There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. Plane in TLV parked in Terminal 1 but boarding was in terminal 3. A long bus ride was needed to reach plane. Connection in Istanbul is bad. Lines were long and not orderly. Bad experience overall. Flight out of Istanbul was late. The reading light did not work. The crew was very nice and service was good. Again, luggage did not arrive. This time 2 out of 2 pieces. One piece arrived a day later the second took more than 48 h."

Nadelen: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Kids and adults from economy class were waking around all flight and were talking very loud. Meals didn't match menu and taste was bad. But worst part is that crew were letting people change seats from economy to premium for a good review. That is Russian way of doing business."

Voordelen: "It was comfortable and easy. The airport is small and you have to take a bus to the airplane itself. There were virtually no hassles, and the staff was friendly."
Nadelen: "If you do not know any Russian, it will be difficult. The staff on this flight spoke very little English. Think about it, I was in Siberia. That would be like expecting the flight attendant to speak Russian in Oklahoma. Try learning Russian words for drinks and snacks, that would be a good starting point."
Voordelen: "The flight was comfortable, or as comfortable as economy can be. I would say, it was as nice as Lufthansa, just with fewer drinks. We also got ice cream between meals."
Nadelen: "English is not the flight attendants strength. It was manageable though. The drinks came out before the food. That was a little strange and left my thirsty after my meals."

Nadelen: "This was a Finnair flight operated by Aeroflot, which was delayed by at least 3 hours and caused me to miss my next flight."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed 15 minutes. Then we boarded the aircraft and spent two hours inside, just sweating. Someone came and said it would take another 15 minutes to check the aircraft again. We were sent back to the airport with no information and nobody knew what was happening. We finally boarded the flight 5 hours late, and we lost our connection to Hong Kong. Nobody cares to explain or give you a solution. When we arrived to Moscow they said that we had to spent the night at the airport because their hotel was full. We verified at the hotel and they offered us rooms if we wanted to pay for them. The airline employees offered no help and we spent at least 5 hours looking for a solution. We decided to enter Russia and found out that the airline had another hotel in which we spent the night after finding the answer ourselves, because nobody explained anything to us. We wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone. They had passengers sleeping in the floor of the airport with little kids because they didnt offer them a room. They simply dont care about their customers."
Voordelen: "Aeroflot has a new fleet of Boeing 737-800, which I used on my flight from Belgrade to Moscow and back."
Nadelen: "Well, unfortunately, the service is still very moderate, to say the least. They speak poorely any non-Russian language (say, English). During both flights, I ordered juice and coffee, and they either didn`t understand me, or were just unkind enough to give me only one of those (although during my return flight, they said that they couldn`t boil the water due to turbulence). Their seats arrangement is uncomfortable, especially for tall persons (as me)."
Voordelen: "After flying with budget airlines and horrible airlines in America it was nice to fly with someone who was not trying to rob me with hidden fees and truck bookings. Getting served actual food was an icing on the cake."

I never had that ever happen to me and during the flight from LA to Moscow, the guy's body for 12 hrs was all over me and sweaty. Most disgusting. It was an invasion of my private space and taking the right to my seat because his body was on my seat. No human being should suffer through that experience I ordered special meal and it was all plain and vegitarian even though I am not vegiterian"

Also generally dislike the entertainment systems that use the dual pin earphone jacks, since I want to use my own earphones. Brought an adaptor, but it broke mid flight, leaving me with only their cheap headphones as an option. Also dislike boarding by bus from the gate. They were rudley informed that they are carrying large carry ones and were threatened with deboatdong if they weren’t fast in finding alternate places for their bags"

Nadelen: "Our connection from NYC was missed due to delay in leaving Abu Dhabi. The NYC connection wasn't request to wait for us, maybe five minutes would have been enough. After that, they took no care to book in a latter flight. They assigned unconfirmed tickets, which were not honored in the other terminals. I was able to get a seat in the third flight after, others were still left waiting. It took us longer to get a 1.5 hours connecting flight than to cross the Atlantic."

Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Nadelen: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."

Nadelen: "On flight, the staff seemed to care little for even the smallest of request. On a 15 hr flight from Abu Dabhi to Chicago, I asked twice for coffee, once for juice and once for sandwich, and each time the staff told me to wait, once they were busy, once they were going to serve food in 45 minutes and once the sandwich was put away (I repeat, "put away"). My wife asked for mango juice, and they said, they do not have any left, they only had apple and orange juice. Within 10 min when they replenished the cart, they had mango juice. It seems that they were just plain lazy to do even to cater to the smallest request."

Nadelen: "Toilets in business class were smelly. Not nice when you are washing your teeth. It is difficult to lean over the bowl and wash teeth. Cups are not provided to assist with washing teeth. Paper towels ran out in the toilets."
Nadelen: "We were sited in the 7th row (the row right before the emergency exit) and the chairs can't be moved, so, having the people in front of us with their chairs in the sleeping position and our seats all straight it was the most uncomfortable flight we were ever on."

Voordelen: "I slept most of the way, but what I noticed was a rather grumpy flight attendant. It was a quick flight, which is probably why she was in such a hurry, but she flew down the aisle with the drinks and missed me entirely. But I fell asleep so it didn't matter much."

Nadelen: "The flight were delayed, I missed the next flight because of the delay, the crue in brussel offered to replace the missed flight by another flight which were six hours latter, they said their is no earlier flight.i had to wait for six hours in abu dabi .when I reached abu dhabi I found another flight earlier than that.i tried with Etihad transfer disc to go in the earlier flight , they said it is not showing on tgeir system despite it is theifr on airport screens.they even didnot offer any help or lounge or hotel for rest in next 6hours.and I was travelling 18 hours before that si I have to wsit additional 6 making total 24 hr bec. Of their delay. Problems No integrity , they should be more trueful and helpful rather than shifting problems to otheres"
