Nadelen: "Décollage en retard et arrivée avec plus de 40mn de retard Pas de classe premium eco et pas de possibilité d’avoir un espace avec un de place pour les jambes au comptoir Pour information générale , les places en économie sont très exiguës et généralement j’essaye de ne pas prendre de vol AA si je ne peux pas prendre à l’avance un siège sur les sortie de secours ce qui n’a pas été possible cette fois"

Nadelen: "The headroom and seating space on this plane were tight and inadequate. Paid extra for 'preferred seating' but certainly couldn't tell that I got anything for the money. Had to duck to get in and out of seat. Was in a 2-seat row with a large, but not oversize young man and our shoulders were glued together the entire trip. Was served warm tomato juice with no ice, although ice bucket was full. last flight of evening so perhaps attendants were tired, but nonetheless...."

Nadelen: "Unable to sleep on the redeye from Seattle to Philly owing to a loud, constant alarm for the entire flight."

Nadelen: "tvs weren't working correctly during the entire flight"

Voordelen: "Nice seats, friendly staff and crew."
Nadelen: "Boarding groups are not clearly announced-and with the threat of checked baggage this makes people angry and spiteful to other passengers. They forgot to bring the immigration forms onboard, only had the customs. They didn't give us pens/pencils to fill out the customs form. This made offboarding confusing and messy. What entertainment? No screens."

Voordelen: "The crew was great"
Nadelen: "American airline serviced the flight with an extremely undersized plane that was only suitable in seat size for children. Our family of 5, including 2 children were placed each in a different location. The 2 men, average size, 5'9" were placed in window seats that required your head to be bent to the side because the wall curves over and the seat was so narrow. Everyone was hanging over each other's seat. There was no leg room. Everyone on the plane was upset and in disbelief that for 7 hours we would have to fly like that. Spending thousands of dollars, I did not expect this extremely closterphobic conditions. I would have paid extra for better seats. Not a happy customer."

Nadelen: "i ask the crew for help to locate my luggage because we didnt pick it up after we landed in chicago for custom check! we were told in thailand that our bag will be going to wichita and we did not need to pick it up in chicago, when i try to do the self check in their machine didnt work! so i had to wait in line, and then wheni ask the crew member for help to locate my luggage she said she is too busy!!!!!"

Le vol sur un Boeing qui a bien vécu, le modèle avec les ecran accroché au plafond de l'avion et ou tout le monde regarde le même film,"

Nadelen: "No food! except pretzels and sandwiches for purchase. I didn't purchase a sandwich but the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using onboard wifi, as well as 2 tv shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."

Nadelen: "plane in cos had to refuel so we were 20 late leaving and I bearly made it to next flight in dallas they were closing doors, young people ran but im old so could not move as fast, it was a challenge to not miss flight"

Nadelen: "I paid $150 extra for 2 exit row seats thinking we could use the extra room on the long flight. Unfortunately, the exit row space was cut off by and smaller than a normal row! Our legs were extremely cramped by the time we got to Rome. We had no overhead storage, which was already small, so we had to put our carry-ons multiple rows behind us -- which made exiting the plane a pain. There wasn't any personal entertainment systems, just one tv per section. The food was sub par. The crew was nice enough, but I'll NEVER take American Airlines internationally again."

Nadelen: "Three trips around complex on train because of gate changes. Could have spent a short while eating, relaxing, instead of frantically thinking I was going to be late and miss my flight."

Nadelen: "8h de retard dû à un avion défectueux, la météo, un changement de pilote, un changement d'équipage.... On a dû attendre en tout au moins 3-4h assis dans l'avion tout en ayant peu de détails sur la situation..."

Voordelen: "There was enough space between the passengers and for my legs."
Nadelen: "To many layovers. The should arrange for more direct flights. Having less options but a reduce flight time will be best. That goes for all airlines."

Voordelen: "We flew on an American Airlines plane which appeared to be very new. As such, the touch screen TV was very easy to use, the restroom was very clean, and the storage compartment was efficient."
Nadelen: "This new plane of American Airlines had extended legroom. However, they have narrowed the seats, made the armrests unretractable, and you can not recline your seat. So, although the legroom is enhanced, you are "locked into" a rather straight up sitting oosition with no ability to rotate a bit side to side. I can't imagine how a slightly overweight person could negotiate this. For a 2.5 hr flight, I was very uncomfortable within 15 minutes"

Voordelen: "Size of plane On time departure Meal choices were excellent Entertainment choices were excellent"
Nadelen: "That this became an American Airlines flight after booking and no one from either airline contacted us to tell us. We couldn't find the Finnair flight anywhere and came to figure out that American was handling this flight."

Voordelen: "Mon vole de Charlot a New York était en retard de presque 1h. Cela ma cause de rater mon vol international avec Tourkish. En plus de toute la fatigue de passe une nuit dans des conditions très difficile, j'ai payer une pénalité de près de 700 dollars USA pour un autre billet plus d'autres frais divers en nourriture et en communication. Le plus difficile pour moi est que votre personnel a New York était insensible a mes problèmes."
Nadelen: "Un terrible retard de conséquence lourde."

Voordelen: "Good food, my wife is gluten free and she ate well too. Snacks and drinks throughout the flight, and all the Tim Tam I could eat, if you haven't had Tim Tam, just try it and you'll be hooked."

Voordelen: "Crew was nice the flight was comfortable."
Nadelen: "We had to literally run through aireport from Terminal C to D so we wouldn't miss our connection due to a flight delay."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "My headphone jack only had sound in right ear. Headset was horribly uncomfortable so even if I did have sound the headphones hurt too much to use. Should be able to use your own headphones but there was no option to because of the double jack"

Voordelen: "The entertainment wasn't good (the movie choice was not to my liking, the main feature was shown twice, there was no opportunity to choose a different film, the screen was difficult to see, and the sound was difficult to hear), but none of that was very important to me. The crew was great, and surprisingly edible food and generous beverage offerings just kept coming. The food and beverage service never intruded on anyone's rest or reading, but rather provided just the right amount of distraction to enable the time of the flight to pass quickly. Overall, it was one of the best flight experiences I can remember."

Nadelen: "The seats are very tight. They ran out of the lower priced drinks. No leg room."

Voordelen: "Good boarding time, though the passengers were disorganized. It's not air Canada's fault. Even in the snow, we made good time to the destination."
Nadelen: "There was not enough room for many people's carry on items and staff did not help find space. Most of the passengers would not put their small bags under the seats so passengers with big bags had no choice but to give up foot space completely. Carry on limits should be better enforced."

Nadelen: "Une agente de air canada, qui aide les passagers et verifie si les valises de cabine sont reglementaire, a l'aeroport de fort lauderdale ne ma pas seulement mal acceuillit mais elle ne ma pas donner ou offert un service a la clientele digne de la compagnie aerienne Air Canada et etait tres desagreable. Finalement il c'est averer que mon bagage etait reglementaire et ma valise cest briser pendant la verification de celui-ci en le mettant dans la mini cage en metale pour verifier la grosseur. Celle-ci ne c'est meme pas excuser ou souhaiter bonne voyage. Une chance que j'ai passer de belle vacance."

Voordelen: "Our toddler got sick on the plane and the crew were immensely helpful providing towels and bags to clean up the mess. They checked in with us multiple times to see how he was."

Nadelen: "Problématique avec les écrans donc ils ne fonctionnaient pas pour la dernière moitié du vol."

Voordelen: "I thought the crew was awesome. Very friendly, but the bathrooms definitely needed to be taken care of. SO dirty."
Nadelen: "TV wasn't working at all which made for a very long flight! Food selection ran out. I felt like the plane was old and outdated."

Nadelen: "D'abord changement de mon vol direct pour un vol avec escale puis deux jours avant le retour; annulation du premier trajet. Nous avons dû argumenter pour avoir un vol de retour la journée même"

Nadelen: "Aucun confort, mon banc était defoncé. Le vol avait 4 hrs de retard dû à un problème d'avion."

Nadelen: "They were weighting carry on luggage. My luggage was was 22pound and they asked me remove one pound. Plain redicules. They don't provide any snack. West jet is much better option. They have screen TVs. Very boring . Extremely tight leg space. Air Canada is coping Spirit Airlines since they are monopoly. Not many airlines have direct flights to Montreal. They are taking full advantage of it."

Nadelen: "Air Canada pricing is same as other non budget airlines like British airways, Lufthansa but service is on par with budget airlines like Ryan Air. I'm amazed how they get away with it."

Voordelen: "food was fairly good. crew very nice."
Nadelen: "The selection of movies was poor. not enough current releases. would have liked to have an alcoholic drink for free. (one would be nice)"

Voordelen: "Plane left on time, smooth flight, arrived on schedule."
Nadelen: "1. Food very substandard. Hot food not very well prepared and rather tasteless, and snack was like a cardboard wrap with some salsa sauce in it. A disgrace to a major airline like Air Canada. Selection of drinks very limited. 2, Staff persisted in speaking mostly French, on an international flight. Some announcements were made only in French. As a Canadian, I can follow French, but let us remember that English is the international language. To use French is not fair to other nationalities, who expect English. 3. Seats far too close together for a long flight. There was more legroom on the Jazz flight from Montreal to Ottawa! 4. Entertainment kept breaking down. Headphones for my wife did not work, and eventually both of our screens went dead. Her's quit right in the middle of a movie. Bad!! 5. Boarding passes had zones on them, but these were totally disregarded in boarding. This resulted on overcrowding, long waits, etc. Hard on older people!"

Nadelen: "L'app n'a pas fonctionné sur ma tablette donc rien à faire pour 5 heures. Même avec l'app ne fonctionne pas trèes bien."

Nadelen: "Je suis outré de payer un supplément pour les bagages lorsque la compagnie offre de gérer les bagages de cabines gratuitement lors de l'embarquement. Noter que les bagages de cabines sont de plus en plus gros et qu'il se rapproche énormément des valises que l'on met en soute et auquel il faut payer... C'est vraiment enrageant et j'ai l'impression de me faire avoir."

Nadelen: "-very little leg room on rouge plane -do not own a device to watch movies etc -this is very exclusive and assumes that everyone has access to devices"

Voordelen: "I liked the service. I dont like flying much but the stewdardes made me feel comfortable so it was a good flight"

Nadelen: "My bags were lost and no one would give me contact information for how to track them down. The only number I was give has not had anyone answer after I have called many times over the last several hours"

Voordelen: "Fast and easy check in"

Voordelen: "I was not expecting much from the small aircraft, but there was so much leg room that my very tall husband actually fit in the seat and his knees didn't touch the seat in front of him like usual. And, there was an in-flight entertainment system, also unexpected. Kept the kids happy."
Nadelen: "I gave 1 star for food because there wasn't any. Air North has cookies."

Voordelen: "The plane was delayed and I had a short layover so I was maybe not going to make it to my next flight so they transferred me to another airline and was upgraded to first class for free!"
Nadelen: "I disliked that my flight was originally at 4 pm and the one that I was changed to didn't leave until 8 pm"

Nadelen: "Everything poor attitude bad manners and terrible demeanor"

Nadelen: "5 hour delay. Didn't get the correct seat."

Voordelen: "Not much. Maybe the boarding is not bad and the flight is on time"
Nadelen: "The crew is rude and unprofessional. Really low efficient and the seats are uncomfortable. Too tide for a 14 hours flight"

Nadelen: "The plane was filthy. The leg room seemed smaller than usual. The crew wasn't very friendly."

Voordelen: "The costumer service desk in Toronto on the way home was very curtious and helpful. They helped us get back on our original flight home, avoiding the 6 hour layover caused by their rescheduling after we got to Rome."
Nadelen: "2 of our 4 flight legs were changed last minute creating great difficulties making the first flight and causing a 6 hr layover on the way home. The crews to and from Rome acted like they had to be there and wished they weren't. that made the flight much less pleasant. The line through customs in Rome was 90 minutes long, way understaffed."

Nadelen: "La personne au comptoir est arrivé à 6:00 le matin et nous étions au terminal à 5:10 pour un vol à 7:15. On nous avais dit qu'à Toronto nous devions s'enregistrer 2 heure avant un vol."

Voordelen: "L'équipage etait très gentils"
Nadelen: "L'attente de pratiquement 2 heure dans lavion parce que une piece dans le poste de pilotage ne fonctionnait pas et ensuite un telephone d'agent de bord be fonctionnant pas nous à fait décoller en retard et nous avons attendu tout ce temps dans lavion. Je ne comprend pas qu'une grosse compagnie comme air Canada est des laquer comme Ca et que ce soit le client qui écope"

Voordelen: "La durée de vol était relativement rapide."
Nadelen: "Le siège n'était pas confortable. Aucun support lombaire au dossier. C'était vraiment pénible de rester assis. On aurait pu au moins de fournir un oreiller correct, mais celui-ci n'avait aucune fermeté et ne supportait rien. J'ai personnellement apporté mon oreiller de transport mais c'était pas assez. La prise d'écouteur ne fonctionnait pas bien."

Voordelen: "Everything was well organized and we were able to depart sooner than scheduled."
Nadelen: "There were some items on the menu that were not actually available."

Voordelen: "Comfy seat, good food, great attentive service and wonderful safe take offs and landings! Also we received extra treats for their inaugural flight from Brussels to Toronto."
