Scoot doesn't have Business class which is fine . I was pleasantly surprised with my little care package given to me during the flight which I assumed is because I had flown in with Singapore Business and this is part of the offering instead of me buying my own food. Pretty good experience overall for budget airline.
Food could have been better. Entertainment was the same during both June and July. It could have been changed.
It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.
Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.

Best airline ever for economy
Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.
Voordelen: "The whole Business experience on SQ"
Nadelen: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

I’m not sure why I was only allowed one suitcase per passenger on the way to Karachi Pakistan. On the way back they allowed me to have two suitcase per passenger. This cause me a lot of issues because I was planning to take some valuables for my parents and I was not able to because I was only allowed one suitcase per person. They should allow tooth suitcase on each way. Also I have to purchase suitcase in a different country than my original destination
My luggage was left at doha nd flight landed houston. Horrible experince i had this time.
TV monitors are very old. Touchpad does jot work well.
More monitoring of passengers wearing musks. Some passengers had their musks off and flights attendants didn’t enforce. That was disappointing

Voordelen: "I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids."

Du moment que l’on paye pour choisir ses sièges (bébé, espace pour les jambes…) tout se passe bien. Sinon pas de possibilité de s’arranger avec les autres passagers. Et le check in online marche très bien, très rapide à l’aéroport
Pas de film français et siège inconfort
J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré

The LONG lines (crowds is a better word), makes the connection in Istanbul completely unacceptable."

Nadelen: "People don't stop growing at 5'8. There are people taller than that, in fact quite a lot of people are taller than that. So much in this world is made without this consideration in mind. I'm 6'1, I shouldn't have to pay hundreds more just so I have enough legroom. And I don't mean enough to swing my legs about as much as I want, just enough to be comfortable. This isn't essential on short flights, but just seems cruel to taller people on long flights."

The airplane was an old 330 with shitty bathrooms, and I can't forget how one of crew keeped knocking on me in the toilet and he actually opened the door and said nothing at all which pissed me off,because I work for airline company and I had been in many once before but that behavior is amature once from supposedly experienced Crew member. Anyway save your money and time and avoid this airlines."

Nadelen: "Food is always the same - soggy noodles and chicken or bland spaghetti and wilted veg with soggy fish. Seats cramped. Wasn't informed of gate change until 30 minutes later. Crew efficient but a little lacking in hospitality department."
Voordelen: "I got there eventually"

Voordelen: "Gate area was good, boarding quick and arrived on time. Crew very pleasant."
Nadelen: "Poor quality food especially the breakfast "snack". Unable to take water on board and tiny serves of water and other drinks left us dehydrated. Far too many ads at the start of entertainmen. Repeated for each selection."
Voordelen: "Flight to Penang was delayed for more than 3 hours for unclear reasons. These was not a clear announcement as to what was going on. Then after that, they were waiting on the crew from Langkawi. We arrived at 2 a.m. or so as a resluy"
Nadelen: "Lateness and lack of transparency from MAS staff"
Voordelen: "The cabin crew was welcoming. The flight itself was smooth and on time."
Nadelen: "The smell of the toilets were really bad. Urine on the floor. I know I purchased economy class tickets but I expect the toilet facility to be better maintained."
Voordelen: "It was a very good flight ."
Voordelen: "Good food for airplane although I was in the back of the plane and they ran out of what I preferred to have. Lots of free drink options."
Nadelen: "Small seating area, hard to sleep on a 13 hour flight"
Nadelen: "No food, No entertainment"
Nadelen: "Check in counter personnel were very slow. They did not know proper immigration rules. They made me wait for 30 minutes while they verified with immigration on something I had already told them. I had to rush through immigration and security to ensure I made the flight on time. Added stress as a customer."
Voordelen: "Nothing much"
Nadelen: "It was freezing on the first flight and although I gave requested for a drink twice this was never brought to me. The Flight attendants were rude and not helpful."
Nadelen: "Fight was delayed half an hour due to waiting for a few connecting flight passengers. This is ridiculous as the airline is making the gain at the expense of other passengers' priceless time."
Voordelen: "The crew is friendly"
Nadelen: "Check in counter not enough resulting in very very long queue and check in time"
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were friendly"
Nadelen: "I got severely sick after having ate in the plane. Only a weird selection of old movies provided. Checkin online bugging. Gates are very far in the airport."
Nadelen: "Second flight in a row for a one hour flight and we are delayed one hour. Better just go with a low cost airline then"
