Nadelen: "Flight delayed over an hour because they couldn't fuel the plane and had to wait for trucks. Did not update the board at the gate with boarding times and people waited on long lines unnecessarily because they did not update the boarding times. Very frustrating."

Nadelen: "in NY they would not give me a seat/ boarding pass for this flight - they said i had to get one only in zurich. by the time they gave me one in zurich - it was a middle seat and there were no other seats available. i was totally squished in between 2 men [ i am a female] and the seats were sooo small and there was absolutely no room. i was totally uncomfortable and had to sit like this for 4 hours... i did not like this AT ALL"

Nadelen: "Flight from Barcelona was delayed for 2 hours, so we missed the flight from Zurich to New York."

Nadelen: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

Nadelen: "I wish the dinner service flying from JFK to ZH could be made sooner in the trip to allow more lights out time to relax and try to sleep. I wish all the movies had subtitles so I could read rather than have to deal with the head phones and the bad quality sound they produce."

Voordelen: "The crew on Swiss Air is very welcoming. The food was pretty good and there was frequent beverage service, so you don't get dehydrated like on other airlines."
Nadelen: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

Nadelen: "Checking in we had a nasty representative, but other than that, all was well"

Nadelen: "I paid for a seat on the aisle with extra leg room. Seat 24D. There was only minimal foot space because of some type of metal box under seat 23D. I don't think that I should had to pay $45 for the extra leg room just to receive cramped foot space."

Voordelen: "The boarding process was efficient. Swiss Air provides much more spacious and comfortable seating arrangements than many other airlines."
Nadelen: "My entertainment system would not turn off, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I asked a flight attendant for help and she said she would reset it. However, the reset did not work and she never came back to verify whether or not it had solved the situation. I finally gave up and put a blanket over the screen. Furthermore, the meal service was very slow. It seemed as if most of the staff was very young and likely inexperienced. Perhaps it would be better to mix younger, less experienced staff with more seasoned staff. I flew three other Swiss flights during my European vacation and the service was much faster. Incidentally, most of the staff on these other flights were older and probably more experienced."

Voordelen: "Crew and overall service was great. Crew was attentive and friendly."
Nadelen: "Food wasn't the usual Swiss quality this time. Are seats getting smaller? Very cramped, no leg room (I am a 164 cm, 53 kg female). I had some black metal box in my legroom area on top of everything. It would be absolutely impossible to take the "crash position" highlighted in the safety video."

Nadelen: "Terrible service. Crew was unfriendly and unhelpful. There seems to be an element of arrogance when flying with this airlines."

Voordelen: "Everything! Great Flight attendants, good food. Drinks in economy class. First class treatment in economy. Plenty of entertainment options. We were fortunate to have a very clear air on our transatlantic flight. They did not turn on the seatbelt sign except to land."

Nadelen: "Entertainment was terrible- poor selection and consols were super old Old planes and crowded isles No chance to select seats! Weight limit on carry on No perks for gold star alliance Free wine is not good quality so why bother with providing"

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Voordelen: "The Agent at the Lufthansa baggage location services was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."

Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "Cancelled at last minute. Rebooking was not done correctly and I was denied boarding from Washington Dulles to Orlando. Lufthansa didn’t do something right so United said the ticket was invalid."

Nadelen: "They had one guy checking passports and he was being trained. Someone asked if there was anyone trying to get on the SF flight and a bunch of us raised our hands, but they didn't do anything. We had to run like OJ to make our flight. Not fun. Then the AC wasn't working while we sat there."

Nadelen: "Snacks/food was virtually non-existent. A tiny water bottle and pretzels in a clear plastic bag; no flavored beverages (juice/soda). Wasn't offered headphones on this flight, although I was offered them on the outbound; I've mixed feelings about that, as I had headphones, but they were in my carryon. Prefer built-in IFE rather than Bring-Your-Own-Device, as a smartphone is inferior to a large touchscreen."

Nadelen: "The cabin was way too cold and no blankets were provided due to COVID. No blankets I get, but the cabin temperature made 3 1/2 hours seem like 5."

Nadelen: "The flight from Chicago to Barcelona was delayed by 1.5 hour due to first, unexplained reason (looked like late arrival) and updating navigation maps (??). The flight back from Barcelona to Chicago was delayed by 3 hours first due to late arrival and then congestion at the airport."

Voordelen: "Loved getting pretzels and pop. Loved having movie options. Didn’t love the delay."

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Nadelen: "Everything. Our plane boarded an hour late. The outdated planes need to be renovated with seatback screens. There weren't even any aisle entertainment screens in this plane. The economy seats are smaller than on other planes we've flown in; my husband could not fit his legs in his own leg area and was miserable the entire flight. And only one small snack for a 6 hour flight?"

Nadelen: "One bathroom for whole plane for 5.5 hr flight. Enough said."

Nadelen: "No signage for checking bags. Was total cluster. No one knew where to take bags or what line to be in. Employees kept telling us we were in the wrong line but didn’t seem to tell us what was the correctly line."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was awesome. Hate staff were great the check in staff were not helpful at all"
Nadelen: "Kiosk to print luggage tag did not work properly. Not enough people helping prior to A flight. Ground staff was not helpful at all. Had me wait in line for 15 mins to check a bag then could not check the bag, gate staff was very good."

Nadelen: "Going to aircraft by bus in the cold with long wait for bus departure"

Voordelen: "Enough leg room. Free movies"
Nadelen: "Nothing really"

Voordelen: "Price and service"
Nadelen: "Outdated airplanes"

Voordelen: "Everything went smoothly."

Nadelen: "eh. not enough space, like most airlines these days. Flight wasn't long enough to hate it though."

Nadelen: "The entertainment screens did not work in my seat and my wife's seat."

Voordelen: "Everything was very adequate, nothing special about this flight."
Nadelen: "Takeoff was delayed about 35 minutes just due to traffic on the runway. Out of all the flights on our international trip, the only issues we experienced were with American airports. You would think an issue like this would be readily solved by foreplanning, but instead we sat on the tarmac just waiting for our turn to take off. Some form of entertainment on the plane would've been nice. Or at least a place to charge electronics. Our bags arrived at our destination before we did, and although I immediately received a text alerting me to this fact, I was dismayed to find out they were in an entirely different terminal of the DFW airport. After 24 hours of travel and very little sleep, instead of just walking off the plane and retrieving our bags, our group of 20 weary souls had to first determine where our luggage was, catch a bus to a different terminal ( because of the size of our group we couldn't all fit on the first bus, so had to wait for the second bus), and then track down our bags. American Airlines did absolutely nothing to help make this experience any easier for us. Five of our party were in wheelchairs due to various levels of exhaustion or ailment, and all we were told is "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do." This little adventure delayed us about an hour."

Nadelen: "un vol de sept heures sans un écran individuel, une première pour moi après de nombreux voyages. un vol transatlantique n'est pas un vol intérieur, pouvoir se distraire avec un film de son choix est un minimum surtout au prix du billet."

Nadelen: "Décollage en retard et arrivée avec plus de 40mn de retard Pas de classe premium eco et pas de possibilité d’avoir un espace avec un de place pour les jambes au comptoir Pour information générale , les places en économie sont très exiguës et généralement j’essaye de ne pas prendre de vol AA si je ne peux pas prendre à l’avance un siège sur les sortie de secours ce qui n’a pas été possible cette fois"

Voordelen: "Friendly flight attendant and arrival earlier than expected"
Nadelen: "There was nothing not to like. We took off on time, had no turbulence, friendly service and landed early."
