Nadelen: "Our plane to Nice was diverted to Marseille airport. We were told the airport was closed, however, all other flights seem to be landing at the "closed" airport. After landing at Marseille, the captain told us that we would refuel and fly back to Nice. After a long wait stuck in the hot, stuffy and cramped cabin, the captain announced that he received a call from EasyJet's London office directing him to discontinue the flight because it was more economical to bus the passengers back to Nice. Some passengers refused to deplane and the crew called the police to force them off the plane. The crew was hostile and at no point apologized for the situation. No buses were present when we deplaned. No instructions were given. We simply sat in an uncomfortable holding area for more than three hours without sufficient information or help. If anyone asked for further information they were literally threatened with arrest. In a few cases the police were called by EasyJet staff but the officers unsurprisingly refused to actually arrest someone for such an absurd reason. After an excruciating wait the buses arrived. It took three more hours to get back to Nice. We were dumped there in the middle of the night with no help or assistance. The airport was like a ghost town. It was the worst flight ever. No more EasyJet."

Also, the plain was an hour late and the way they started boarding was really disorganized and it was as if the passengers were cattle as they corralled us into a 20x30 standing-only roped off section to wait to board after already having or boarding passes checked."

On top of that we reached our gate and right prior to boarding they change it. And finally they lose 2 of our checked in bags. This all happened at the ORLY airport in Paris. Flight Paris to Nice. I would recommend using a more reputable airline during the summer PS: if you don't speak French good luck getting them to understand you. Bring a translator like google or Microsoft translator on your phone!"

Voordelen: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."
Nadelen: "No food, the seats were old, but it was ok,"

Nadelen: "Het feit dat ik handbagage heb en dat dat perse in het luchtruim moet omdat Ryanair structureel te weinig ruimte heeft in het vliegtuig. Maar als ik 1kilo teveel inpak moet ik extra betalen. Maar als ze zelf iets verkeerd doen geen vergoeding of wat dan ook. Zelfs geen excuus. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"
Voordelen: "We paid for our seats but the staff decided to move people that were separated due to Ryanairs booking system to move with us who had paid for seats. No good"
Voordelen: "Nothing, it was a terrible experience. I will never fly this airline again."
Nadelen: "I swiped my card to pay for baggage. The kiosk said approved, and RyanAir said that the card was not processed. After a 45 minute delay, our bags were finally checked. I'm currently disputing the four baggage charges with my bank. The planes are small, and in Paris you fly out of Beauvais which is a 90 minute ride to the city."
Voordelen: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Nadelen: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."

Nadelen: "Ryan Air makes you pay a "Priorty" boarding fee so that you can take your carry-on on board. Then if there's room they'll let non-priority passengers bring their carry-on's. We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."
Nadelen: "When I got to the airport they made my family pay 200 Euros for not checking in online! This is basically robbery, since I had no choice but paying it without ruining the trip of a lifetime. I've never encountered such a fee from any other airline. It's true that they sent an email warning a couple days before, but I was already traveling, so didn't check my email very carefully. I chose Ryanair in order to save money, despite their planes being less comfortable (seats don't lean back at all) and I don't mind too much having to walk onto the runway in order to board the plane. I very careful to to exceed their very strict carry-on weight limits. But in the end it still wound up being the most expensive and frustrating option."

Voordelen: "Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding,goede koffie (dus dan is betalen geen probleem..) Eindhoven is zoveel handiger dan Schiphol. Parkeren is ook ideaal geregeld."
Nadelen: "Op het laatste moment terminal aangeven. Gedring van mensen om aan boord te komen, snap dat het snel moet maar zou toch meer orde moeten zijn."

Voordelen: "I have a double ticket reservation , they refused to cancel one and gove me a credit for it !! Even booth reservation to the same distenation on the same day and almost the same hour !!!!"
