Nadelen: "The boarding process in Zurich was a free for all. There is not a "method" to their boarding (i.e. by row or zone) so all 300 passengers crowded around the gate. We paid $100 for exit seats but the seats were barely wide enough for me...a medium built thin male. Unfortunately this appears to be the trend. Swiss would do well to have a wide economy section."

On Time departure and arrival Entertainment system not very userfriendly
I was traveling with a young child and the flight attendants were rude and unhelpful when simple requests were made like an early cracker or cookie to help distract him while everyone else was boarding. Also, my wife received dirty looks from an attendant when she asked if she could get by while holding our crying infant. They made us feel like a burden instead of a paying customer. The food was really sub par, especially the breakfast sandwich; cold, soggy veggie sandwich with no flavor (zero seasoning or vinegar or oil) and as mentioned the bread was cold and soggy wet. Also, there seemed to be something wrong with one of the bathroom’s ventilation, the smell was terrible throughout the entire flight. In the past Lufthansa had a good reputation for customer service, they are actively destroying it with how they currently treat passengers. If our return flight is as bad we will never fly Lufthansa again.
Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.
Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.
Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures
Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer
Transit à Frankfort : horrible !
Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "We left Frankfort very late, we had not even moved half an hour after we were supposed to have left. They apparently changed our flight plan to try to make up time, and flew faster; but the conclusion was we were supposed to arrive at 18:25 and didn't arrive until well after 19:00. Refund"

Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.
La gestion de la sortie des passagers de l’avion. Il doit bien exister un mode de fluidité du processus.
Tout était très bien seul l’amabilité des hôtesses laissait à désirer

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Nadelen: "The crew at flights run by Iberia were particularly unpleasant. Special those in the flight from Madrid to Miami. Ladies we’re particular rude and aggressive when talking to me and my daughters. Basically as if they were doing us a favor wile doing their work."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"
Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"
Nadelen: "The whole experience of missing my connecting flight due to Iberia's delay. When we deplaned they gave us Express Connection envelopes and told us to run to our gate - 21 minutes away, a passport and a security checkpoint along the way... this is after a red eye... facing an 11 hour delay before my next flight and a voucher to McDonald's - really????"
Voordelen: "OTP, the plane was modern, high load factor, which means that this flight is doing good. The wifi was also good,"
Nadelen: "Only 4 bathrooms for the whole economy and premium economy classes and only at the center of the plane. No snacks between dinner and breakfast."
Voordelen: "It was a great experience. The crew was helpful and kind."
Nadelen: "All but two toilets were out of order halfway through the flight."

Voordelen: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Nadelen: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."
Nadelen: "movie selection very poor"
Nadelen: "They need to have agents stationed throughout the terminal to help customers make connections. I had 2 hours and I still barely made my flight. The airline representatives are extremely unhelpful and the customs process is an absolute mess in Madrid."
Voordelen: "This was a good flight with good service and a nice crew. It was especially nice to have actual silverware to use for the meal."
Nadelen: "Changing terminals in New Yory was challenging because the route was not clearly marked. They did not honor the on-line boarding passes, so I had to go to the counter to reprint the boarding passes and then go through security again. I also would have preferred a clean blanket once I got on board. The flight attendants seemed hesitant to speak to me in Spanish, which I speak pretty well and they also seemd uncomfortable talking to me in English, which is my native tongue. This made it hard to interact with them in my normal good natured way."

The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat"

Nadelen: "Boarding started 50 minutes late without explanation and we sat on the plane at the gate for another 45 minutes without any explanation as to what the delay was for."

Nadelen: "The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo."

Nadelen: "My United flight was five hours delayed and I was going to miss my Air Europa flight. I called to see if I could switch flights but that was absolutely not an option and I had to buy a new one way ticket. I would’ve paid the difference, if there was one, but that wasn’t an option."

Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."
Nadelen: "The plane has no entertainment , we had to download an app. That should work once on the air. It didn’t , the flight attendant said it was due to many passengers using it at the same time"

Voordelen: "It was really comfortable and the food was great, the crew was really nice."
Nadelen: "There was only like 8 old movies and none of them loaded so I couldn't watch anything. And the Wi-Fi super expensive."
Nadelen: "An hour to check in is unreasonable and the having to go to a separate counter to pay for a bag was a joke."
Nadelen: "They did not keep my luggage over the long stay. Had to carry it around Madrid. The meals I ordered were not available. No individual screen entertainmen ton the flight."

Nadelen: "I tried to pay an extra suitcase and the website didn't give me access .. then I read than to southamerica was allow two suitcases, when I arrived to the airport, aireurope surprised me with 150 euros por one package extra"

I was at the airport roughly hour and half in advance, and the flight attendants at the check-in counters didn't care how much time you had left to make it to your flight. Awful experience!!!"

Nadelen: "As a musician all it takes is one flight attendant to make your trip a nightmare. Every flight is a game of cat and mouse to get your instrument on board. I was told there wasn't enough room, in the end half the over heads were empty."

Nadelen: "Wery heavy communication, 99% workers in airport don't speak English . Same in Madrid and Barcelona. In Madrid from one terminal to another 25-30min walked distance."
Voordelen: "The ticket / check-in agent was very helpful and made sure we were seated together or near each other on all 3 legs of our travel."
Nadelen: "The inability to check in ahead of the flight is frustrating - especially when you have to wait for nearly an hour for the counter to open."

Nadelen: "Delayed 1 hour 40 min. No communication from airline regarding new departing time or gate. Boarding was a free for all"
Voordelen: "We made it safe."
Nadelen: "I got "upgraded" to first class. Where the spacing between seats was smaller than USA economy seating. After jamming my knees in I was told being upgraded didn't entitle me to free food or drinks. Yup wanted to charge for a bag of peanuts. Adding insult to injury takes about an hour to get your bag when you finally get off."
Nadelen: "my luggage never left ibiza and wound up in Madrid for 24 hours"
