Voordelen: "Finally, they came to their senses. When you change planes, you already have been checked once for security, so there is no more need (and never was¨) for another secutiry check. With just one hour to switch planes, this is great relief."

Nadelen: "45min of delay due to defrosting of the wings and crowded airspace at the destintion"

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "8 kilo limit on carry-on luggage. Customer service attendant issuing boarding passes was less than friendly."

Nadelen: "I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Voordelen: "Air hostesses were very courteous, friendly and the cabin was clean and comfortable. My flight from jfk to Geneva (then Zurich) was cancelled due to weather in Geneva (Swiss 23) so I got upgraded to a delta flight to Brussels then to Zurich Comfort+ !!! Thank you!"
Nadelen: "Flight from Zurich to Johannesburg: Swiss 288 (airbus a340-300) Sat in the last row of the Swiss air flight, economy, which was okay but our whole row video enternatinment system didn’t work. You’d pick a movie and it wouldn’t play. The games, camera and flight status animation all worked but not the movies. Air hostess tried resetting , still nothing. But it was a great opportunity to have a lovely conversation with my new German Friend Barbara and read my book! More lactose intolerant alternatives for breakfast which had much (cheese, yogurt, croissant) Other than those two , excellent flight. Thank you Swiss!"

I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Voordelen: "Relaxing and graceful service Pleasant flight attendants the crew greeting you as you embark as well as when DS in barking restrooms clean floors clean The flight was very enjoyable this was my second time flying with Swiss air and it was just as enjoyable cannot put in any complaints I give you five stars No complaints it was excellently although it was a short flight from Budapest to Zürich but it was good and the flight from Zürich to JFK New York was excellent my first name is Ibolya"

Nadelen: "I bought economy class ticket! (I have a printout ticket as proof!) When I went to the airport i had a VERY UNPLEASANT surprise. I had a 23kg bag. Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable."

Voordelen: "The plane was very clean the seats were neat and everyone was very friendly."

Voordelen: "Crew was professional and attentive. 55 minute flight so food was ice cream, beverages, and a piece of Swiss chocolate. Plane's entertainment system in my section did not work. I had to check my carry-on!"

Voordelen: "There was a half hour delay due to some no-show passengers. The flight was delayed while their bags were removed. The problem was explained well. The flight crew seemed to made up for much of the delay by flying faster or more directly so the total flight time did not increase by 30 minutes. Fortunately this was our final flight segment so the delay was not a problem."

Nadelen: "I didn't get on the flight because they lost my luggage and they refuse to give me a new ticket. I was back and forth on the phone with Swiss and still no good word"

Nadelen: "The flight was scheduled for about 1pm and we arrived with another connecting flight to the Athens airport at 8am as that was our only choice. No staff arrived until 11am to check people in and take baggage. We were flying business and would have liked to check in earlier and make our way through security to the business lounge but could not and had to wait for three hours. It would have been nice to have one person on duty."

Voordelen: "The flight from SFO to ZRH was in a newly fitted 777. The seats were very comfortable and we had plenty of leg room in economy class. Great and extremely nice flight attendants - thank you!"
Nadelen: "The flight from ZRH to SFO was in an older 777 and the seats were very uncomfortable with limited leg room in economy. This flight was not very enjoyable. I have to say though that the very friendly and helpful flight attendants were compensating for this. Thank you!"

Voordelen: "Crew was very helpful with getting me "something" to eat since I did not receive a "Vegan" meal as I had ordered when I bought the flight... The meal I originally was given was included milk and cheese ingredients and after explaining what vegan actually was they did their best to help my situation. My first flight with Swiss to Switzerland included the correct "vegan" meal do I can't understand how this mistake was made by Swiss on the return flight?"
Nadelen: "I did not receive a "vegan" meal as ordered originally and though they were very helpful they should all be better educated regarding the differences between "Vegan", Vegetsrian, Lacto-Ovo, etc... Since I was embarrassed as I had to keep rejecting the food they gave me until I educated them on the basics of what Vegan food is... They were very helpful throughout."

Nadelen: "We were delayed thirty minutes due to slow service. Zero entertainment and only a brownie for a snack"

Nadelen: "Had wait in line for more than 1.5 hours to check in (no self-serve kiosk) and then conform to the 10kg carry-on (both backpack and suitcase) rule which didn't happen on the first flight. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the whole process of dealing with Norwegian is confusing."

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Nadelen: "Our flight was 9 hours late. We were given no notice of this until we arrived at the gate. it took an hour if holding before we could reach customer service. Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."

Nadelen: "Flight was 2 hours late in departing from Frankfurt."

Voordelen: "The seats are comfortable and the plane was clean and well-presented."
Nadelen: "The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

Kudos for this! On top of this, extremely comfortable flights with good food, drinks and services topping it off for a most enjoyable Business Class flight experience, if such a thing exists."

Voordelen: "Although clearly an older plane, it was clean. Gate personnel re-assigned me to a seat in a row with no-one in it."
Nadelen: "The gate of departure moved twice before departure. The last change was to a completely different building. Apparently the equipment was changed and I did not learn that I would need a seat re-assignment until I scanned my boarding pass during boarding. (However, the gate agent was quick to accommodate)."

Nadelen: "There were no Lufthansa representatives in Frankfurt airport upon my arrival. Also my connecting flight wasn't showing on electronic board. I had to get WiFi connection in order to get any info. I was very unhappy about it ."

Voordelen: "It was quick and smooth. Snack provided. Baggage arrived quickly."

Nadelen: "Hickups in entertainment screens. Seats seem te be smaller again Rows without windows"

Voordelen: "The crew was nice Checking was quick and painless Entertainment had a limited options but good"
Nadelen: "Very limited food options. I get it is not first class but not everyone likes only chicken or fish"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "The flight was about 45 minutes delayed but it was okay with me since I had connection flight and I had a long connecting time."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "There is no free beverage service, let alone snacks or meals. Some tickets do not allow you to pre-book a meal and there is no way to buy a hot meal even in a 12-hour flight.leg room is a bit small and carry on restrictions are getting lower all the time."

Nadelen: "Food was very small portion, chicken (2 little slices) with plenty of potatoes. Forgot to give me the tray with the food,didn’t apologize at all.then they told me i need to wait cause they ran out of food trays.."

Nadelen: "The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well."

Nadelen: "I wasnt accomodated for my meal preference. The cabin was old and creaked alot. I was not informed by kayak of absence of luggage allowance"

Nadelen: "Perhaps Greek is different from English but I felt the flight attendants ranged from being gentle in their response to being loud and scolding at least in what it soundes to me as a nonGreek speaking person."

Je pense que le terminal 1 B ´aide pas à ça mais un peu plus de personnel pour diriger les passagers ne serait pas mail. Pendant le vol le repas était sympa e bon. ."

Nadelen: "Le check-in online n'était malheureusement pas disponible. Certaines difficultés rencontrées avec le site internet faisaient en sorte que la procédure pour obtenir la carte d'embarquement prenait légèrement plus de temps."

Nadelen: "We paid 70 Euro in the airport for a small suitcase. we felt robbed because we had no informations about charges of suitcases. If we knew about this we would not carry with us any suitcase. The seats were very tight and no comfortable. No entertainment at all."

Nadelen: "I arrived just before the hour an hour before departure for a 6am flight, which is in line with their 60 minute policy to find the counter closed. I spent another 25 minutes running around the airport trying to find someone to assist including a ticket agent to adjust my flight. Only to be told I couldn't get a flight out until the next day and I had to pay more for my original ticket for it. I contacted customer service and their response was a simple copy and paste of the rules which I was well aware of (apparently I should have really been there 90 mins before and not 60 according to the site). I only booked with the airline because it offered an 8 hour layover in Athens...a chance to see a bonus city. There are plenty of other airlines with more flexible and consistent policies. I have traveled the world on many airlines and have never had an early check in counter close or to have to chase down a representative to get service."

Nadelen: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Sorry, but no SAS for me anymore. BAD BAD service and exploiting of customer's naivety. I'm furious."

Voordelen: "The flight was not sold out so middle seat was vacant-"
Nadelen: "The customs agent was slower than slow.. This is no exaggeration -/everyone on our flight, the following flight, and a few of the flight after that went throug the other line before we did. We do not know if she is training , being rediculously conscientious, being too social or a power/control thing. We had plenty of time, I feel sorry for people who had tight connections. LOTS of people switched lines but we didn't know it would continue to be rediculous. There are stairs to climb from the gate which will be a problem for people with any physical issues ( bad knees). The plane took off late and this time we were nervous with a tight connection in Stockholm Location of Gate display is slower than most airports and we were told It changes at the last minute. We will avoid the Oslo airport in the future."

Nadelen: "I prefer to fly with SAS or Staralliance, so I was happy to by this ticket, but when booked it never said it didn´t include luggage. I was then billed at the airport and can exspect the same leaving Nice. I will make a claim because I consider this a fraud. You could at least have mentioned this on the booking before payment, so I could have made my booking elsewhere."

Nadelen: "Route not following great circle, takes too long for CPH-BOS, should be 6.5 hours."

Voordelen: "It was weird boarding last. We understand different airlines have different policies but we believe letting the elderly and families with little children should always have first priority... We as a family and with an elderly who is not 100% well have big challenges... It is always nice for other airlines to get us in earlier so the elderly and the little children can settle. This airline's policy is a shift for us. If not for the good price, we'd choose another... But it was just ok just a longer wait... Children and the elderly should always have the best benefit... Not the busiiness people.. Crazy policy!"
Nadelen: "Service was mediocre. Staff was nice but not very caring like other airlines and most were older women who are burnt out... Its almost like they don't want to be there. Food was excellent but there was a charge for red wine. This is Europe. Thought the US was bad... Economy class comfort is not that comfortable as always... o well! Your staff English especially the women announcers were terrible. We could not understand hardly anything. The pilots were a lot better! Need to take English classes.. Sorry but have to be honest..."
