We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

"Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Voordelen: "None of the seats reclined, even the premium seats you pay extra for. I know since I payed for them. Seats are very hard and the boarding process is the worst. They march you out after already standing in the terminal, since there are no assigned seats (typical low cost). I payed for a assigned seat extra, but still had to wait in line, just the one for priority. Then once you go outside of the terminal, you wait again in the weather until they allow everybody to board at same time (not sure how the whole priority line works, since you only get priority to get out of the building). Seats where very hard and did not recline (something you are not worn about when you buy the ticket). The seats were also so flat your neck hurts if you want to sleep. After 3 hour flight the in the late evening it was not comfortable. No food or drinks, only for purchase . They were the same price as the staff in the terminal, so don't bother buying to take on board. Low cost airline, low cost experience is what you need to expect."

Also not the airlines fault but the pre-boarding area was crowded warm and again not much in the way of any instructions"

Nadelen: "They charged me £45 for my hand bag which was smaller than the standard handbags in other airlines, I had bought priority check-in service but still they didn't allow me to check in before anyone else, as I had to go to a separate queue to pay for my smaller than normal sized hand baggage ( in all other budget airlines its more than acceptable and was slightly bigger than Wizz Air allowance), the WizzAir hand baggage size allowance is way way too small and its a trap to make money off unsuspected passengers like myself. They were rude at the boarding gate and non-apologetic. Did not sympathize with me, although they were nice to other white passengers, I felt I was treated differently because of my race, specially after the Paris attack all brown skinned men were viewed as a potential threat I suppose and did not have a good experience in the flight as all passengers were looking at me funny! Point to be noted: On my way to Budapest from London I was carrying the same hand bag and I was not asked to pay extra!! Inconsistent service!"

First time requirement and totally obtuse. Gate agents did their best to humiliate. No inflight free services. Just be glad you aren't made to pay to pee (yet)."

We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."
Nadelen: "When I got to the airport they made my family pay 200 Euros for not checking in online! This is basically robbery, since I had no choice but paying it without ruining the trip of a lifetime. I've never encountered such a fee from any other airline. It's true that they sent an email warning a couple days before, but I was already traveling, so didn't check my email very carefully. I chose Ryanair in order to save money, despite their planes being less comfortable (seats don't lean back at all) and I don't mind too much having to walk onto the runway in order to board the plane. I very careful to to exceed their very strict carry-on weight limits. But in the end it still wound up being the most expensive and frustrating option."

Arrived at Edinburgh airport and was told that since I did not check in and it was within 2 hours of the flight, I would have to pay 50 Euro per passenger to check in. There were 3 of us. I had previously paid for checked bags and to reserve seats. Sneaky way for an airline to sucker people out of money. Have flown Ryan air before. Will never again. Unfortunate. Staff was welcoming and flight was comfortable. Not a reflection of employees. 100% reflection of upper management."

Voordelen: "Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding,goede koffie (dus dan is betalen geen probleem..) Eindhoven is zoveel handiger dan Schiphol. Parkeren is ook ideaal geregeld."
Nadelen: "Op het laatste moment terminal aangeven. Gedring van mensen om aan boord te komen, snap dat het snel moet maar zou toch meer orde moeten zijn."
Nadelen: "Horrible attitude of staff, poor service, so many hidden fees, delayed flight"
Nadelen: "Ryanair doesn't explain that boarding passes must be printed and that the phone pass is not ok. So upon arrival at the airport I am forced to pay Ryanair 15 euro to get a print copy. Ridiculous!! This information should be clear to the traveler on the website. It appears to be a cash grab on their part."
Nadelen: "Walked almost 20mn in rain to get to the plane"
Voordelen: "The price of the flight and that they had direct from Barcelona to Sofia. Also that they gave us a free checked bag so that we did not have to carry it onto the already cramped plane."
Nadelen: "The boarding process was slow and late. When we booked the flight it was stated that we got a snack and water, but we had to pay for everything. Drinks were almost double that of other discount carriers that were more comfortable. Also, a very expensive box of chocolates, that we purchased as a gift, was stolen from one of our free checked bags, either in Barcelona or Bulgaria. We did not notice until we got home and unpacked."

Nadelen: "Long wait standing outdoor for boarding in covered but open and windy stalls. Crammed to the brim in tight seats. Too many carry-ons for the space available. Rowdy passengers, traveling in groups and standing/partying in the aisle --crew not enforcing a minimum level of respect for others. Landing delayed for over one hour: weather forced to change airport --not their fault, but poor coordination with ground crew at destination and long wait for parking and stairs."
Voordelen: "Basic vlucht maar oké. Vlucht vertrok op tijd en was veilig. Niets meer en niets minder maar dat weet je van te voren als je RyanAir boekt."
