Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

The overhead bins were too small for many roller boards, which caused some passengers to be perplexed. Delta should offer some inducements to encourage passengers to gate check bags."

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed by 2+ hours, Delta (running the flight for westjet) sent 1 email about the flight being delayed to 4:45 which was inconsistent with the gate signage and agent who said 3:45, flight ended up leaving at 5:45PM. No reasons were provided beyond the incoming flight from LGA hadn't come in. Why hadn't it come in? When could we expect to leave YUL? No answers."

Nadelen: "The boarding took a long time then when they called for the zone 3 they told us to hurry up. The steward was doing everything by hand motion. You couldn't hear what he was saying. The plane was extremely noisy and we asked what the noise was none of the crew answered. This is not the normal service that I am used to from Delta."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "My first flight was cancelled my return flight was delayed by 5 hours They made me check my carry on even though it was with in the size limit which cost 85 euros and when trying to ask why the staff was extremely rude and not helpful worst flight experience I’ve ever had"

Voordelen: "Over all everything was great, except the bags check in"

Nadelen: "No space for legs. No food (just snacks). Very high temperature inside the aircraft. Flight delayed by 45 minutes."

Voordelen: "No extra charge for simple refreshments."

Voordelen: "The food, beverages and choices of movies, entertainment There was a medical emergency that caused the flight to land in Canada. This was handled very professionally - I hope the passenger ended up getting the care needed and is doing well."

Voordelen: "The food was okay and the staff were friendly."
Nadelen: "My seat and several others around me were broken so that they would fall all the way back if we leaned back at all. The entertainment system kept crashing and forgetting what shows everyone on board we’re watching. There were no air vents to control. The games crashed constantly. The usb hubs didn’t work."

Voordelen: "Their evacution video is interesting"
Nadelen: "The aircraft is a bit old and somehow the flight crew didn’t offer me the full menu as the menu describe. First time encounter that in a business class"

Voordelen: "Everything was fine"

Voordelen: "If the flight would have leave in time we would receive our luggage in time"

Nadelen: "Plane left more than 40 minutes late with no explanation or apology."

Nadelen: "I am not sure why this happened, but our daughter, travelling away from home for the first time, was targeted at every step of her journey. From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."

Voordelen: "That flight have been short"
Nadelen: "Fly attendants have been in hurry when they served snack"

Voordelen: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Nadelen: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Nadelen: "Vlucht door vertraging van uit lax gemist op een paar minuten"

Voordelen: "Flight was smooth"
Nadelen: "Food"

Nadelen: "Booked assistance and got dumped at the gate 3hrs before departure, no English spoken and didn't even ask if my mum needed the bathroom or if we wanted to do some shopping. Just in a rush to get rid of us. Flying only KLM from now."

Voordelen: "great seat, good food and drink, pleasant staff, efficient boarding and exit."
Nadelen: "no complaints"

Voordelen: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Voordelen: "The service"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Its been a week. My trip has ended. I still do not have my bags. Terrible customer service."

Nadelen: "no vegeterian sandwiches very disappointed"

Voordelen: "The food, the service and everything else is fine, quite good."
Nadelen: "However, our baggages were 1 day late. Your missing baggages would deliver to you 1 day later, for some maybe 2 days later...Quite a few people said that it's been always like this with air Aeroflot if there is a transfer flight."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and professional, fresh croissant and hot chocolate on my short flight. As many airlines charge now for any and all food items it was nice to again experience fast and efficient food and beverage service without the tedious hassle of ordering and paying. I’d gladly fly Air France again. First time, but likely not the last."
Nadelen: "Like all airlines , the seats could use a few more inches of space, even two would be nice."

Voordelen: "The crew was Nice onboard But in the AirPort No Good at all.."
Nadelen: "People in CDG AirPort Seen so Rude or stressfull, Well also a flight almost 3 hours with out entreteiment .. boring .."

Voordelen: "Whenever I travel air France I get a reminder of what customer service looks like on a flight. Incredible crew, great experience"

Nadelen: "Geen ontbijt of iets dergelijks, dit ondanks vroege vlucht."

Voordelen: "I didn’t like a thing! I cancel that flight a month ago, you said your were going to pay me back but I haven’t receive my fund. I have been back in America for month. Everyday I call nobody pick the phone or I’ll be on hold for hours until I hangup"

Voordelen: "Landed early and everything was just as expected."

Nadelen: "The flight was not with Lufthansa, that was deception. UA the worst airline as far as I experienced it, delays, poor customer relationships and so on. I have to pay for luggage."

Nadelen: "The worst flight of my life. Seats are awfully inconfortable for a night flight. I couldn't sleep at all. Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Siège pas assez large. Jouer du coude pendant 8hrs c'est pas amusant."

Voordelen: "Le service à bord était impeccable."
Nadelen: "Les sièges sont nuls (ergonomie douteuse). L'espace pour les jambes n'es pas convenable (trop étroite et la patte du siège avant oblige d'avoir une jambe de travers). Système d'information de la position de l'avion est nul (pas assez complet), peux pas savoir combien de temps il reste au vol."

Nadelen: "Es united, no se puede esperar mucho de ellos. El snack para 5 horas son unos pretzels y el entretenimiento lo cobran. Lo único bueno es que aun con un aviso en la pantalla pude ver el final del partido de Champions, por el resto,.... compañía a evitar."

Nadelen: "Trop de délai itnutile. L'embarquement a été décalé de 5h! Le WIFI est payant à Chicago et la bouffe coûte chère pour de la mauvaise qualité. Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."
