Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

None of the seats recline, on the whole plane.

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

NO ONE AND NOTHING gave me a notification or anything that I couldn’t fly to peru if my passport was within 6 months of expiring so I couldn’t even go. It’s ridiculous and I don’t think airlines should be allowing purchasing without having some system to check your passport information.

Nadelen: "I arrived 3 hours early to my flight, which I had been notified that morning of a 2hr delay. Fortunately the woman who checked me in realized there was 1 seat available on the last flight that would get me to Lima in time for my connection flight (departing same time as my flight pre-delay). She personally got me to the front of the line, and ran with me just about to the gate, where I caught a shuttle to the plane. If she hadn't done so, and if I hadn't checked in so early, I would have been forced to stay in Lima 24hrs, despite buying a rightful seat and having reservations in Buenos Aires. It is appalling and unacceptable that y'all continue to overbook flights, causing incredible trouble, inconvenience and potential harm to your customers. For a service that costs so much, the only acceptable delays are weather and mechanically related. if it hadn't been for amazing staff immediately, I would've been furiously waiting in a city I didn't need or want to be in. Customer service will continue to grow your business or impede it negatively-- how y'all act is up to you. I appreciate how well I was taken care of by several kind individuals."

I always try to book on TAP. Every single flight I’ve had with them has always been flawless. They’re more expensive than the pure budget airlines, but not much. That extra little bit I pay is worth it 100x.

Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Nadelen: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

Voordelen: "Staff are friendly and pleasant. Seats are comfortable with more space than some airlines.Good choice of films."
Nadelen: "This was probably the worst boarding I have ever seen. They called the Paris flight while people were still boarding for Frankfurt. It was chaotic, with people struggling to find which line to be in. There was no visible guidance from Ethiopian ground crew. Eventually got in line. One guy checking boarding passes for both business and economy. Very slow with again no crowd control. Children were not given priority. Eventually many people went through business queue while others had been waiting in economy. Ground staff were standing around watching and not helping or communicating. Poor show from Ethiopian!"
Nadelen: "Spent 10 hours in a broken seat... wouldn’t recline. Screen on next seat was broken so I couldn’t move there. Bathroom out of toilet paper and at the end of the flight there was SO MUCH TRASH AND STUFF EVERYWHERE it looked like the ground at an outside 3 day concert. I’ve never seen such a filthy plane. And the food needs improvement."

Nadelen: "Besides that the flight was 4 hours delayed and the staff gave different information then the screen, customer service was non existant. There seems to be no structure or system. Gate change was not announced. Staff was not clear or direct about status of the flight. I have had several flights with EA and most have been completely disappointing and frustrating. Forget trying to call anyone, it took me 4 days of non stop calls to connect with someone to change my flight date. Then once connected the credit card system was apparently down and they could not charge my fee. I had to contact the US office while I was in Africa in order to get anything done, ridiculous. They over charged me and would not honor the fees that were quoted on the phone and via email but the head office. Dishonest and no concern for the inconvenience to their customers. This airline would be the last choice, highly not recommended."
