Nadelen: "The seat had no cushioning whatsoever."

Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."

Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."

Voordelen: "Royal Air Moroc is a quality airline. Service oriented and professional gentlemen serving onboard. The 787 Dreamliner is a nice aircraft to fly in and the inflight entertainment and flight map were of high quality. My checked bag arrived expeditiously on both sectors."
Nadelen: "On the regional side, the customer service agents do not make gate announcements informing passengers that the flight is boarding. On both domestic flights, the CSR’s just yelled out that the flight was boarding...in Arabic. This was a source of confusion."

Nadelen: "Received notification that flight was canceled/delayed & notified to checkin at airport between specific times. At the airport the checkin counter opened 3 hours & 20 minutes later than the notification announced. By the time checkin opened, all lounges had closed. Also, flight was further delayed."

Nadelen: "I didnt like the fact that im a paying customer and when i pressed the flight attendant call button to get the attention of a cabin crew, waited for about 15 minutes and nobody showed up, bear in mind that it wasnt the busiest time of flight. I had to wake up the customer sitting next to me so i can walk to the back galley where i found 4 cabin crew members sitting down and chit chatting about their personal lives completely ignoring the chime/sound and light above my seat when i pressed the F/A call button. When i asked for water, one of the cabin crew members pointed towards a bottle of bottle and told me to serve myself as if im a non-paying customer. I paid for my ticket, why should i do their job. In a nutshell, the customer service sucks, for least money i could have taken another airline with better service."

Voordelen: "The staff was very emphatetic to our situation as we were traveling with the groom for his wedding. They tried all they could but unfortunately due to the lack of operational control, were unable to get us to our destination on time. Provided us with vouchers and free stay."
Nadelen: "With little to no explanation, our flight was delayed nearly 4 hours which caused to miss our connecting flight to Egypt. Apparently, there was only one plane in floatation. We missed our connecting flight, next flight was the next day at 9 pm as they only have one flight that goes to Egypt daily. Would not suggest this airline if you need to meet certain deadlines. They compensate with food and vouchers but that isn’t sufficient when you need to ensure your on time for a wedding!"

Nadelen: "My flight from Casablanca to Dulles arrived 4 hours late, close to midnight instead of 8.15pm even though the flight took of on time a little after 7pm Casablanca time. What went wrong? Was the arrival time printed incorrectly on the itinerary? This unexplained delay/error caused a lot of distress for the loved ones waiting at the arrival gate for 4 hours."

Nadelen: "I arrived from Tunis with late time more than 45 min ,I must run to reach my connection to Washington during a rush hour... boarding in time but comfort and food need to be seen and revue. Entertainment need an up date a lot of old movies and a lot of screens were not working and need to be fixed. It was a very bad experience with 5 days delay and no one helped me to fix the situation . even kayak sent old information about my trip."

Nadelen: "Breakfast was poor Service was poor"

Nadelen: "Boarding in Casa Blanca was incredibly disorganized and lengthy, with no communication from airline staff to help alleviate the chaos. We left one hour late. When we arrived at JFK we spent 1.5 hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate. There was no communication from airline staff explaining the delay or any attempt to minimize our discomfort- (provide water for example). Once we disembarked, we waited more than 2 hours for our luggage. After an hour, an airline staff explained the delay and then disappeared. She was remarkably defensive and unsympathetic. I understand that weather conditions u in NY contributed to some of this, but the lack of communication by airline staff was unconscionable. Also the food was terrible."

Voordelen: "The staffs and crew were lovely. They were polite and did their jobs the best they could with the worst provisions ever."
Nadelen: "The fleet was outdated and uncomfortable. The food was tasteless and undercooked, the boarding process was tedious and unorganized.......it was bad."

Voordelen: "The eventual flight the next day was perfectly satisfactory in terms of food, service, and entertainment."
Nadelen: "I was involuntarily transferred to a flight the next day, with no warning (I was not told until I reached the boarding desk, after I had already waited for three hours since the flight was delayed). It was a stressful experience and I do not understand why the usual steps of asking for voluntary transfers and offering compensation were simply skipped over."

Nadelen: "plane was on runway for 6 hours prior to takeoff, even had to go back and refuel midway. Crew did not pass out headsets until 5 hours into delay even though asked multiple times. six hour delay on a seven hour flight is not acceptable when there was only a 15 minute rain squall as the basis."

One crew member walked in on me in the bathroom, then told another passenger about it and laughed, then proceeded to joke with me about it right after and when we landed. I've written to their corporate office. They need a lesson from Lufthansa crew members, ASAP."

Voordelen: "The fact that at least one 23 kg check in luggage is allowed for any person, is a luxury. That was awesome to know I won't face more fees just for traveling with enough personal items for the trip. Not every flight or carrier provides food or refreshments either, perhaps to safe money, but when the customer experiences services like those that are provided in Royal Air Maroc, they will continue to come back and support the company, even when prices might go up a bit higher. People in general want to be treated with respect and I feel like each person in my flight received that. Thank you for a calm and safe experience."
Nadelen: "Getting to the airport in Casablanca is a challenge in itself, and I am used to rude or judgemental comments in Arabic when I am a single female traveler, but I do wish that during the boarding and unloading process, that judgmental comments from airport security be kept polite, discrete or silent. I felt like my check was more extensive then necessary."

Nadelen: "They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane."

Nadelen: "Waiting in line for boarding to find out the passengers in the plane that had arrived had not disembarked. Passengers (and not just priority) brought more than one bag onto the plane. The overhead stowage was bulging. As a passenger with a foot cast the disembarkation was not the best"

Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Nadelen: "There was a hidden charge for everything. If you didn’t check in online, it was 55 Euro, to change your seat to sit next to whoever you are flying with 8 Euro, every refreshment was a charge, luggage was a charge, and the staff were very unfriendly. I will never fly this airline again."

Nadelen: "Took over 11/2 hours to check bags in. Had to enter line twice due to poorly executed information on reservation as to all applicable items needed to check bags, specifically could not use bar code on phone, rather, needed a hard copy ticket."

Nadelen: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"

Voordelen: "It was a great flight from Marrakech to Rome. The boarding was seamless and hassle free. No extra fees or discussions about the size of my carryon or hand bag, just tagged it and brought it with me. Left and arrived right on time. Thanks Ryanair!"

Nadelen: "wederom vertraging"

Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Nadelen: "De bagage normen"

Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"

Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"

Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"

Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"

Nadelen: "For your fault i lost my Next flight to Valencia and nobody of your personal helped me to resolve my problem, when you are the responsables that i lost my flight."

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."

Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."

Nadelen: "No way to print boarding pass. Suitcases were soaked in the rain."

Voordelen: "Comfortable seats and cabin for a short flight and friendly crew"

Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."
