Very poor snack and drink option
Our flight was canceled and had to stand in line for 3 hours and 11 minutes to get on a flight to Florence Italy for the same day. They couldn’t get us to Genoa for 36 hours and had to go through Rome no direct flight. We will be contacting customer service for compensation for a hotel stay in Florence and train tickets to reach our destination Genoa Italy.
Delays. Endless walking at Schiphol, most exits closed. No staff or signs.

Voordelen: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Nadelen: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Toujours en retard et ne s’occupe absolument pas de leur passager durant l’attente. Le personnel du Check in est arrogant et évite le maximum de croisé nos regard pour éviter d’avoir à répondre à nos questions.
Flight was delayed so I had to get an Uber to get home because there weren’t any trains. It was more expensive than the flights..

Bien préciser aux personnes qui viennent vs chcher o T1, qu'il y a un bon 1/4 d'heure pr y arriver et que le parking va leur coûter très cher
Nadelen: "It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight."
Nadelen: "Au moment de l'embarquement on ne m'a pas laissé passer avec mon chien d'utilité, qui avait pourtant tous les documents demandés sur le site internet EasyJet, sous prétexte que je ne pouvais pas justifier que c'était mon chien. On m'a aussi dit que mon vol serait retardé le temps de régler ce problème alors qu'il a décollé à l'heure, sans que je puisse le prendre. Au moment où j'ai voulu partir de la zone de Check in, le personnel n'a pas voulu me rendre les documents d'identité de mon Chien d'assistance. C'est un problème inadmissible."

Nadelen: "Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage."

Nadelen: "We were five people with five carry-on lugages and five small individual bags. The people in boarding tried to charge us €76 for each one of the bags for a total of €380 extra. We managed to put three of those bags inside our suitcases but we were still charged for two very small bags €152."

Nadelen: "Les précisions sur l’heure de départ et une fois tout les passager embarqués, ne pas attendre encore 30 minutes avant de décoller"

Nadelen: "The announcements regarding gate # and on time/delay kept changing until actual boarding, so was very confusing as the gates were on different levels. Once on the flight, I asked a young female attendant to help me put my heavy suitcase in the overhead bin and was surprised when she declined(I'm 72)"

Nadelen: "Paid GBP 26.99 to be able to take with me my carry-on that was refused by a groundstaff standing outside and informing me she determined what would happen. Bad bad experience and paying GBP 26,99 for nothing is a real shame"

Nadelen: "Bad Terminal and riude check in staff. Sell dear gin tonic and no lemon. hostesses refused to remove used cups for three hours and 3 trequests. Real shame! I took my cups to the gulley myself!!"
Voordelen: "Crew was nice, boarding was quick, flight was smooth and arrived 20 minutes early to our destination. I looked ahead on their site and paid a little extra for XL seats, with those you get speedy boarding and can bring a purse or backpack on top of your one rolly-bag carry on - they make it VERY clear on their site that you are only allowed 1 carry on within very specific size measurements. The XL seats were worth it for the leg room and extra small bag."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed Not enough food on plane. Boarding took forever long long queues at Lisbon but security was surprisingly fast. Landed 40 min late"
Voordelen: "Flight was on time. Boarding was super smooth. Staff was lovely. Nothing to complain about!! I was worried because I had three kids and I had heard horror stories about the airline being super strict about the size of carry-on luggage but everything was fine! They didn’t ask us to check in our bags or to pay any additional Fees. I was so happy! It was easy peasy!"
Nadelen: "Everything was perfect. There was a dad who kept yelling at his kid in Serbia’s-Croatian but that had nothing to do with the airline."

Nadelen: "Landing didn't succeed in the first time, we had to fly around for 20 minutes and try again, pilot didn't say anything about it, it was a bit frightening. 40 minutes delay. The flight was operated by smartlynx Estonia."
