Nadelen: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Nadelen: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Nadelen: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Not only did I have to pay and additional £40 at the airport for it, I had to take it on board with me too. This bag has been on many other low fares airlines without a problem. The Wizz air carry on limit is unrealistically small and is thus merely a money making racket."

Once signage appeared baggage was handled efficiently and the person who was doing this was very helpful in explaining the next steps in process They could do a better job of developing graphics and signage. Also not the airlines fault but the pre-boarding area was crowded warm and again not much in the way of any instructions"

Voordelen: "Un bon vol pas cher, personnel jeune et accueillant, seul bémol mais indépendant de la volonté du pilote: nous sommes arrivés 15 minutes trop tôt et nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes pour sortir car personne n'était présent pour nous accueillir. Le seul gros défaut que je pourrais citer et celui pour réserver des siège, il faut payer, ce que je ne trouve pas normal même à ce prix. Sinon vol pas cher, rapide et efficace."

Nadelen: "Une demi heure de retard.. comme d'habitude. Mais les prestations habituelles étaient cependant au rendez-vous. Tout se paie chez Ryanair. 35 euros de bagages à payer une fois à l'aéroport. En effet impossible de se connecter en ligne sur l'espace privé ryanair 48 heures avant pour ajouter un bagage. Bien décevant. Nous avons été contraints de prendre une très grosse marge de sécurité pour l'aéroport.. 3h30 au lieu de 2h. En effet, le standard par téléphone nous a gentiment expliqué qu'il était impossible d'ajouter des bagages à moins de deux heures de l'heure du vol."

Nadelen: "Nous nous sommes présentés avec nos cartes d'embarquement électroniques qui nous ont été refusées alors qu'elles étaient acceptées pour d"autres passagers sur notre vol. Nous avons été pris en otages, contraints de payer 15€ par personne (90€ pour 6 personnes) d'amende. Tout ça pour imprimer des billets dont le qr code ne fonctionnait pas. Seuls nos billets électroniques fonctionnaient au flash des machines, billets électroniques qu'on nous a refusés !! Un comble !! Il s'agit d'une discrimination inacceptable ! Qu'on se le dise ! Ryanair pratique des amendes à la tête de certains clients sans recours possible !! Ryanair PLUS JAMAIS !!"

There wasn't a tray table, the ticket agent had his feet up on the counter....this gives a pretty good general idea of the value Ryanair puts on Customer service."

On m'a dit de me faire remboursé mais c'est aussi compliqué sur leurs site. J'ai pris une location de voiture au depart de milan, 2h30 d'attente pour avoir le vehicule, c'est un veritable scandale."

Au dernier moment, on nous a obligé à mettre les bagages en soute alors qu'il y avait encore de la place dans les coffres en cabine. Si nous nous organisons ainsi pour un séjour de 5 jours c'est aussi pour gagner du temps. Dommage"

Nadelen: "We were among the first to board and had our luggage stowed above our seats. A couple boarded late and was seated across the aisle from us. The overhead bins were filled and the crew wanted to move my luggage to the middle of the plane--far from me --so that the latecomer could stow a shopping bag. We protested--my luggage was moved to accommodate the latecomer anyway. Is a small thing but I was furious."

Voordelen: "Service was okay."
Nadelen: "They charge you for everything."

Voordelen: "Pretty typical RyanAir-- cheap, fast, and not a lot to get in the way."
Nadelen: "Why do I always get the flight with the screaming child? I know this isn't exactly RyanAir's fault, but it certainly had a negative influence on my flight experience."

Voordelen: "They charge you 45 Euro per ticket if you don't print out your boarding pass or check in online. What a scam."

Voordelen: "Vous faites des locations de voiture et vous n êtes même pas capable de gérer l après vente... à cause de vous je ne sais pas si je rêverais mes 115€. Mais je vais monter un collectif avec toutes les personnes dans le même cas. À la prochaine. :)"

Nadelen: "We asked for a special assistance for grandfather. Nothing came out. Too bad."

Nadelen: "Toujours du retard principalement à l'embarquement Et bien sur nous avons attendu vendredi à Beauvais sans que Ryainair daigne nous informer."

Nadelen: "We were told to use the app for boarding passes-ok great except 'one or more passengers in your party may not use a boarding pass created on this app' ok fine I'll use the website. Except the website will not except any of our flight and travel or information it is it long and laborious procedure. We ended up spending over two hours attempting to get everyone in our party of four registered to check in for their flight only to have the website repeatedly crash and not send us the boarding passes . So in the end I would just warn anyone dealing with Ryan air to print your boarding passes as soon as you book your tickets and slip them into your suitcase once you're traveling and you don't have access to a business center you cannot get their website and/or their app to work correctly for you and if you don't have a boarding pass before you get to the airport they will charge you I believe the charge is €30 per person for them to print you a boarding pass even though their website and their app will not let you download a copy of your boarding pass in a timely and or easy fashion."

Voordelen: "retard d'1 heure 15 au départ de Paris sans explication auprès des voyageurs. Avion très sale : détritus au sol. les 2 atterrissages étaient tres pénibles , violents. L'aéroport de Beauvais est très mal conçu. J'ai réservé un parking sur internet , qui était indiqué à 400 mètres du terminal. l'entrée est bien à 400 m mais j''étais garée tout au bout donc à 2 km 500 à pieds du terminal ! !!! Je ne reprendrai plus jamais un vol Ryanair."
Nadelen: "Concernant les ventes à bord pouvoir consulter les choix et les prix des boissons et des repas sur un petit fascicule serait la moindre des choses . Les annonces sont débitées à toute allure donc incompréhensibles."

Nadelen: "Tout est à nos frais malgré que ce vol est low-cost je m'attendais à mieux"

Voordelen: "vol court, pratique et très bon marché avec un personnel souriant; accessibilité facile à l' aéroport de Cracovie Pierre"

Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly on the flight."
Nadelen: "The fact that you must check yourself in online the night prior and I'd you don't they charge 45 euros per person to "check you in" which is the same thing you're doing when you go to drop off your bag at the ticket counter. I did not have access to the Internet in Portugal so I had no clue about the need to print out our tickets. Will never fly Ryan air again."

Nadelen: "The lack of help that the employees offered."

Voordelen: "Horrible. Employees don't care and everything is resolved charging you extra money with the excuse that the passingers need to do everything online. Never again this airline"

Voordelen: "Leg room, was a really easy journey for such an early morning"
Nadelen: "I didn't have any food so can't comment There was a lack of entertainment but short haul flight so no probs"
