Flight from Zurich to Florence was fine

Ce vol était opéré par United qui n’a, manifestement, pas de hauts standards de service pour la classe business

Swiss, knowing the disfunction of the Brussels airport, should have contacted passengers connecting to their flight, and escorted them through an accelerated process, to assist in making the flight.

It wasn’t communicated that on the layover, we needed to again have our documents checked so after waiting in long line to board, we were sent back to another documents check line and then back to the long boarding line. It wasn’t a big deal but something to mention. Once on board the crew was phenomenal. Very friendly and constantly working and serving. I don’t think they got a moments rest during the 10+ hour flight. Best service on a flight in years….hands down above & beyond Delta airlines where I have my miles awards membership. Very pleased with Swiss Air.

Entertaining options could be expanded but I wouldn’t trade for anything else. Excellent experience all around.

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Une famille de 4 personnes et nous n’avons pas été assis dans la même partie de l’avion…

A part l'embarquement pas vraiment un peu chaotique tout fût parfait.

Un petit problème, mais pas forcément dû à Delta, est que nous avons eu 3 changements de porte. Sinon tout était bien.

J aurais aimé que les passagers soient appelés par zone. Exemple zone 1 présenter vous pour débarquement ensuite zone 2..... ainsi les autres passagers restent assis et attendent leur tour.

Mon baggage en soute à été extrêmement détérioré

Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Delayed boarding otherwise all was great. Had the Comfort+ seating which was decent. A bit more room than what is normal these days. Free Wifi for the whole trip was a bonus also

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Everything was good

The food could be better

The flight didn't exist. The Service customer sucks. They didn't solution the problem and hang up the call.

There was no entertainment and the cabin data did not work. Food for a 7 hour international flight was half of a ham & cheese sandwich. That is correct, not even one sandwich...

Train the employees better

We bordered at 408pm Monday on time from Medellín to Bogota but when on the plane we sat on the runway from 420 to 700pm.. they never let us off the plane judt said logistical issues. I had a connecting flight to Quito Ecuador from Bogota the same say at 748pm. We landed in Bogota at 815pm missed my flight. I was told to call my provider Kayak.com ans Kiwi.com No replies until 7hrs later. In which they denied the plane even left the terminal as they said it was canceled but hey I have photos and sent them and they still couldn't belive it. So I sent proof and now they argue with me about waiting 3 months for repayment of the connecting flight. I've spoken now 25 agents all differnt names all giving differnt information. Never seen a company in 37 years be so unprofessional

Check in so slowly

This was my first flight with LATAM, and I loved it! After not being able to reach my final destination on Spirit Airlines, I booked a ticket with LATAM. I unknowingly booked a first class ticket, but I was not disappointed! I had never been in first class, and I was so impressed with the flight attendant politeness and attentiveness, meal service, spaciousness, comfort, and window views. I would like to fly them again!

Nadelen: "Delayed take off due to mixup between crew and passengers... a lot of seat changing before we got cleared for takeoff."
Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "Lost my flight after connection with Turkish arrived late and lost my luggage, Latam has no office in Chicago so i had to call, didn't assist me on the phone with changing my flight, sent me to speak with American airlines that was operating the flight, asked for a supervisor on the phone but they declined. Second day at airport i found out they booked me on a three leg flight home at 8 AM althought i was on the phone with them at 1:30 AM and I was never informed about the flight they offered at 8 AM. I ended up paying again for a flight with United the same day."
Voordelen: "The flight crew was welcoming and helpful."
Nadelen: "I was very disappointed to discover that I was not able to choose my seat in advance because I bought my ticket from a third party. I ended up in the emergency exit aisle with a seat that wouldn’t recline so I was unable to sleep on my overnight flight. Also the staff at the gate showed up just 5 minutes before boarding, so I waited in line a long time to get my seat- almost an hour. I could not see the movie screen from my seat."
Nadelen: "vuelo terrible, los asientos totalmente incómodos, el pasaje no ha costado poco y suprimireron el snack, qué vuelo tan incómodo. ya no conectan la manga y la gente salio en todo el frío fue un choque muy brusco de corriente porque dentro del avión estaba muy caliente ya que creo que no funcionaba el aire acondionado y salir en todo el viento cualquiera se puede enfermar"

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours Making us be late for our connection. We made it to the flight but it was a real hassle."
Voordelen: "Enjoyed my first trip on LATAM."
Nadelen: "Had to wait more than 2 hours in the Que to get the boarding pass. Had to come in air new Zealand and same issues when went to brisbane. More than 8 hours wait before flying to brisbane. Thanks."
Voordelen: "Easy boarding and organized staff. Friendly staff overall."
Nadelen: "Terrible terrible food- no TV (really? in 10 years flying to Colombia this was a first) seats were very uncomfortable, no room to move the legs, the seats were super old no room at all. I have traveled with LATAM before and I had good experiences, with no complains. But the flight from Bogota to Miami on may 29th was mediocre and it seems longer than it was. That plane should be used for shorter flights and not a 4 hour international flight. I am not expecting first class seats and 5 course meals. But for the same price I could have used other airlines."

Voordelen: "Le prix et l'efficacité. Le reste était tout à fait accessoire compte tenu de la durée du vol. En conclusion tout était parfait."
Nadelen: "Rien le rapport qualité prix est excellent."
Voordelen: "Absolutely no customer service. Lost my full payment because Latam has no flexibility. They don't need to employ people in a "custom service department " because they don't offer any. Their options for rescheduling is zero. Their reply to all modifications is "no". Not even if you're standing at the boarding gate and they have empty seats. Use any other options for flight. Try Sky Airlines instead."
Nadelen: "Staff not helpful, announcement's only in spanish despite many English speaking tourists."
Nadelen: "Boarding process was a mess. Not a smooth process at all."
Voordelen: "loved it"
Voordelen: "Excellent service. First time in LATAM but really impress with service. Food and beverages option and entertainment options too. Excelent planes"
Nadelen: "nothing was wrong."
Voordelen: "Good service from the crew."
Nadelen: "I lost my luggage (bag). I had to wait about 1 hour. Airport staff advised me to go from gate 1 to gate 11 and back to gate 1. Then advised me to go to Latam counter where I lodged a claim."
