Voordelen: "Personnel assez souriant. Pourtant lors de l'embarquement nous devions attendre dans le couloir froid, mieux d'attendre avant la porte."
Nadelen: "A l'arrivée à l'aéroport de CDG le personnel de nettoyage a ouvert la porte arrière de l'avion pendant que nous étions en train de sortir à l'avant. Assez désagréable ce froid et ne pas attendre que nous étions tous sortis."

Nadelen: "As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat."

Nadelen: "Embarquement... J'avais parlé à un membre à l'embarquement pour avoir une place avec plus d'espace pour les jambes... On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Nadelen: "Pas de chocolat Oups"

Voordelen: "Le vol de Swiss était comme d'habitude agréable et sympa. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à redire."
Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Nadelen: "I am still in Budapest and was not able to fly back on my Hungarian passport."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"
Nadelen: "Le facial spray de Swiss et les chaussettes qui ne sont pas très agréable!!"

Nadelen: "I missed my connection and got to Hong Kong a day late."

Voordelen: "The crew for the most part were courteous."
Nadelen: "1. The economy seats were extremely uncomfortable and tight, unlike other Int’l flights we have been on, ie, Virgin and British Airlines 2.Food was the worst we have ever had on an Int’l Flt. 3. Main meal selection ran out. Staff said there was nothing they could fo. 4. Our suitcase arrived really beat up. It looked like it was dragged along the tarmac. There were several large rips. To make it worse, this was the first trip we have used the suitcase."

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Voordelen: "Avion neuf et confortable. Collaborateurs à bord très sympathique et souriant. Siège ultra confort. Un vol en douceur"
Nadelen: "Pas de divertissement dans l’avion."

Nadelen: "Je n’ai jamais pu embarquer avec mes deux enfants la compagnie ne m’a jamais envoyé le scann code pour l’embarquement"

Nadelen: "It was delayed"

Voordelen: "Paid in advance 45.00 a seat to reserve! Otherwise they assign at Check-in! Still ended up with a standard not premium seats in center. I chose 2 side seats online but plane must have changed. Literally could not move. My travel partner ended up spilling wine on himself primarily due to this and 1/2 size drop down trays. Call button brought no help , had to get up and go retrieve steward in back myself!"
Nadelen: "Comfortability , mediocre service."

Voordelen: "We did not get on any flight to NY!!!!"

Voordelen: "Mon bagage explose retrouvé dans un sac. Le contenu y était la fermeture de la valise avait lâché. JPL l"

Voordelen: "Ground Staff (your frontline) were welcoming The seats are most comfortable, the cabin immaculately clean, the Staff polite, helpful and efficient. The flight was smooth including takeoff and Landing Thank You All"

Nadelen: "This is ever the first time we flew with Swiss air and will be the last time. The seats are too tight. If the person in front of you inclined his chair for better comfort, then there is quite challenging for you trying to get out of your seat for washroom etc. The crew services were terrible. Between meals time, there were completely no services such as offering water/drink etc.-did not see a single soul of them, especially on a 9 hours long haul flight! The food was ok. The only thing I like was the chocolate handed out at the end of the journey."

Voordelen: "They waited for us. We came in late and had to connect to this flight and they waited the 10 min for me and 8 other passengers. Very grateful for that. Service and food was amazing!"
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Nadelen: "bought a seat reservation in premium economy and was the last group to board. No extra leg room in "premium" economy."

Nadelen: "The pilot arrived 1.5 hours late and my bag was out on another flight, further delaying me. Terrible."

Voordelen: "The food was really good. You can tell they have made an effort improving this subject. The plane is a beauty, silent, smooth, but when you flight in tight seat, with a minimal reclination, it all goes to the trash. Good entertainment service, modern, but the missed a few movies they should have."
Nadelen: "The uncomfortable seat. It doesn't recline much, very small space between them."

Nadelen: "La compagnie a perdu ma valise! Depuis ce temps elle. À pas été retrouvée!!!"

Nadelen: "7:50 am flight, arrived EZE 5 am as instructed, boarded plane at 10:40 am, missed connecting flight and spent 14 hours in Lima, shuttled off to a hotel 1-1/2 away, for a 2am flight. Arrived next day in LA and missed shuttle. Both legs very poor service on and off airplane, added security for having to enter Peru complicated and delayed things further. LAN used to be the best to SA, LATAM is the worst, never again."

Nadelen: "Communication arr as y was too busy. Too much going on around me."

Voordelen: "the entertainment console's on the seat backs are modern and have a lot of content."
Nadelen: "LATAM made me pour out all the water at the gate that I purchased on the concourse after security. they also made me throw away my food. I am very displeased that I had to throw out $15+ dollars of food and drink and that I had zero water when getting on an 11 hour flight. that's outrageous."

Nadelen: "food was terrible, I was traveling with my 3 year old son and I was never offered a meal for kids, if there's one. seats are always uncomfortable;/"

Voordelen: "The crew was super friendly, professional, and attentive. The aircraft was first rate with leg room not found on other flights, excellent selection of entertainment, and pretty food service."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed, moved, and when it finally took off it was re routed back to São Paulo with almost zero communication. We were herded around with attendants who had no idea why our flight was canceled mid air and we had to fend for ourselves for rebooking."

Nadelen: "We should get some sort of refund. Just food and hotel is not enough"

Voordelen: "It was a new plane, the pilot waited for our bags to be put into the plane. Because we made it to the plane after they had loaded everyone. This was due to our late arrival From our Delayed connection from Washington."
Nadelen: "At our arrival a couple had taken our seats. The flight attendant told us to get on any other seat available. We had our family (the three of us ) spread out in the plane. I had to ask another attendant to please ask for our seats back. Finally after a while we got them back but it wasn't a Pleasant experience. They didn't have enough headphones to give everyone. My son and I had to share one headphone. The food was really bad for an international flight, Not even the wine was given without paying for it"

Nadelen: "space between seat is terrible, isn't enough to one person travel with confortable."

Voordelen: "Enjoyed my first trip on LATAM."

Nadelen: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."

Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "Didn't even offer water, this on a 3 1/2 hour flight, took too long to board, too long to get off...they sold food on the flight, they seemed to cater to whomever wanted to buy food, & like I said offer water to the rest of us. Just an overall horrible flight."

Voordelen: "Overall I love the professionalism and customer service of LATAM. The interior lighting of the aircraft makes a big difference. The staff is always super polite and friendly. It's my favorite airline."
Nadelen: "On a 10 hour flight (LAX to Santiago Chile) they should offer more snacks and drinks for people to help themselves to in economy class. Other airlines have water and juice available I felt like I was bothering a crew member every time asked for a glass of water, when I could have just helped myself. Also, maybe have a few light snacks available. After a very light lunch, 8 and a half hours is a very long wait till breakfast!"

Voordelen: "The plane was comfortable."
Nadelen: "The crew boarding the passengers did not seem to know what they were doing. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, which at 1 am in the morning was tough. I had my boarding pass reviewed by 3 different attendants. They did a cursory inspection of my backpack by opening 2 of the 15 pockets."

Voordelen: "The stewardesses were great. Great service. Both trips we thought the service was the best we have seen."
Nadelen: "They had difficulty getting the bags on the turnstile but I think that was more an airport problem in santiago. Check in in Punta Arenas was very slow. Sky airlines processed twice the number of people in the same time"

Voordelen: "Simple, efficace. à l'heure."
Nadelen: "Rien."

Voordelen: "Le prix et l'efficacité. Le reste était tout à fait accessoire compte tenu de la durée du vol. En conclusion tout était parfait."
Nadelen: "Rien le rapport qualité prix est excellent."

Voordelen: "NOTHING"
Nadelen: "BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS WE LOST A $5000.00 VACATION PLANED MONTHS BEFORE, MY GIRLFRIEND WAS NOT ABLE TO FLY BECAUSE HER NAME WAS MISSPELLED ON THE TICKET, NOBODY DID ANYTHING AT YOUR COMPANY TO FIX IT NEITHER DID THE AIRLINES, YOU GUYS TOTALLY RUINED OUR SUMMER. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO MAKE RIGHT OR SOMEHOW FIX THE MESS YOU GUYS CREATED"
