen: "Personnel dans l'ensemble très agréable, enregistrement des bagages très simple et personnel aidant"
Nadelen: "Personnel juste avant l'embarquement très désagréable et hautain avec une autre famille, une attitude plus courtoise aurait été plus professionnelle et nettement plus adaptée"

Voordelen: "Professional, courteous flight crew. Uneventful flight. When flying at 37000 feet over an ocean, uneventful is a very good thing! :) Deboarding on arrival was quick and efficient."
Nadelen: "My headphone jack in the seat was broken but they offered to relocate me to a seat that worked. I stayed put and used the United app on my phone."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Mêmes commentaires que pour le trajet IAD-IAH, a l'exception que l'enfant mineur à pu voyager dansce segment avec son père."

Nadelen: "Le fait que malgré que nous étions une famille de 4 personnes sous la même réservation et avec un enfant mineur (10 ans), nous avons été tout le temps séparés et le mineur à même du faire ce trajet toute seule avec 2 autres passagers inconnus à ses côtés. Inadmissible ! En plus, état de propreté des sièges laisse beaucoup à désirer. Finalement: nourriture payante + divertissement payant !"

Nadelen: "Etat de propreté de l'avion. Beaucoup de salissures dans et autour des sièges."

Nadelen: "I would expect when I book a Luftansa flight to fly in a Luftansa jet. This flight was carried by United and I did not know that until I arrived at the airport."

Nadelen: "I chose Luthansa because I was traveling with a bike and they are usually good about not overcharging however after booking the flight, United took over the flight and they have very unfriendly bike policies (200 each way). Usually I will not fly United because of these policies, I think I am done flying any Star Alliance companies."

Voordelen: "Flight was as expected. Nothing outstanding, except for the low cabin temperature."
Nadelen: "It was very cold on the plane and the crew was able or willing to do anything about it. All else was good."

Voordelen: "Short direct flight"

Voordelen: "Even in economy plus, I felt like a first class passenger."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very friendly. The flight was smooth"

Nadelen: "Starting at Brussels airport I was questioned as if I was a threat. The lady wore an UA uniform. She asked me questions like these: where do you live when you come to Belgium? What do you do when you are in Belgium? Why do you come to belgium often? Then we were 2 blacks in the last line and we were all selected for "random" check during which the agent touched all parts of my body!!!!! Last, after I ate the food served on board, I went to the bathroom twice, I took I modicum before!!!!"

Voordelen: "Boarding was organized and timely."
Nadelen: "One of the flight attendants was patronizing."

Nadelen: "Wanted some snacks in between the meals."

Nadelen: "Delayed boarding at Munich airport"

Voordelen: "Flight wasn't that long. Experience was okay. Flight was full. Attendants did their job. Some were more polite and helpful than others."
Nadelen: "No request was made for the outbound flight which I want to comment about. At Dulles Airport, I checked in at the Brussels Airline counter, only to be told that since I was on a flight operated by United, then I had to go to the United Airlines counter to check in. At UA, I was handed a boarding pass which advised that my seat will be assigned at the gate. I saw on the monitor where the available seats were-1 window, the remainder middle row. I got the feeling that since I bought a ticket which cost less than what the other United Airlines customers paid for, then I was being relegated to seats that the other travelers didn't desire."

Nadelen: "Ran out of food choices and plane was dirty , entertainment center locked up and could not use it"

Voordelen: "Helpful crew when I told them that my right leg was causing me severe pain. I asked them to order a wheel chair for me when the plane landed They did so right away."
Nadelen: "The DVD player at my seat did not work. I was the last one to leave the plane, with the help of some crew members; but no wheelchair was waiting for me. A staff called but was told that no such an order was received and no one was then available to bring me a wheel chair. Later someone in the Cleaning crew made a couple of calls and finally ,10 to 15 minutes later, a wheelchair arrived."
