Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Vérification minutieuse de l'ensemble des poids des bagages à main (qui étaient tous conformes) pour un vol intérieur d'une heure... A l'évidence le service client n'est plus au rendez-vous avec Air France."

Voordelen: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."

Nadelen: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

It has been years since I have had to deal with clogged painful ears, but for 30 minutes this was the case. The flight was over 40 minutes delayed and no announcements were made. Boarding and deplaning was chaotic."

Nadelen: "There was an altercation between two passengers on the flight that escalated to four people being involved. The crew did little to nothing to resolve the situation. As a result, screaming persisted for multiple minutes until the passengers stopped themselves."

Nadelen: "Allow 1 hand luggage and 1 personal item like most airlines. They made us combine into 1 before boarding which makes no sense because most people just separated them after boarding. London Gatwick is a horrible airport. Nothing the airline can do about that. Poor signage and no one to guide you."

Nadelen: "They overbooked our flight, sold our tickets and we didn’t get on standby. We had to wait in the airport for 8 hours for another flight because of this."

Voordelen: "Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight."
Nadelen: "I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport."

We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."

Voordelen: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"

Nadelen: "Salle d’embarquement trop petite, bar très sale et les toilettes n’en parlons pas tout ça a 07h30 qu’est ce que cela doit être en fin de journée. Pas assez de sièges, pas assez de personnel pour aider les voyageurs à l’auto drop bag. Avion pas très propre. Et vol en retard."

Voordelen: "Very polite and helpful crew. Everyone was a bit confused by my Calton Hard Shell case but they let me on, gratefully. My instrument and all the passengers luggage fit with space to spare."

Voordelen: "Despite an hour's delay on the runway (not easyJet's fault) and some turbulence, we still arrived with time to spare for our onward travel, so the pilot must have made up some lost time."

Voordelen: "We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the flight was and the efficiency."

Nadelen: "Encore des retards"

Voordelen: "Great flight and glad we upgraded our seats to XL and crew were brilliant."
Nadelen: "Gatwick Airport North very congested and very dirty in eating areas."

Voordelen: "Flight was well organised and lef on time."
Nadelen: "Rating of one star for food was because we didn't have any and entertainment because understandably there wasn't any."

Voordelen: "Really nice crew, even by Easyjet standards."
Nadelen: "Aircraft landed/departed 30 minutes late, but made up most of the time on flight."
